An 18 year old told his dad he needed an Apple Vision Pro for university. Dad said that's a $3,500 movie headset, you don't need it for school. He said it runs macOS apps natively. Dad didn't know what that means. Bought it for graduation. $3,500. He never watched a single movie on it. Installed VS Code and Claude Code the same night. Threw six floating screens around his bedroom. Lay down in bed and started coding from under the sheets with his bare hands tapping air. His roommate walked in at 2am and saw him lying in bed wearing a headset waving his hands at nothing. Thought he was losing his mind. He was building a client website. At second 0:11 you can see his hand swipe across a floating file explorer. Behind it five more windows are open. All running Claude Code agents on different projects. One building, one testing, one deploying, one reviewing, one handling client messages. All floating above his bed like a command center in a sci-fi movie. The website color change was the demo he filmed. The five windows behind it were the actual business. Within a month he was running projects for seven clients. A restaurant site, an appointment app for a dentist, a landing page for a real estate agent, a dashboard for a gym owner. All built from bed. All coded by Claude while he gave instructions by tapping floating windows above his pillow. $11,400 in his first month. His dad makes $9,200 at his engineering job. His dad called last weekend and asked if the headset was worth it. He said yeah the movies are great. His dad said good, at least you're relaxing after studying. He wasn't studying. He wasn't watching movies. He was lying in bed while five Claude Code agents built software in floating windows above his face. A developer in New York rents a $2,800 apartment just to have a home office with two monitors. This kid has six floating screens that follow him from bed to couch to kitchen and cost nothing after the headset. His mom asked to try the Vision Pro last Sunday. Put it on and saw six VS Code windows floating in the living room, git commits scrolling, Claude mid-task on three projects. She took it off and said I thought this was for watching movies. He said it is. Just not the kind she was thinking of. Setup time: one evening. Screens: six, floating, invisible to everyone else in the room. Money made in month one: $11,400. Movies watched: zero. His dad is still paying off the $3,500. The headset paid for itself in 9 days. Dad doesn't know that yet. He will when his son offers to pay him back.

🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended. Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed. We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next. The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team: “You’ll only get what we want to send you.” They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. She also told the officer, “The dog is gonna die if they don’t do anything.” There were other portions of the bodycam footage that were redacted as well. Gonzalez was pulled over at 12 : 40 pm. When he was pulled over, Kody, his 8-month-old French Bulldog, was already panting. When officers removed Gonzalez from the vehicle, they left Kody inside the non-running car for more than 20 minutes. During the process, Gonzalez asked if they could please put Kody in one of their police cars. He was ignored. At 1 : 02 pm, Kody was finally placed in the back of the police vehicle with Gonzalez. The AC was not on. When one of the female officers came to check on them, Gonzalez begged her for air. She turned on the air, but it was not cold. For the next 15–20 minutes, you can see Kody in visible distress. I have looked over every minute of this footage. And I cried. I haven’t cried watching bodycam footage in a long time. This made me cry. And if anyone wants the file, I’ll happily provide it. Then, approximately 30 minutes after being placed in the back of the hot police vehicle, another male officer finally comes to speak to Gonzalez. This is the footage I’m showing here. 👇 He listens as Gonzalez pleads with him over and over again while he stands there and doesn’t budge to help. In additional footage, you can see Gonzalez, with his clearly distressed dog, attempt to head toward a nearby house to get water. He is stopped by the officer so they can read off his citations. All while there appears to be no urgency for Kody. They then offered to drive Gonzalez several minutes to a nearby convenience store - not an emergency vet. And in this footage, they REDACTED anything said about the emergency involving Kody, but the sound came back in when they were discussing Gonzalez’s citations. I will share another video in the thread with more context regarding this. Unfortunately, Kody later passed away in Collazo Gonzalez’s arms. Gonzalez has retained an attorney and has actively tried to raise awareness about what happened to Kody. RIP, baby. 💔

🚨BREAKING🚨: There are reports of cell phone footage inside the US government of black triangle UFOs, filmed from under a hundred feet away. Footage clear enough to end the debate about evidence overnight. The whistleblower saying so stood beneath one himself, and his conclusion under oath is that the craft was not human made and not ours. Dylan Borland (Dylan Borland) was an Air Force geospatial intelligence analyst whose literal job was identifying aircraft from sensor data; one morning at Langley Air Force Base he watched a hundred-foot black triangle hover silently over him, its hull wrapped in a golden transparent plasma that moved like a lava lamp. The air filled with static and the smell of a lightning storm, his phone overheated in his pocket, and the craft shot from a hover to thirty thousand feet in roughly two seconds. The man trained to identify anything in the sky could not identify it. AARO, the Pentagon's own UFO office, gave the game away. It logged his sighting as unclassified while burying everything else he described inside a special access program, and that's the tell: a secret American aircraft would have made the sighting itself classified, and they didn't classify it. The craft was never ours. Borland says the same office then falsified his file, sending the intelligence community's top oversight body a report he never signed, the basis for a treason accusation that carries the death penalty. After Dylan's sightings, while working at BAE systems (often-mentioned as one of the inheritors of non-human technology in books like Imminent), Dylan came into contact with personnel cleared to a broader legacy UFO program. And from there, he went on an intensive search: combing through all material he could about UFOs, non-human intelligence and programs related to both. Then came the reprisals: his clearance was strangled through paperwork tricks; a VA program strapped him to a polygraph while air horns blasted every time he miscounted backward from a hundred. Borland says they have other ways of making you doubt your own mind, from government documents describing the ability to implant false memories without drugs to a VA doctor who quietly admitted to him she was CIA. At the center of it is Project Rubik's Cube, a program Borland is legally barred from even acknowledging. Involved in the program is an apparent "pyramid-shaped power source" of non-human origin, apparently more sensitive than the UFO craft itself. Langley's most secret airspace has been penetrated at will before Borland's sighting. For seventeen straight nights in late 2023, swarms of drones nobody could identify flew over the base while the Pentagon publicly admitted it had no idea what they were and no way to stop them. Borland, who was working counter-WMD intelligence at the time, says the swarms weren't wandering, they made straight for the two most sensitive targets on the base: the hangars holding the Air Force's stealth fighters, and the NASA facilities next door. The cover-up is still running. For years, employees at NASA's Langley facilities had tagged photos of labyrinths and hieroglyph-like markings on Google Maps, and one by one those images are being scrubbed off the internet. What Borland walked away believing is bigger than any single UFO sighting: that our own government no longer thinks humans are the ones in charge. Full conversation live now. Big thanks to the legends Jeremy Corbell (Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell) and George Knapp (George Knapp) for breaking this story.

