P'Anne: now let's talk about Freen, she went to her way to grow up, open her own company do things. 🪽: right, correct kha P'Anne: so if you talk about relationship part you two still take care each other really well like usual. 🪽: correct, correct kha, we still work and talk together kha. There is 4Element that we flimming together and I think it is a good relationship that we have together. We been together for about 5 almost 6 years already, and we are growing up in our own way. She is my older sister who is always been kind to me. P'Anne: since you two grow up together it probably a person who glue to to each other (love to stick around) and one day you go to meet different kind of person that is not you used to do, does it make you missing each other? Like I miss you so much ,I want to meet you again do you have it sometimes? 🪽: I think there is no moment that we feel distant, there is no moment that we are not seeing each other. P'Anne: oh so there is time that you two still meet 🪽: correct, but when we saw something that is seems cute or something we remind of (both side) we will send to each other to see it. P'Anne: ahh 🪽: yeah something like that, like she is also do it to me too. It's like even though we didn't talk to each other all the time but there will have a moment like nong, nong have you seen this? I will be like phi,phi have you seen this? P'Anne: when you two grow individually (on their own part) is there anything you both need to tune each other? 🪽: Actually there is no need to do that at all P'Anne: so everything is the same as always? 🪽: yeah, it something that I feel really smooth. It quite easy for both of us P'Anne: oh, kha 🪽: or if there is any problem we will adapt and talk to each other by ourselve P'Anne: On the other hand, growing up separately might actually make it easier for you to work together isn't it? 🪽: it could be kha, because Phi Freen also quite older than me too, but we will still grow up together slowly. #FourthTikTokLive #Fourthnattawat #โฟร์ทณัฐวรรธน์ REVIEW #LOOKKHUNNOO 😂🤍 4️⃣: how was look khunnoo livestream? i havent watched it yet. i want to know how it was. oh? what was it like? how was look khunnoo’s livestream? did he talk a lot? look khunnoo's voice is so cute~ yes!! i’m really happy that look khunnoo’s voice is cute. does everyone remember the concert? honestly i felt that… i dont even want to say it😹😹 his voice during the concert sounded kind of strange yall. but now his voice sounds cute, right? 4️⃣: i personally feel.. just my own opinion, my child’s voice is a bit too small and a bit too nasal. i want my child to sound warmer and more mature. i’m going to teach look khunnoo to make his voice deeper😹😹 normally the mascot talk like “sawadee kha pho fot.” and i’m going to teach look khunnoo to reply in a deeper voice like “SAWADEE KHA PHO FOT.” 😹 yall would that be okay? would that be something new and interesting? 4️⃣: look khunnoo has grown into a young man already. his voice is going to deepen soon. seriously, even his body has grown, so his voice should deepen too, right? he’s a boy not a girl, so his voice cant stay like this forever, right? (talking cutely😹) right? so we should teach him to have a deeper voice, right? i’ll teach him how to respond with a lower voice, okay?

