Typically that’s what you see in urban neighborhoods. Regardless, the song transcends that. The implications of your argument would be valid had they presented multiple different strangers and they were all men of color. But they used 1 example of a stranger that just so happened to be a man of color. A child is not going to see this and pathologize brown men, in fact, the visuals likely won’t even stick with them in the same way that the song does.
