Dig that groovy '60s pop theme song, they got this and 2001 in same year. To hell with remaking it, all the sexual innuendo and nudity will be gone, and it will just be another female empowerment sermon.
Edgar Wright is being considered as director so I hope he'd have a pretty good understanding of what made the original so popular.
