The amount of technology that goes into putting things on a screen never fail to impress me.

I'm clueless by how it works, but I just turned off the setting "occlusion culling" that said could cause stutters when rotating the camera. I still get massive stutters on a mid/high end pc. Is that setting very impactful? Would love to have a chat eventually with someone like you who knows that much to get a bit more insight of what each setting does or what affects fps. (Like for example bush population or tree population and their respective quality settings)

Pardon my ignorance but, how does culling work for online? Does the structure only dissapear for the players that aren't directly looking at them

This is why I enjoy your content. I never knew that’s how it worked.

That's so cull, dude!

I really need to learn what culling is, and how to do it. Seems like a big part of game deving.

This is an awesome visualization! By chance, does terrain also cull objects behind? Such as a structure behind a hill would it render if I’m on the other side of the hill?

Grass is still rendered outside the frustum?

i think UE4-5 culling work better 8) annndd with nanite now hoho 🧐🙃🙂🙂

It's definitely impressive! I got great results using large cubes as my base in some modular buildings here:

I'm not sure whether the chemical protection suit is really necessary at the #steppenbrand event. But why is only one person tied up?
