holy crap for all these years I thought they just used the exteriors of this house for establishing shots and everything inside was a set

they used both depending on the shoot/time

i promise you never heard this yet

God that house is gorgeous. I love all the wood, those big french doors into the living room, the stained glass window in the dining room, and upstairs landing. The kitchen is the only thing that looks significantly different but possibly bc the island counter isn't there

I'd want to be upstairs in Buffy's room looking out her window! All the Angel appearances and exits

They better keep this house in the new Buffy series.
