This masterpiece, "LAYERED KEBAB," is made in Türkiye at Çınarlı Ocakbaşı in Onikişubat, Kahramanmaraş. It's Chef Serdar Gündoğar's creation. That special layered kebab is only made there. 😋😍

This is called "meat Napoleon". It's multi layered thin slices of beef with thin slices of "kurdyuk", which is essentially a sheep ass fat.

He is a Kebab Doctor :) another level

Bet this tastes nice

Well being Turkish ,I would say stay away from these new fancy inventions of these pricy Turkish Turkish kebab restaurants... Too many different tastes grilled together does not make this tasty ..Specially if you grill meat with fermented sucuk... Go eat traditional recipes..

美味しそうなケバブだ

It’s a Turkish grill spot where they cook shish kebabs over an open charcoal fire.

It's called Blubet, and is only made in a small area of northwest Croatia. It has been made by the same family, and only that family for 17 centuries. If any other family tries to prepare it, they are hunted down and beaten to death with a special club that is affectionately called the " Blubet bat". After they are beaten to death, they are sugar cured using a centuries-old recipe and used to make next years Blubet.

@grok türkiyede hangi şehirden bu adam / lokanta?

Baba, thats proper Premium Shish Kabab 😍

An extensive variant of shish kebab.

In Turkey we say "taşşak kebabı" It is pronounced as tashaq kebab Let this be my gift to the whole world

It’s like a meat lasagna

Too many different flavors that will ultimately fight each other. Looks cool but I bet it tastes muddled and not that spectacular.

All I see is the plastic. Not sure how much plastic those meats contain.

We've all been there but man...

This is the well known Shashlik Kebab² and only available in the Berner Turkish grill spot at the railway station.

They're obviously Carnivore Lasagna Kebabs!

Это шашлык Наполеон

In 50 years, Greeks: that's Greek food, it's called mixed kebabiki.

those meat flaps make me miss my Ex.

Looks like the only Salad I would ever eat with a smile.

It looks quite unique. Is this in Turkey?

Delicious😋

It's kind of like braciole but on an open fire...cool.

This is un Milhojas de Carpaccio! I am saying it in Spanish because chorizo but I don't know where that is.... You could potentially eat it raw!

Brochetas de kebab y tortilla en capas!!

I want to eat that SO BAD!

Off be bizim gibi garipler anca ekrana ekmek bandirir

It is a famous food from Memika, a village in Kurdish city Mêrdîn. Its name is Memika kebab.