BLAZE OF FURY I slam down on the little shrimp with the full, earth-shaking tonnage of my colossal bulk. His puny frame flattens like a stomped roach beneath me, and a vicious snap cuts the air as his lungs cough up a sad, broken yelp. It’s fuckin’ wild how his skinny, fragile build sets my blood ablaze—like a brittle twig trembling beneath my hulking, boulder-like chest, begging to be crushed. My pecs squash him flat, mashing his mug into the mat with skull-shattering might. I smack my cock against the twin curves of his ass and grind it awake along their sculpted swell. My hips pound his dainty backside, even as he squirms, tensing and trying to buck me off. His pathetic fuckin’ resistance melts like butter under my sheer dominance—nothing but a sorry little twitch-fest. My junk roars to life faster than a souped-up dragster. I’m a goddamn bulldozer rolling over this fuckin’ worthless speck. I jerk up a couple inches and smash back down hard. A nasty crack rips from his guts under my brutal hammering, but all he’s got left is a faint gasp as the air ditches him. I drag myself slow, pulverizing him into the mat with every fiber of my strength, and growl in his ear: “Wrestle, runt!” I hoist my bulk up a hair, and the wimp starts thrashing under me. He knows I get off on his flailing fight—I crave those desperate, doomed swings. His mousy muscles got no shot at budging me, but even half-dead, he’s hell-bent on lighting my fuse. His tiny bum rubs my dick like mad, sparking like a match on rough timber. My member’s pulsing, primed to pay him back. Wielding my titanic bulk like a sledgehammer, I unleash a savage pounding on him. My gut slams him down with crushing weight. Every hit’s meaner than the last, sinking him deeper into the mat. His wriggling quits cold, his body caving to my relentless beatdown. The hardest blows grind his bones to dust, but he’s silent now—just ragged breaths forced out by my strikes. Conscious? Who gives a shit. After a dozen ruthless smacks, I flop onto him. His frail frame is scorching from the thrashing I dished out. My gargantuan mass locks him in place—no squirming, no breathing, nada. He’s mine to break, and my sheer heft could snuff him out for good. But I ain’t done—my cock’s howling for more. I peel off him. The shrimp wheezes, clawing for air, fumbling his wrecked shell. I give him a sec to pull it together—the grand finale’s coming. He knows a stiff corpse won’t rev my engine. I hiss in his ear: “Flip over!” Battered to hell, he still spins onto his back like a whipped little shit. He wouldn’t dream of crossing me—fear and heat tangle in his eyes as my monstrous shadow looms. I reward his obedience by slamming down full-force. His chest plate cracks, ribs splinter. My meat smacks his steel-hard cock with a loud thwack. The twisted little freak loves it. I’ve flattened him helpless again, and my shaft drinks in his agony. I grind it against his dick, mashing his lean torso with my thick, beefy bulk. His ribcage buckles as I lean in hard. His feebleness and frailty stoke my sadistic blaze. “Wrestle!” I snarl, easing up an inch to let him fan my flames. He tries to fight back—he knows every twitch stokes my fire. He’s desperate to keep me happy; he’s seen what happens to uppity punks who don’t. He don’t want that smoke. His beat-up, aching husk battles to please me. He’s so goddamn insignificant—my junk’s a live grenade. The big finish is close. I start ramming him for real with my cock, fuckin’ banging him into oblivion. My loins grind into his core with full throttle. Our tools collide, sizzling like live wires. My titan’s bulk pounds and smashes the runt under my brutal girth, raging harder each blow. His flopping fades fast, my crushing hits paralyzing him. He’s got no choice but to bow to my beastly fury. His shell cracks under my onslaught—too flimsy to take it. Bones groan and give, sinking with my blows. He’s gotta be out cold, but his stiffy’s trembling, ready to blow. I dive at him with unhinged rage, ready to tear him apart. His delicate rig shatters for good, bones snapping like brittle straw. My cock erupts like a damn volcano, and his tags along. Our gear’s drenched, dripping with heat. I unload again with feral power, roaring deep from my gut, and collapse, winded, on his smashed-up wreck. Our juices meld through the fabric like molten lava rivers. I sprawl over him, catching my breath. He’s pitifully small and breakable, the little shit. The shrimp’s out, his pretty face calm—miles from the fuckin’ hell he just ate. He nailed his role and served me right. I growl low, a sated beast’s rumble: “Good boy, you little fuck.”

Two air forces started the Pacific war. One trained its pilots, then kept them fighting until they died. The other trained its pilots, then often pulled many of its experienced combat pilots out to teach everyone else. This is one of the reasons America won the Pacific air war, let's dive in.. Japan's Elite Aviators At the start of the war, Japan had some of the finest fighter pilots in the world. The aviators who attacked Pearl Harbor were elite. Many had hundreds of hours in the cockpit and real combat experience from the fighting in China. Flying the nimble A6M Zero, they cut through Allied opposition in the early months of the war and earned a fearsome reputation. But Japan made a fateful choice about these men. It kept them in combat, more or less indefinitely. Japanese pilots flew mission after mission with no real system to rotate them home. They fought until they were shot down, crippled, or killed. It seemed ruthless and efficient. In reality, it was a slow-motion disaster. The Difference in Philosophy Because every time Japan lost one of those veterans, everything he knew died with him. America did the opposite. It regularly rotated many of its experienced combat pilots back home once they had done their share of fighting. There, they became instructors, pouring everything they had learned in real air combat directly into the next generation of pilots. So the two systems pulled in opposite directions. Japan's pool of skill drained away with every ace it buried. America's pool of skill grew, as each returning veteran multiplied his knowledge across hundreds of students. One nation was teaching. The other was simply dying. The Training Gap The gap became a chasm, and it was made worse by sheer scale. By 1944, the United States was training around 8,000 new aviators every month, each of them getting well over a year of instruction and hundreds of hours in the air before they ever saw combat. Japan could not come close. As its veterans vanished, its training program collapsed, and it was crippled by something else, too. Fuel. Japan was running so short of it that many trainees could barely fly enough hours to learn their trade. By the later part of the war, Japanese pilots were being rushed into battle with barely 100 hours of flying time, and sometimes far less. They were teenagers with almost no training, being sent up against American veterans who had been taught by the best combat pilots in the fleet. The outcome was no longer a contest. It was a slaughter. The Great Marianas Turkey Shoot Nowhere was that clearer than in the skies over the Mariana Islands in June 1944. When the Japanese launched hundreds of aircraft against the American fleet, they flew into a wall of Hellcat fighters, guided by radar and expert fighter direction that positioned the Americans at the perfect height and moment to strike. The green Japanese pilots in their now outdated Zeros never had a chance. In and around that battle, Japan lost nearly 480 aircraft, while the Americans lost only a few dozen. It was so one-sided that the American aviators nicknamed it the Great Marianas Turkey Shoot. Japan's naval air power, once the terror of the Pacific, was broken in a matter of days. Better Aircraft, Better Technology It was not only the pilots. It was the machines too. America kept producing better and better aircraft, like the tough, heavily armed F6F Hellcat, designed after studying a captured Zero and built to beat it. It could take punishment, out-dive and out-gun its opponent, and it was forgiving enough that even a less experienced pilot could survive his first fights and become a veteran. Over the war, Hellcat pilots claimed more than 5,000 enemy aircraft for a tiny fraction of that in losses. Japan, meanwhile, kept sending men up in the aging Zero, a plane that had been revolutionary in 1941 but was now underpowered, fragile, and outclassed. It was fast and agile, but a single burst of American fire could tear it apart, because it had traded armor and protection for maneuverability. Better pilots, in better planes, backed by better technology. The advantages stacked on top of one another. The Spiral Ends By the end, Japan had reached the final, desperate stage of the spiral. With almost no trained pilots left, and no way to make more in time, it turned to the kamikaze. A pilot did not need 500 hours of training to crash his aircraft into a ship. He only needed to take off, aim, and die. It was the last resort of an air force that had run out of the one thing it could never mass produce. Experienced men. America won the Pacific air war for many reasons. Its factories out-built the enemy. Its radar and intelligence gave it eyes the Japanese lacked. Its aircraft grew deadlier every year. But underneath all of it was something simpler. America treated its best pilots as a resource to be protected and passed on. Japan treated them as fuel to be burned. One of those choices built an air force that kept getting stronger. The other burned brightly, and then burned out. This was why America won the Pacific air war. I post a story like this every single day. Most people never see them. Follow so you don't miss the next one.

