spot on. the disruption is happening at the edges not the core. nobody is replacing SAP but plenty of teams are vibe coding the internal tools that used to sit on top of SAP... the custom dashboards, approval workflows, reporting layers. that long tail of internal tooling is where the real market cap destruction is happening and it is invisible to anyone who only looks at the big enterprise vendors

Nuts were valuations in the AI space for a technology that isn't making any serious money yet. We're spending obscene amounts of money on something we still have to figure out how it will pay for itself on a consistent basis. Even if you believe in AI. If you're 65 - and boomers own most of the stocks - you should be selling and lock profits in. $MSFT has always been a great company, but its 2000 share price was not matched again until 2016. That's a cautionary tale most boomers remember.

@cvpayne this is the take nobody wants to hear. tried vibe coding an internal crm last month and it worked great, but there's no universe where i'd let it touch the billing system. the gap between demo and production hasn't shrunk as much as twitter thinks

this. critical business apps at enterprises are vibe coded? never seen it. the reason is those apps need to handle a thousand integration points, compliance requirements, and edge cases - things you cant describe in a prompt. ai is great at the coding, not at knowing what the business actually needs

@cvpayne It’s pretty clear to see that agents will be able to close simple help desk tickets and you will see subscriptions go down significantly.ServiceNow knows this and will try to pivot, but it’s not going to be easy and the market is pricing that correctly.
