Deadlift PR today ☠️💪 405 lbs. 1x1 Absolutely nothing feels better than crushing a new deadlift PR that you missed last week. FOUR OH FAHVE is in the books!!! This was the last lift remaining for me to achieve the Standards 1.0 🔥🔥🔥 The best part is my sons saw me fail last week, and they saw me succeed today. Hard men do hard things. We don’t give up just because we met some resistance. This is just the beginning. Keep your foot on the accelerator! 🇺🇸🇮🇷 I genuinely don’t get why American soldiers aren’t collectively telling their superiors to go fuck themselves at this point. It’s painfully obvious this isn’t what they signed up for. Welp...FSD(V13.2.2) smacked right into a curb on the Cybertruck today...Both wheel caps are destroyed. I have re-watched the footage many times at this point and I am still puzzled as to why FSD decided to veer to the right. Quite frankly unacceptable behavior. To be abundantly clear, there was no one around me that would make FSD want to steer out of the way, I was not distracted at all and supervising the vehicle the entire time, and there was NO time to react to avoid this incident.. Thankfully no one was injured, and there seemingly is no additional damage to the vehicle or the wheels themself. Tesla AI team (Wes too), please feel free to use my vehicle's telemetry data or any additional data to look into this to avoid this happening in the future if you so choose. (DM me if any further info is needed) This is incredibly disappointing to me. I understand this is a "supervised" software but dang, does it sting when there is nothing you could have done to avoid this (Other than not using the software at all). To be clear, I still believe in the FSD mission, but I will not be using the software until the next revision. Lastly, and in some better news, the Tesla North America Ridgepoint service location did an incredible job at quickly checking my truck to make sure its safe to drive, and getting me some wheel covers IMMEDIATLY! As always, I appreciate you Ridgepoint team!

My favorite bodyweight workout when I can't make it to the gym... Be sure to save this workout and give it a try! ⁠ Bodyweight workouts can be done anywhere and anytime ⁠ They’re perfect for when you truly have no time to get to the gym as they can be done at home, in a hotel, or outside ⁠ This is a 3 round circuit that can be done in under 15 minutes⁠ ⁠ A circuit is when you do all exercises back to back with no rest until the last exercise ⁠ 1. 5 Pull-Ups⁠ 2. 10 Dips⁠ 3. 15 Air Squats⁠ 4. 20 Crunches⁠ 5. 25 Push-Ups ⁠ Rest 30-90 seconds⁠ ⁠ Repeat 3 rounds⁠ ⁠ No pull-up bar? Unsure the level of concern at the moment (1.09 FIP + 27.5 K-BB%) but I think it's worth nothing that Sanchez's FB velo is down: First 3 G (2026): • 94.4 MPH (-2.1) • 94.3 MPH (-1.5) • 94.6 MPH (-0.6) *(L: '26, R: '25)* Last year: • Sanchez was a bit more efficient w/ his hip + shoulder separation • His body was more linear, helping that center of mass move correctly. • Better lower half allowing him to keep that pelvis a bit more linear -- which is likely result of the ribcage is stacked over his pelvis + sitting in that load longer on foot strike (??) This year: • Energy is leaking from that back knee into rotation • Upper + lower working w/ each other more and less of working against one another (arm doing more than it should) • His pelvis is noticeably tipping down through rotation (not a direct cue but more of a result of less lower half activation) Angles/WBC fatigue could also be at play here as well -- but assuming they're not could be some things to clean up

1 month since leaving the UK for New York 🎉 Observations: - People here are generally more positive - Cost of living is comparable to London for the most part. I feel like it gets expensive here very quickly, however. - Public transport is ok, but the amount of crazies you encounter is a massive detractor. This week I’ve seen a woman piss [ass naked] on a platform, and a lot of drug addicts do more questionable things. I’ve seen some shit in the UK, but it’s just worse here. The gov neglects the people at the lowest part of society. - A lot of places smell here. - Food is generally good if you pay extra for non-processed stuff. That said, I had a sub from the deli, and it got the better of me 🙂‍↔️😂. - I love how easy it is to transport into another world. Each borough has so much to offer. - People care for self-improvement more than anywhere I’ve lived [capitalism >>>] Bottom line, I’m enjoying it here. I’m excited to meet more new people and start building businesses. Currently working on a new project I’ll talk about tomorrow. ✌️

The most noticeable difference between the NO and TLM is the music/singing. People will hate this, but music is one of the most powerful tools of Evangelization and praise for our Lord. The NO mass you have to suffer through modern slop evangelical type hymns that make your ears bleed, no matter how well they are sung. Think "Table of Plenty" or "Here I am Lord" or "All Are Welcome." Maybe you end with "God Bless America." People think that just lyrics of a song make something worthy for mass. Some masses have drums, guitars, or odd stringed instruments. Music void of modal harmony or monophonic beauty. It's like listening to The Beatles when we could be listening to Bach's Keyboard Concerto No. 1 (I) in D minor (BWV 1052). Outside of the organ, which is designed specifically for the church to create a heavenly sound, no other instrument should really be used. There is nothing more pleasing than the singing of man and woman for God in his church and his presence. It shouldn't sound like a band kids bop song or a 1am infomercial background music for a 1980s furniture store. This is what mass "music" should sound like in the video below. Ethereal. Otherworldly. To lift us up to God by singing for God in a manner worthy of it. Bach wrote "Soli Deo Gloria" at the end of his works for a reason. Just the simple singing of praise to the lord beautifully. When you pray, you listen to Gregorian Chants or Orthodox chants. Why? These chants bring you up to the Lord in state of prayer. Why We ditched Gregorian Chants used for 1,000+ years for Boomer bongo hymns is shocking to me.

Today vs March 21 Little tangent here. Scared dogs don’t make puppies… I’ve been farming my whole life. In 2011 I lost my dad to cancer and the family looked at me to put out the crop. My dad made decisions. He was a leader. When I became responsible to seed, fertilize, spray, etc… 3,000 acres I knew I had 1 talent from when I was a kid. I have a memory like no other. I can tell you what hybrid I plant, pop, rate, day the last 14 years because I am engaged. When everyone was telling me exactly how to do things. I was more curious of what happens when I change a variable here or there. What was the elasticity of that decision or management. In weather forecasting they have a similar system that I was somewhat inspired by called ensemble forecasts where they change variables slightly and see how weather systems behave differently as time progresses. I could lean on my memory. I was bored AF quite honestly to do the same thing over and over again. What happens to corn if you skip a row or 2 or plant it thin or thick? Beans…can you broadcast them? Can you plant wheat with a shit tank? Can you run it over? When it’s 4” tall… what about 6” what about 13” Could you rotationally graze inside a cash crop and empower edge effect elasticity and fertilize simultaneously? It would drive some people crazy as they would wonder if you should plant 160,000 or 176000 beans per acre? What’s the difference…nothing. What’s the difference between 20” corn and 2040” corn? Full season likes the latter….early yields best crowded. Fuck around and Find out isn’t just some tic tok deal. It’s how you don’t become a scared dog. It calms your nerves as most people freak out about things that don’t really matter. Because they never had the balls to try anything else than what their dad did. I always felt like I needed to learn why and how things worked if I was ever going to become a better farmer. What matters are the derivatives, the 1st principles. There is a lot more we can do in production agriculture. It’s not all about winning the yield contest. Sometimes it’s about learning what you don’t need. That creates freedom.