The “trans” rally in Sheffield against “segregation” yesterday: No matter why the “trans” lunatics thought we went to their “protest” in Sheffield yesterday or how THEY reacted violently - we only went there to hold a suffragette flag and take a photo. I had a dog in one hand and my phone in the other and stood at the back. I did not provoke anyone other than … being me and them hating me. They lost their minds. They were looking out for us. They went nuts when we showed up shouting “they’re HERE! 12.05 are HERE!” and then swarmed LightninLex 🏴 following her in a mob. I was concerned for her safety at this point in the video which is why I’m shouting her name. A very big man pretending to be a woman is part of the mob surrounding her and has a gleeful look on his face as he puts both his arms round her with his big trans flag. She keeps her arms in the air. She did nothing to provoke them even when surrounded. She did not however give in or show fear - because she never does. They will never get that from her. Yet a woman with a baby on her chest who was also crowding in as part of the mob pushing at LightninLex calls me “hateful”. A man who has previously assaulted a TERF woman was right behind following me close. Wearing a Keffiyeh over his face - obviously. These men are very angry at the release of the “code of practice” which promises them a “third space” for their “safety” in changing rooms and toilets away from women - they are looking for women to take that anger out on. The overall message of speeches was “we are coming to get into women’s spaces and we will do it by force if the law tells us no”. They chanted (whilst they had her pinned in their midst) “STAND UP FIGHT BACK”. No one was “fighting” them yesterday. We had a flag. We were two women walking to the Town Hall. All we have done is highlight that risk to women. All they have done is show themselves as violent and worryingly quick to show it. They hate women - specifically women who say no. These men are angry, they will be “fighting” you, they will be violent towards women. #Terfs #sheffield #NoManisAWoman

Trump is so far out of his depth that even he can’t lie his way out of this one. His stupidity and hubris has led him down a path from which there is now no return. Take a listen to this clip featuring Lawrence Wilkerson, retired US Army Colonel and former Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell. Wilkerson has been around the block a few times and has some bitter experience of these kinds of misadventures. The obvious question in this moment is what represents a road too far? Well I’m afraid Trump is on it wearing a new pair of his golden sneakers, he’s opened up a Pandora’s box and it’s full of geopolitical vipers. In his tiny little mind he’s said to himself, ‘I have the biggest most powerful army on the planet and Iran will comply or die,’ without a thought to the consequences. He saw opportunity for self-enrichment and bet his presidency and the Republican Party’s future on it. He always likes to say ‘in the good ole days’ when referring to wanting to make America great. In his mind, segregation and women knowing their place is his kind of golden age in which old grey white men set the rules and everyone falls into line. Times have changed, the age of gunboat diplomacy are dead I’m afraid. The very nature of war has changed. The writing has been on the wall since the Vietnam war, A conflict in which for the first time at scale, the US faced an insurgent enemy who melted into the population and then waged a relentless war of opportunity. A war where shock and awe plays no part, yet the U.S. appears to have learned nothing. Iran has 93 million people who have lived in a theocratic dictatorship for almost half a century. Trump decided to make this a holy war because he felt it was easier to sell. In his eyes, everybody hates Muslims right?. In his mind, America is now a reborn white Christian nation ready to fight a holy crusade against the evil Islamists. Mixing political power and religion has long been the holy grail of Western dictators. They believe they are doing the Lord’s work by eradicating the people that don’t worship their God. This religious fervour blinds the perpetrator to the truth that war rarely delivers the power those prosecuting it seek. Trump has followed Putin’s ‘Special Military Operation’ roadmap almost to the letter, but without the ground forces. He made the same assumption that victory could be had in weeks. As a result, he’s facing the same challenges Putin faced, a population that will never give up, they are forced to adapt to meet the challenges from a traditional large military adversary. Iran could never resist the overwhelming power of the US Air Force. They knew that, so while Trump brags about destroying air defences and the Iranian Navy, all indications to an idiot like Trump that he’s winning. The truth is, there was no real intention from Iran to fight this war on America’s terms. The Iranian leadership knows this is midterms year, Trump is spending a billion dollars a day to prosecute a war. They believe they can stretch out as long as is required. In their minds, they just have to wait him out. They don’t care how many civilians get killed because every civilian and child death is not only a recruitment Ad for the upcoming insurgency, it also paints the US as a monster on the world stage. Iran has a stock of millions of sacrificial lambs to expend on a war of attrition. They know this can’t be won from the air, and the US for all its power and might don’t have enough troops to win a war on the ground. The country is massive, the terrain is challenging and the Iranians are fighting in their own backyard. I have said it many times, the US has never won a war on its own EVER. Yet Trump’s malignant narcissism leads him to believe it will be different for him. He’s wrong, his dreams of empire are about to go up in flames and he’s going to take the American economy with him. It’s the definition of insanity. 🎥 TikTok -

