Not sure how David Mirkovic’s game eventually translates to the NBA because he’s not a true big and is slow for an NBA wing, but this physicality and shooting stroke is how you end up one of the best players in college.

He isn’t slow at all. He plays slow in this offense because that’s how Illinois runs the offense. He is actually very quick. His ball handling is off the charts. His hands are insane for rebounding. He can pick and pop with range. He translates just fine. He will be a steal.

Mirk is kinda like former Bulls Toni Kukoc. Big, can handle the ball, can shoot the ball. But he’s also better than Toni cause he can drive downhill, banging inside, rebounding. Tomi was more a finesse style, Mirk is more rugged
