Worked with Arabs, honestly there is nothing wrong in this skit because most of the people have no idea about what is reason. In many Arab tribes (nothing to do with Saudia) women use to hide their faces (by veil) even from Husband and real Brothers. It is their tribal custome and nothing to do with Islam. When the Arab saw the face of the lady he said, I never see this face (that could be 100% true). But when policeman threw the cover on lady face, it became Veil showing eyes and upper face of lady, and Arab immediately recognise from her face in veil. Yes, it could be a satire for some people but a cruel fact as well. Ask any Shaibani or Utaibi Bedouin and they agreed with you.