🚨 What The Trump Administration ISN'T Telling YOU About Iran—The AWACS Was A Precision Strike🔰💥 This is an absolute must-watch from a former US military service member, Joshua Dorty. You have seen the wreckage of the US plane destroyed by Iran, but the media is lying to you about how it happened. This was not a lucky shot. Here is the terrifying reality the Deep State does not want you to understand: Joshua, a combat vet who actually served on this specific AWACS plane ("Balls Five"), reveals that Iran executed a perfect precision strike. They didn't just hit the plane; they targeted the exact spot—the AF lower lobe—where the crucial AN/AY-2 radar array sits. This radar makes the AWACS a multi-billion dollar, irreplaceable asset. By hitting that exact spot, they didn't just damage a plane; they took that entire critical piece of command-and-control technology out of the war, forever. This raises two horrifying questions: How did Iran’s intelligence know exactly where to strike to neutralize the aircraft? How did they successfully defeat the advanced US air defenses at Prince Sultan Air Base? This suggests massive intelligence sharing from Russia or China. The axis of power is aligned against us, and they are demonstrating precise, devastating capability. Joshua is a Purple Heart recipient with four tours in the Middle East. He knows the cost of war. He is urging us to look past the political division. This is not Left vs. Right. This is Top vs. Bottom. The elites want a World War III for their own benefit (the decline of the dollar, BRICS, etc.), and they are driving us toward it every single day. They are dividing us with mind control so we fight amongst ourselves, while they prepare to send our children and grandchildren—because that is who will fight this war—into a global meat grinder. We cannot afford a civil war at home. We cannot afford this escalating, illegal war with Iran. Pray for the kids who are already over there or who will be sent. Take off the division hats for a minute and "put on your human goggles." We need to stop the Deep State's march to World War III before it is too late. Share this everywhere. 🇺🇸⚓️

-The Cab Ride I'll Never Forget- "Twenty years ago, I drove a cab for a living. When I arrived at 2:30 a.m., the building was dark except for a single light in a ground floor window. Under these circumstances, many drivers would just honk once or twice, wait a minute, then drive away. But, I had seen too many impoverished people who depended on taxis as their only means of transportation. Unless a situation smelled of danger, I always went to the door. This passenger might be someone who needs my assistance, I reasoned to myself. So I walked to the door and knocked. “Just a minute”, answered a frail, elderly voice. After a long pause, the door opened. A small woman in her 90′s stood before me. She was wearing a print dress and a pillbox hat with a veil pinned on it, like somebody out of a 1940′s movie. By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets. There were no clocks on the walls, no knickknacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard box filled with photos and glassware. ‘Would you carry my bag out to the car?’ she said. I took the suitcase to the cab, then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb. She kept thanking me for my kindness. ‘It’s nothing’, I told her.. ‘I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother to be treated.’ ‘Oh, you’re such a good boy, she said. When we got in the cab, she gave me an address and then asked, ‘Could you drive through downtown?’ ‘It’s not the shortest way,’ I answered quickly.. ‘Oh, I don’t mind,’ she said. ‘I’m in no hurry. I’m on my way to a hospice. I looked in the rear-view mirror. Her eyes were glistening. ‘I don’t have any family left,’ she continued in a soft voice..’The doctor says I don’t have very long.’ I quietly reached over and shut off the meter. ‘What route would you like me to take?’ I asked. For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator. We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl. Sometimes she’d ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and would sit staring into the darkness, saying nothing. As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, ‘I’m tired.Let’s go now’. We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico. Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her. I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair. ‘How much do I owe you?’ She asked, reaching into her purse. ‘Nothing,’ I said ‘You have to make a living,’ she answered. ‘There are other passengers,’ I responded. Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug.She held onto me tightly. ‘You gave an old woman a little moment of joy,’ she said. ‘Thank you.’ I squeezed her hand, and then walked into the dim morning light.. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life.. I didn’t pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly lost in thought. For the rest of that day,I could hardly talk. What if that woman had gotten an angry driver,or one who was impatient to end his shift? What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away? On a quick review, I don’t think that I have done anything more important in my life. We’re conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments. But great moments often catch us unaware-beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one."

Seedance 2.5 hollywood-killer prompts are below 👇 Photorealistic cinematic daytime amusement park roller coaster, bright hard sunlight, strong wind, realistic motion blur on tracks and background, subtle handheld camera energy, rich skin detail, heavy natural film grain. 0-5s: [Medium Shot] A young woman in her early 20s sits in the front seat of a moving roller coaster car, calm and slightly bored, hair whipping in the wind. Beside her sits a middle-aged man wearing what looks like a normal full head of hair. Behind them, another car with a woman is visible. The coaster drops and banks hard. 5-9s: [Dynamic Tracking] The force of the turn rips the man’s wig free. It peels off his bald head in a chaotic upward arc, spinning and flying backward through the air. The wig lands messily on the head of the woman in the car behind. Everyone’s faces freeze in pure shock and confusion at the peak of the chaos. Time locks completely. Only the young woman in the front keeps moving. 9-15s: [Slow Orbital + Detail] Camera slowly orbits the frozen cars. The wig hangs mid-air in a twisted shape with individual hairs suspended. The bald man’s scalp is fully exposed, mouth open. The woman behind is frozen mid-scream with the wig draped over her face. The young woman looks sideways, rolls her eyes and mouths “joder, otra vez”. She reaches into her pocket, pulls out a stick of chewing gum, unwraps it and calmly puts it in her mouth, starting to chew while the entire frozen scene (except her) begins a precise reverse. 15-20s: [Medium Close-up] The rewind is controlled and elegant: the wig lifts off the woman behind, flies backward through the air in reverse, and returns exactly to the moment it is only beginning to peel off the bald man’s head. Time freezes again at that precise instant — the front edge of the wig just lifting, a few strands already loose. 20-26s: [Tight Medium] Still frozen for everyone else, the young woman takes the chewed gum out of her mouth, reaches over and firmly presses it onto the center of the bald man’s scalp, right under the lifting wig. With the same hand she smooths and presses the wig back down into perfect place, locking it with the gum. She sits back, looks straight ahead with a tiny private smile, completely unbothered. 26-30s: [Medium Shot] Time suddenly resumes at full real-time speed. The coaster continues its drop. The man touches his head, feels the wig still firmly in place, looks confused for a second, then breaks into a relieved, happy smile. The young woman stares forward, already chewing a new piece of gum, expression of quiet satisfaction. Photorealistic, ultra-detailed wind and hair physics, perfect motion blur only on moving elements, stable characters, cinematic lighting, heavy natural film grain, no artifacts, movie-level temporal coherence, high rewatch value. It's text to video, so you just have to copy, tweak and paste! Enjoy the quoted one too 😎

