Nothing as confusing as this digital plates issue. I sought clarity from Intelligent Transport Monitoring System Ug. through Steve Turyarugayo to understand this process. I was called to visit their factory in Kyambogo this morning. And here’s a few video snippets captured on my phone. #NotAnAd.