WILLIAMEST PRESSTOUR #WilliamEstFanconPressTour #Flex1045xWilliamEstFANCON 🎤: so est, if william’s ever angry or sulking, how would you get him to feel better and make up with him? what’s your method? 🦈: i talk to him. because every time he’s like that, i always do. though it’s not that often. but i go talk to him. and i feel like, if we get to talk, he’ll definitely stop sulking because i know him well. but there was this one time he just disappeared. 🎸: when was that? 🦈: at the gym 🎸: oh yes 🦈: yes, there was this time we were working at this building and once we were done, there was this weird tension. and then when work finished, he just disappeared. like, we hadn’t even had a chance to talk. i called, he didn’t pick up. i messaged him, he didn’t reply. and i felt like, okay this time it’s probably serious. probably the most intense he’s ever sulked. really if i count from then till now, that was the biggest one. the most intense. and i felt like it wasn’t something i could just ignore because he had never acted like that before. so i went to find him. i knew where he was. 🎤: how did you know where he was? 🦈: i asked his mom. 🎤: you asked his mom? 🦈: yes. 🎸: but honestly, back then, it was a problem that both of us were facing. i was like i couldn’t handle it anymore. i was starting to feel like i just couldn’t take it anymore. but it was also like, at that time, i told him, “let’s get through this together.” that was something i said. it was at that point like, i was really starting to not be able to handle it anymore and i didn’t know what to do. i just didn’t want to talk to anyone, didn’t want to see anyone at all. at that point, i felt like i was just tired. like i didn’t even know what i wanted in life anymore. i was eating completely zoned out. it was that kind of feeling. i still remember it clearly. i was sitting, eating by the edge somewhere and then this really familiar car drove by. it was p’est’s car. he had driven from the building to the gym to see me 🎤: was the restaurant far from the building? 🎸: umm…not too far. 🦈: about like almost half an hour. but there was traffic that day. 🎤: so you had to push through the traffic too, right? 🎸: and he still got there super fast. 🦈: i was really anxious. really anxious at that time.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk Joong once said Dunk—maybe not word for word but something like: “if there’s anyone in this world who’s going to hurt you i want you to know i’ll be the last person to ever hurt you” 🌞this came from a time back in safe house 🌻when i was younger i had insecurities about two things—my voice and my height. this is something i’ve never really shared before. i used to be the tallest in class and had the deepest voice, so people would tease me—calling me things like “giant” “big guy” even “refrigerator” like i was some kind of huge creature. back then i didn’t feel like i fit in. cause of that, i developed insecurities—i would try to make myself look smaller when standing with friends and i wasn’t confident at all. i didn’t like my voice either and when people imitated it or joked about it i really didn’t like it. as i grew up those two things actually became what i like most about myself—my voice—i didn’t even like my own voice and when people teased me, like imitating “oh hello Dunk~” in that tone i really didn’t like it. i didn’t like people mimicking my voice. but as i grew up, those two things actually became what i like about myself—the deep voice and tall. so now it’s not a problem anymore 🌞but i wasn’t teasing him in a bad way. in safe house everyone joked around—it was just how friends talked it like “Dunk has such a deep voice” and no one really thought much of it and no one realized how he felt. it was also the early stage when we had just gotten to know each other everyone would say things 🌞then suddenly i noticed something from his expression so i went to ask what was wrong. his eyes were red. maybe he didn’t like being teased so there was a mix of anger and sadness. i got shocked and wondered “what is he angry about? did i say something wrong?” 🌞cause honestly, everyone was just joking around without thinking much so i explained him “if you doesn’t like it, i won’t say it again” “okay na”. just remember this—“i’ll be the last person to ever hurt you” that’s where that sentence came from

Phuwin talking about how his friends helped him get into music 🫶🏼😭 PHUWIN WITH PRAEWTALK #PraewTalkTVxPhuwin #phuwintang 👤: What was the first thing you wanted to express about yourself? 🐼: The 1st thing I wanted to talk about at that time was when I had just graduated. Back then, I really loved my friends… my university friends. I’m someone who gets really attached to friends. 👤: Like, super attached to them? 🐼: Very attached. I went on a trip with my friends and ended up crying with them because we wouldn’t get to see each other anymore and all that. So I took that feeling 👤: So there was drama involved, huh. 🐼: Yeah, so I picked that up and wrote about it first. It became the 1st song I wrote 👤: Missing your friends. 🐼: It’s like taking different stories from our lives, things we experience, books we read, or characters we play wherever we come across something, we try writing about it for fun. And then eventually, one day, the label launched RISER Music too, and when I saw that opportunity there, that there was an opportunity for me to do this, I wanted to become a singer again like I dreamed of being when I was a kid bc when I was younger, in high school, I had a band with my friends. 👤: Oh, so you had a band since u were young? 🐼: Yeah, I’ve been in a band since i was a kid 👤: Had you already practiced songwriting back then? 🐼: Back then I probably hadn’t written songs yet or really practiced it 👤: What position did you have in the band? 🐼: I was the vocalist 👤: Oh, the vocalist 🐼: I had a little bit of singing skill.

Today I took one full link off my weighted hula hoop waist trainer. That’s not cosmetic. That’s not “just water.” That’s at least a couple inches off my waist in two months. And no, that didn’t come from one magic tool or one perfect week. That came from showing up for myself every single day. Even when I was hurting. Even when I was tired. Even when I was emotional. Even when I had cramps. Even when I felt like I was sucking at everything. I still showed up. Sometimes that looked like walking. Sometimes it looked like swinging that weighted hula hoop. Sometimes it looked like hydration. Sometimes it looked like choosing the right food. Sometimes it looked like resting instead of pushing. All of it counts. All of it matters. This isn’t just about what you eat, even though nutrition is foundational. It’s also about what you think, what you feel, and how you move. It’s about stacking small, boring, repeatable wins. Be persistent. Be annoying about it. Be so reliable to yourself that it becomes predictable. That’s where real change happens. I’ve lost 137 pounds since March 2. I’m still in a weird place learning my body again. But today, on my walk, I got choked up. I started crying. Not because I was sad. Because I felt good. Because I could. Eleven months ago, I couldn’t walk like this. I couldn’t move like this. I couldn’t live like this. And now I can. I am deeply grateful that I chose myself. That I kept showing up even when it wasn’t pretty. That I stayed consistent even when motivation was gone. Carnivore saved me. It healed my body. It healed my mind. It healed my spirit. It healed my soul. And if you’re reading this wondering if you can do it too, you can. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up. 👑❤️ Every single day.