Andy Burnham stood on the CLIFFS, looking out over the water we're meant to be DEFENDING, and told you the boats are BEATEN. Six claims. One interview. Every one falls apart against his OWN figures. Every number a MAGIC TRICK, watch the good hand, ignore the one picking your pocket. CLAIM 1. Down by half. His own Home Office says 41 percent. Nine points added live on air. First answer, first lie. CLAIM 2. Lowest in six years. Cherry-picked. The real total sits LEVEL with 2022. He reached past the years that beat him and waved one quiet month like a medal. CLAIM 3. It's working. It's not broken, it's BUILT this way. Three firms, Serco, Clearsprings, Mears, run the asylum hotels. Heading for £15 BILLION. Paid whether the beds are full or empty. One owner made the RICH LIST off it. So who at the top gains from stopping this? Nobody. That's why it never stops. CLAIM 4. He doubled the French police. To do WHAT? A French court BANNED them from touching a boat in the water. One told the camera their orders are to LET THEM GO. Charities filmed handing out LIFEJACKETS, walking them aboard. He doubled the men legally banned from lifting a finger, and called it action. That's LYING through his teeth. CLAIM 5. Safe and legal routes. Translation, MORE coming in, on top of the boats. Immigration sold as the cure for immigration. It kills no gang. It kills your right to say NO. What he SKIPPED. He's removed 21 people. Out of 20,605. The rest he pays £3,000 each to leave, babies included, and calls it a return. Appeals have DOUBLED to a record 80,000. The hotels he swore to close still hold 30,000. CLAIM 6. Let's not play politics. Says the man inflating stats, cherry-picking months, taking the WEATHER'S credit. On a clifftop. For the cameras. If that's not playing politics, Andy, what is? Then the line that gives the whole game away. He says the public don't like it when the border LOOKS uncontrolled. Not IS. LOOKS. He isn't fixing the border. He's fixing how it LOOKS. The whole trick, in his own words. Listen to him on the EU's emergency talks. No fight. No urgency. Just, our team will feed in. A man who wanted this STOPPED would be hammering on the door of every room where it's decided. He wasn't. Because the state doesn't want the tap turned off and neither, it seems, does he. Texting the Spanish PM, promising to be RELENTLESS, it's the language of a man performing effort, not making it. Different face. Same machine. Blair's people built it, the Civil Service feeds it, every PM since just learns the lines. So don't watch the hand waving 41. Watch the one signing the CHEQUES. Don’t mistake this for incompetence. He’s two weeks in, and he climbed a cliff to perform a worry he doesn’t feel. The boats were never his to STOP. Just his to be SEEN fretting over. Not a border to defend. A photo to take. He doesn’t need to stop the boats. He just needs you to believe he’s trying. He isn’t.

Security footage from the Eastgate Shopping Center in North Carolina shows the unwavering bond between a Soldier and their Service Dog. The veteran walking through the corridor is David. He's 32 years old with 2 deployments. He was diagnosed with PTSD in 2019 and crowds immediately trigger anxiety attacks. The German Shepherd walking beside him is 5 yr old Atlas. David's certified service animal for three years. David told a local news outlet he had driven to the mall to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy near the east entrance. He knew it was a Saturday. He knew it would be crowded. He thought he could manage it. "About halfway down the main corridor I could feel it starting," David explained. "Heart rate going up. Breathing getting shallow. I was scanning every face. It's like my brain just shifts into a different mode and I can't pull it back manually." The security footage shows David walking at a slightly faster pace than normal. His posture tighter. Atlas is right beside him, matching his stride. Then Atlas stops. He sits down directly in David's path. Squarely. Calmly. Like he'd planned it. David takes one more step and nearly stumbles over Atlas. He looks down. Atlas looks up. Direct, steady eye contact. Unwavering. The kind of focus that asks for nothing except full attention in return. David stopped. The crowd parted around them. People kept moving. Nobody stopped. Just two figures standing still in the middle of a busy corridor — a man and his dog looking at each other. David knelt down. Put both hands on either side of Atlas's face. You can hear David talking to Atlas, calming himself by acting like he's calming the dog. He told us: "When Atlas locks eyes with me like that, it forces my whole nervous system to find something to attach to that isn't a threat. He becomes the only thing in the room. And once he's the only thing in the room, I can breathe again." They stayed there for about two minutes. Then Atlas stood up. Resumed walking. Slower this time. And David walked with him. They picked up the prescription. Made it back to the car. David posted the security footage two weeks later with permission slip from the mall. He wanted people to understand what service animals actually do in real time — not in training environments, not in demonstrations, but in the middle of an ordinary Saturday when everything quietly starts to fall apart. "Atlas didn't wait for me to ask for help," David said. "He saw what was coming before I could name it. And he put himself between me and it." Sometimes the bravest thing a guardian does is simply refuse to move. God bless our soldiers and the service dogs who walk beside them...always. 🇺🇸

Air Canada says bon voyage to terrorist sympathizer Sammy Allouba Another Islamist online bozo eruption; another victory for independent media, specifically Rebel News. You may recall that earlier this month, we brought you the incredibly disturbing story of Sammy Allouba. We were tipped off about Allouba by our friends at Leviathan. You see, Allouba goes out of his way to convey hatred against certain groups of people. All the while he glorifies designated terrorist groups and individual terrorists who tend to massacre those aforementioned people. Disturbingly, Allouba was working as a Station Attendant with Air Canada at Toronto Pearson International Airport. And we were told that Allouba routinely unloads baggage from inbound and outbound aircraft. As well, his duties included performing general aircraft maintenance. Good golly, Miss Molly, what could possibly go wrong? By the way, here’s a smattering of Allouba’s online pithy prose. For starters, Allouba openly calls for the elimination of almost 10 million Israelis. He’d like to see that carried out by the Iranian regime (even though the mullahs in Tehran seem to have their hands full at the moment, but never mind.) Allouba also states he’s a proud supporter of designated terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah. He even praises Yahya Sinwar, the terrorist mastermind responsible for the Oct. 7, 2023, massacre in Israel. Notably, it’s not just Israelis and Jews Allouba hates. He has also expressed interest in seeing anti-regime Iranians murdered. Same goes for anti-Hamas Palestinians. Allouba pretty much loathes anyone that chooses civilization over savagery. Naturally, we reached out to the media relations departments of both Air Canada and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority. We wanted to know how someone so radicalized and potentially dangerous as Allouba is employed by Canada’s largest airline. As well, we wanted to know how Air Canada and the GTAA can guarantee the safety of their passengers given that Allouba’s access to luggage and aircraft. We also came across photos online of Allouba wearing a Palestinian military combat vest. Does Allouba don this apparel while on the job? Finally, do Air Canada and the GTAA conduct clearance checks for employees? Shockingly, neither Air Canada nor the GTAA could be bothered to answer these important queries. But why? It’s a matter of public safety. That prompted us to pay a house call to Pearson International Airport. Our hope was to meet up with Allouba to get his side of the story. We never got that opportunity. As well, reps from Air Canada and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority declined to come on camera. Then again, when it comes to the GTAA, there’s a very good reason that Pearson International is ranked as the worst airport in the world – and yes, we’re including third world airports here. But this is a serious matter. The inherent potential danger of employing someone who advocates terrorism having access to aircraft and luggage is extremely dangerous. And this is not conjecture. Case in point: consider what happened on June 23, 1985. That’s when Air India Flight 182 flew out of Pearson en route to Delhi. The flight never made it to its final destination as it blew up over the Atlantic Ocean. Bombs had been embedded in suitcases thanks to the efforts of Sikh terrorists who had access to the airliner’s luggage. The end result: all 329 people on board were killed, which included 268 Canadian citizens. But get this: on February 12, we finally received an email from the media relations department of Air Canada. Here’s what it states: “Given your interest in this matter, we would like to provide an update. “We were already aware of and acting upon the unacceptable posts made by an airport employee prior to your contacting us, however our policy is not to discuss employee issues in the media. The person in question was removed from their duties, the situation investigated, and this individual is no longer employed by Air Canada. “The comfort, well-being and safety of all customers and employees is Air Canada's top priority, and we have no tolerance for offensive or threatening language.” Well, the removal of Allouba is a victory to be sure. Allouba has absolutely no business being anywhere near commercial aircraft. But Air Canada’s statement – and by the way there was no name attached to it – raises some questions. Firstly, we’re curious about the timeline. Air Canada states it was aware of Allouba’s reprehensible postings, but it doesn’t say when the airline became aware. And how long did Air Canada continue to allow Allouba to carry out his duties? Oh we forgot. As stated in the email, Air Canada’s policy is “not to discuss employee issues in the media.” Translation: even the privacy rights of an Islamist trumps public safety. Unbelievable. Secondly, our original email to Air Canada asking for comment was sent on Feb. 2. Why did it take until Feb. 12 to get a response? And to think these guys deal with jet propulsion… But as we have seen with so many other companies that have employed Islamists engaging in online bozo eruptions, standard procedure seems to be the following: 1. Look the other way. 2. Hope nobody notices. 3. If somebody does notice, then get rid of the hater to avoid receiving a PR black eye. It happens time and time again. This is nothing short of shameful as well as a gross dereliction of duty. As for Allouba, he’ll have to fall back on his other job. He’s an aspiring actor, you see. He was being represented by Toronto-based agency called The Casting Solution. We reached out to the agency’s principal, Samantha Rose, to see if Allouba is still on her talent roster. And the answer is: no. Quite a bad week for poor Sammy… In the days ahead, we look forward to tracking the acting career of Sammy Allouba. You know, in this regard, there’s been speculation that a sequel to the 1994 blockbuster, True Lies, is in the works. And given Sammy’s love for terrorism, aircraft, and acting, we think there is a tailor-made role for him should the producers of True Lies 2 decide to reshoot the very best scene from the original movie (yes, we are referencing the Harrier jump jet scene.) Sammy Allouba as a human missile? Now, that’s entertainment!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 THE MASK DROPS: JOURNALIST GOES TO PROVE MUSLIMS ARE "PEACEFUL" — MOB SHOWS UP TO KILL HER INSTEAD ☠️ The irony would be a chef’s kiss if it weren’t so deadly serious. A journalist waltzes into a Muslim enclave in England, cameras rolling, narrative pre-written — “look at these peaceful, law-abiding citizens, nothing to see here, you bigots.” The script writes itself. It’s the same one the legacy media has been running for two decades straight. And then reality intervenes. Within minutes, a gang of masked men swarm her. They don’t want an interview. They don’t want dialogue. They want her gone — and they make it abundantly clear she’s leaving in a body bag if she doesn’t comply. The live feed gets cut. The studio anchor is stammering apologies for the “language.” The journalist gets escorted out, tail between her legs, narrative in tatters. This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s the Birmingham pattern — and it keeps repeating: - Sky News reporter Becky Johnson, August 2024: surrounded by masked men on bikes, shouting profanities and “Free Palestine,” forced off-air mid-broadcast. A man with a knife chased the van and tried to slash the tires. A year later, when she returned to the same neighborhood, a man in a car mimed pulling a trigger at her head. - Christian preacher in Walsall, January 2023: mob of 20-30 Muslims formed a ring around him, threatened to cut his throat, beat him, and abduct him — for preaching that the Qur’an presents a false Jesus. Police response? Arrest the preacher for “blasphemy.” The mob walked free. A judge later threw out the charges, but the message was sent. Same neighborhoods, same script: white resident Gerry Moynihan admitted he stayed inside his own home that day because the "intelligence" was that the mobs were "looking for what they thought were the enemy — white people — and trying to find white people." The Narrative vs. The Footage The establishment gaslights the public with one hand while their own camera crews are fleeing for their lives on the other. The cognitive dissonance is staggering: View the table below. The 2030 Agenda crowd — the globalist technocrats pushing mass migration, open borders, and the dissolution of national identity — didn’t just break England. They lobotomized it. They convinced the ruling class that importing millions of people from cultures that view Western values as a disease to be eradicated would somehow produce... Sweden. Look how that turned out. The Real Two-Tier System When a white man says something offensive online, the full weight of the British state descends on him — dawn raids, criminal charges, career destruction. When a mob of masked men threatens to murder a female journalist on live television for the crime of standing on a street with a microphone, the system suddenly discovers its deep reservoir of “context” and “community tensions.” The journalist who went in expecting to film a puff piece about peaceful Muslims got the uncut director’s commentary instead. The mask didn’t just slip — it was ripped off and thrown at the camera. The lesson? You can gaslight a nation for twenty years with carefully edited news packages and diversity-committee-approved scripts. But you can’t edit the live feed fast enough when the truth charges at the lens on two wheels, masked up, screaming for blood. #TheMaskDrops #NarrativeVsReality #BirminghamExposed #TwoTierEverything #LiveFeedDoesntLie #2030AgendaWasteland #TheyCantEditFastEnough #PeacefulOnPaper can’t director’s didn’t Qur’an “ chef’s chef’s

The ZOOMED IN FOOTAGE shows it clearly. Cody Harper is halfway to his feet, still stumbling up from a beating, when an officer rushes him and pins him against the shutters. She never says she's police. He's in pure fight-or-flight, still thinking it's another attacker. So he swings to get free. That's it. That's the whole crime they're taking him to court for. He's at Birmingham Magistrates Court on JULY 23. That's a first hearing, not the trial. He enters his plea, and if he pleads not guilty, he can take it to a JURY. Twelve ordinary people, watching that same footage. Prison is unlikely for a first-timer. But that was never really the point. A conviction still leaves him with a criminal record, and depending on how it goes, that can trail him for years, turning up on the background checks employers run before they hand you a job. For a lad who was jumped in the street, that's the real cost here. Not a cell. A mark against his name he did nothing to earn. Now the bit that should stop you cold. Watch the SECOND officer. She walks straight up to the men who beat him, has a word, and lets them stroll off FREE. Then comes back and helps arrest the lad they attacked. Those attackers? Weeks on. Never even arrested. 1:30am, Broad Street. Cody, 20, is set on by a group. One floors him. Another swings at the back of his head. The police are right there. They don't chase the men doing it. They grab the VICTIM. Then the officer snarls at him, you're going to walk to the car, you f***ing dick. Try that in the street yourself and see how fast you're nicked. Then came their statement. No concerns over the officer. And please, stop sharing the footage. So X's own readers pinned a note under it. The footage disproves the police's account. Share it far and wide, to get justice for the man arrested. Fourteen million have seen it now. The police asked you to look away, and the public fact-checked them on their own post. This force is in special measures. Graded INADEQUATE on investigating crime and protecting the public. HALF the investigations inspectors checked had failed. They may have failed to log 46,000 uses of force. Their Chief Constable walked out in disgrace in January. Their crime-prediction tech gets it wrong 8 times out of 10. It’s not just Birmingham. Forces everywhere got flooded with green recruits in a hiring rush while the experienced ones walked. Training and vetting couldn't keep up. So now young officers with barely any life experience are making split-second calls they aren't ready for. Then there's the guidance. After Henry Nowak, the police are reviewing their own anti-racism policies, because officers are so busy second-guessing the optics of race, they miss the job right in front of them. Protect the victim. Arrest the attacker. Remember Nowak? Handcuffed as he lay dying, because his killer cried racism first and they believed the liar. Same instinct. Grab whoever looks like less trouble. Miss the actual crime. That's not one bad officer. That's a broken force, green recruits, and a rulebook with its priorities upside down. They found time to charge him. They still can't find the men who beat him. Nobody's had a trial. Cody's owed his day in court like anyone. Say that plainly. But watch that second officer let his attackers walk, read the note the public stapled to the police's own words, and ask yourself one thing. Who are the police actually protecting here. Because it isn't him.

🚨🇺🇦🇷🇺 U.S. GENERAL AND COLONEL DEBATE THE UKRAINE WAR Is Russia winning this war or is Putin bleeding out behind the propaganda? U.S. General Ben Hodges and Colonel Daniel Davis go head-to-head on the battlefield, the politics, and the future of the entire region. Nothing was off limits. They clashed on: * Whether Russia’s goal is territory or the total destruction of Ukraine’s military * Why Pokrovsk is close to falling and what that really means for the front * If Russia has air supremacy, the manpower advantage, and the industrial base to grind Ukraine down * Why Ukrainian brigades are collapsing from manpower shortages while Russia stockpiles weapons for a much bigger fight * Whether NATO is already in a “low-level war” with Moscow * How sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil are hitting Russia’s coffers * Whether Ukraine can turn the war around with Tomahawks, Taurus missiles, and a rebuilt army * And the one question no one wants to answer: Is a negotiated “ugly deal” the only thing standing between Ukraine and total collapse? Ben Hodges says Russia is cracking, running out of money, and terrified of Ukrainian deep strikes. Daniel Davis fires back that Russia is holding its army in reserve and could take the Dnieper if the West keeps dragging this out. Two veterans. Two opposite realities. One war that’s reaching a point of no return. If you want to understand where this conflict is actually heading next, this is the debate you can’t afford to miss. 00:01:35 - Russia's real goal isn't territory - it's the total destruction of Ukraine's military 00:04:13 - Pokrovsk "about to fall" for over a year while Black Sea Fleet sits neutralized 00:07:12 - Russia has air supremacy and is really fighting 50 nations, not just Ukraine 00:10:44 - The West hasn't drained its coffers - it's drained its political will 00:12:13 - What Ukraine needs to win: hundreds of Tomahawks hitting Russian oil infrastructure 00:13:39 - Ukrainian families won't send their kids to die in a broken military system 00:15:33 - Russia is holding hundreds of thousands of troops in reserve for the real fight 00:19:24 - Massive Russian weapons stockpiles point to a much bigger war with NATO ahead 00:21:33 - Europe is 13 times stronger than Russia but too divided to use it - NATO and Russia already at war in the shadows 00:26:55 - NATO supports killing Russians on the battlefield, then acts shocked when Russia hits back 00:27:15 - Russia's slow grind is strategy, not weakness - preserving troops for what comes next 00:32:20 - Sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil finally hitting Moscow where it hurts 00:37:10 - The choice: ugly deal now or total Ukrainian collapse within a year 00:43:56 - Baltic states fled to NATO because they know what life under the Kremlin means 00:46:23 - The 2014 coup and how Western meddling in Ukraine set the spiral to war in motion 00:53:18 - Russia's security demands prove they're planning another invasion 00:56:47 - Make Ukraine like Finland - armed to the teeth so no one ever invades again 00:58:07 - Ukraine's fate in one year: sudden collapse or slow death fighting to the end

Day 6: What a glorious morning in the USA. We've only been in this beautiful country for 6 days and we absolutely love it. It's been a long time since I've seen my wife this happy and hopeful. The overwhelming kindness and real concern and care our community extends towards us pushes us upwards and pushes us forward. Today started slow after our meeting with our resettlement agency was rescheduled 1hr later. As updated previously someone from Spangler Restoration did come assess the mold and we're expecting a full clean by tomorrow. Will follow up, but will keep the mold updates separate from now on because it will not get us down or beat us down nor distract us from all the wonderful aspects of our journey. That said we'll give them hell should they stutter or falter. We will also conduct our own testing with a 5 minute mold test and sample kit that will get sent to a lab proudly gifted to us by American patriots who bought it for us in our Amazon wish list. We met with the resettlement agency and they went over information and asked us how we are doing and how the last 5 days have been. They are too keeping an eye on the mold issue and are also waiting for the next update from management. They explained our documentation and informed us again that we entered approved to work immediately. We have work authorization from day 1. However, some employers are too cautious employing illegals and as such people with our documentation face challenges getting employed before and EAD card and SSN card has been issued. We'll have to see them tomorrow again. This if for signing of consent forms apply as proxy for SSN etc. I informed the agency that I've applied with Rides for Refugees who could potentially hook us up with a donated vehicle which would make the world of difference to be able to travel with my son to appointments. There is still a big journey lying ahead for us. More medical assessments and SSA visits etc. My body is aching from the physical labor after doing the fibre trenches yesterday. I can hardly walk. 😂 I overdid It while shadowing with the ride along yesterday. Apparently it takes about 2 weeks to get work fit. If they contract me I will take the offer immediately and I'll start with training after two weeks of digging fibre trenches. I'm coming from journalism and web hosting office jobs into the sun and I'm totally game for it. Anything to start earning dollars and it's an industry I want to get into. So it's win win and I can't be more grateful for this opportunity. Back in South Africa I would've never have had this opportunity. I can't wait to find out if and when I start. One of you kind people gifted me work boots and cargo pants from ma Amazon wish list. So I'm ready on day one. And another wonderful person on X I'm forever grateful for, gifted me peace of mind, for when I have to go off to work leaving my wife and baby behind, we now have a ring doorbell camera installed this evening letting both of us know of any trouble or visitors while healing our angst and worry, PTSD, we undoubtedly brought with us from South Africa. We have also received the gifted Air purifier this afternoon and it's already doing wonders in our single bedroom where Nova sleeps with us, where it will help ease the odors, it's affects, albeit temporarily, and will help us have a proper rest during the night for the first time until the specialists clean the HVAC. I will be posting pictures and thanking individuals who opened their hearts. I will never forget what your doing for us, for my family, for my son. I have sacrificed my son's past, his Afrikaner culture and to a degree his Afrikaans language for a future in which he can reach his full potential, he will grow up American and we all including my family will fight to protect American values and the future of this great nation, & I am and will always be a proud Amerikaner dad. Thank everyone of you, members of my community, God bless all of us. 🇺🇸🙏

10 years ago, Tim Ferriss walked into Google & revealed exactly how to cage the monkey mind that is destroying your life every passing day: 1. The real training is in the small embarrassments. We do not rise to the level of our hopes. We fall to the level of our training. If you cannot handle small moments of public embarrassment you will not have the backbone to make big decisions under real pressure. 2. Seneca practiced poverty once a month. He would wear rough clothing, eat the simplest food, and ask himself is this the condition I so feared. Tim does one three day water fast every month and one seven to ten day fast every quarter for the same reason. Once you know the worst case is survivable you stop fearing it. 3. The monkey mind is not a dialogue. It is a stern and irritating roommate in your head that never shuts up. The morning journal is not about producing writing. It is about giving that roommate a two dimensional prison so it stops playing on repeat for the rest of the day. 4. The Five Minute Journal takes two and a half minutes in the morning and two and a half at night. The morning portion is a gratitude and planning exercise. The evening portion is a performance review. The ROI on those five minutes is higher than almost anything else Tim does. 5. Depression is an obsession with the past. Anxiety is an obsession with the future. High achievers almost always skew toward anxious future focus. Without a deliberate gratitude practice they hit goal after goal and feel nothing because they are already racing toward the next one. 6. The single biggest difference between the top quartile of performers and the top one percent is the degree to which they can identify their goals and maintain focus on them. Everything else is secondary to that one thing. 7. Humility does not require willpower. It requires designing the right environment. Every day Tim tries to be the weakest person in the room at something. At 15 in Japan he thought he was a judo star until a guy forty pounds lighter destroyed him in seven seconds. Then he trained at a school that produced Olympic gold medalists and got demolished by twelve year olds for months. He came out the other end completely transformed. 8. More than eighty percent of the world class performers Tim has interviewed across every field have a daily meditation practice. Some do not call it meditation but they all have something that functions the same way. Amelia Boone, the greatest female obstacle racer alive, sings the same song to herself on loop for hours. Arnold Schwarzenegger did transcendental meditation for a year and said the benefits persisted for decades after he stopped. 9. A high percentage of the successful men Tim has interviewed over fifty skip breakfast entirely. Pavel Tsatsouline, the man who brought kettlebells to America, answered what did you have for breakfast with a single word. Coffee. 10. What matters is not having a specific routine. It is having a routine. Whatever it is. The goal is to preserve your decision making and creativity for the things that actually require them. Steve Jobs wore the same thing every day. That was not a fashion choice. It was an energy allocation strategy. 11. Tim treats his entire life as two week experiments and six month projects. A reliable five year plan almost by definition requires you to set goals below your current capabilities. He is unwilling to do that so he does not plan that way. 12. The most successful people he has interviewed are not naive optimists. They budget for the downside. Richard Branson's real skill is figuring out the maximum he can lose and the maximum time he can lose before committing to anything. Once you realize the worst case is reversible the risk disappears. 13. The podcast succeeded because Tim knew he had a guaranteed audience of one. He was building something he could not find anywhere else. Every book came from the same place. When designing for a market things fail. When solving his own problem things work. 14. He committed to doing six podcast episodes before deciding whether to continue. If you only do one you will quit. The learning curve does not hockey stick until at least six. The survival of the project depended entirely on that pre-commitment. 15. Email is not a priority system it is other people's priority system for your time. Tim batches email offline so he is not doing whack-a-mole where sending two emails generates five back. He also uses if-then lines in every email he sends. It takes thirty extra seconds and eliminates twenty rounds of back and forth. 16. Never attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence or busyness. Holding a grudge about someone not replying means you are carrying imaginary shrapnel like acid in a vessel. You are the only one harmed by it. 17. For longevity Tim does regular extended fasting to purge precancerous cells combined with hyperbaric oxygen at two and a half atmospheres three times a week. By forty almost everyone has precancerous cells. The goal is not uncontrolled growth and fasting addresses the metabolic conditions that allow that. 18. For insomnia the two things that helped him most were morning meditation to quiet the machinery before the day starts and reading fiction before bed to shift from problem solving mode into story consuming mode. The monkey mind cannot solve problems it does not know it is supposed to be solving.
