Clearly, some of our NPP friends have a comprehension problem. These guys are so naive, that they don’t even know the difference between a “mere mate”, which is what Bawumia falsely claims to have been to Akufo-Addo and a “spare driver”, which is what John Mahama rightly says he was to Prof. Mills of blessed memory. Whereas, Bawumia claims that he has been a “mere mate”, to Akufo-Addo, ostensibly to dissociate himself from the mess of his own government, Mahama said in 2012, that he was a spare driver to Prof. Mills, (which is what we have insisted a VEEP is all along). As you can see in the attached video, H.E. John Dramani Mahama owned up to, and defended the record of the Mills/NDC government that he was a part of as a spare driver and justified why the NDC, deserved another term to continue its good works. He never attempted to distance himself from any decision of the Mills government that he was a part of. Again, John Mahama in 2012, campaigned on the basis of “continuity” as can been seen in the attached video, but today, dishonest Bawumia is preaching a “new path” with a promise to undo several of the key policies of his own government, as though he is an opposition leader in his own government. Today, I spent time visiting some young entrepreneurs in Goaso, Ahafo region to have first hand insight of their operations as part of our touching the base tour. Together with my Deputy Abubakari Kudus, We visited a Young Poultry farmer Abdul Razak whose business was expanded through H.E John Dramani Mahama 's "Nkoko Nkitinkiti" program and has over 5,000 birds ready for the market. We again visited Tmana Company that has a whole chain of businesses including furniture works they supply to top popular furniture shopping centers in Accra and around. He promised to train 500 youth for us in international standard woodworks for export. I'm deeply inspired by these young change-makers and we shall as an agency take advantage of their expertise🇬🇭

Yesterday, H.E. John Dramani Mahama was in my beloved Ningo-Prampram Constituency - Afienya to be precise to cut sod for the start of his audacious US$10 billion Big Push Initiative. To be the first project warms my heart and speaks volumes of his unwavering commitment to our Constituency. In this first phase, 32 roads across the Country have been earmarked for completion within 24 months. I am delighted that 4 of 32 roads are in the Ningo-Prampram Constituency. The Tema Roundabout - Central University road, the Dawhenya - Afienya - Dodowa road, the Ashaiman Roundabout - Asikuma Junction road and the Afienya - Appolonia - Oyibi road have all been captured, awarded, and work is commencing. My joy is boundless. These roads have been a source of constant pain and worry during my first two terms serving as Member of Parliament, and despite my best efforts in 8 years under then President Nana Akufo-Addo, we had no joy nor glimmer of hope. However, these projects have come to light in barely 8 months of the Hope Giver, the Nation Builder, the Promise Keeper - John Dramani Mahama. On behalf of my Chiefs and people, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the President for keeping his word and promise from our final campaign rally at the Afienya bus terminal in October 2024. Even as I am on official assignment in the Orient, I am grateful to #TeamDzata, led by Chairman Issah Adamu Vanguard and my indefatigable DCE, Raphael Uriel Nartey, for holding the fort and giving the President a typical Dzata welcome. You won’t regret listening to this clip today from John MacArthur about his fixed time on earth. A Death for the Glory of God — John MacArthur // September 7, 2014 It’s a proverb, and the proverb is simple, very simple proverb. You can’t lengthen the daylight. You can’t shorten the daylight, right? Nothing any friend can do can lengthen the daylight. Nothing any enemy can do can shorten the daylight. It is what it is and it is fixed by God, and so is my life. No enemy can shorten it. No friend can lengthen it. It is what it is. And in that light of life which God has ordained for me, I will not stumble. That is to say, nothing will happen to me that is outside the plan. I’m not going in the dark. I’m going in the light of God’s divine day. A day can’t finish before its ordained end. The time allotted to me to accomplish my earthly ministry is fixed. It’s fixed by God. It can’t be lengthened by any precautionary measures. You don’t have to go hide somewhere in a cave. You don’t have to avoid conflict. You don’t have to run from your enemies because you can’t lengthen your life, and you can be bold and you can step right into the face of your enemies because they can’t shorten it. I tell you, just from my own personal standpoint, I live in that confidence. I can’t do anything. Neither can anybody else to lengthen my life. I’m not afraid that somebody, some enemy can do anything to shorten my life. My day is what God has ordained it will be, and in that I go forward with confidence and boldness. Jesus knew that His hour was coming, but it hadn’t come yet, and many times He’d said, “My hour hasn’t come. My hour hasn’t come.” And He escaped all of the plots and all of the mob violence. This has great application for us I think to realize that if you’re walking in the Spirit and serving the Lord, you have your day. Being a coward and taking all kinds of precautionary steps and not being faithful isn’t going to lengthen it; and being bold in the face of enemies isn’t going to shorten it because it is what God has ordained it to be.

John Landis explains why 'Animal House' (1978) has stood the test of time: "In hindsight, I’ve come up with a theory about why the film has stood the test of time for 25 years. It’s a very romantic film. I think it captures a time of youth, that time when you’re entering college. It’s the first time you’re out of the house, and you have all this freedom. People look back on that time fondly, and we did it right. [I have listened to fans affectionately discuss 'Animal House' (1978)] the same way soldiers from the World War II generation talked about the movie ‘The Best Years of Our Lives.’ (1946). I’ve had everyone from the most radical, left-wing guys to the most right-wing, Republican guys come up to me and say that they were in a frat just like the Deltas and knew everyone of those guys. Remember Sen. Sam Ervin (from the Watergate investigations)? He came up to me once and said: ‘I have to tell you, Mr. Landis, that was my frat.’ I’m a high-school drop-out so ‘Animal House’ was my college experience, It was also not our intention to revitalize the fraternity system. Another reason 'Animal House' has lasted, is because, despite all the raunchy antics, it has a good heart and is not mean-spirited. I think ‘Animal House’ is lightning in a bottle, It’s a one-time-only thing. It’s become part of the culture. I have seen some desperate NPP propagandists share a video of the Upper West Regional Hospital, with the claim that it was started by Former President Kufour and completed by President Akufo-Addo. Although the history of the Upper West Regional Hospital is well-known and a matter of public record, it is important to set the records straight so that unsuspecting Ghanaians are not hoodwinked by this dubious propaganda. 1. The 160-bed Upper West Regional Hospital project was one of the nine (9) hospitals which were awarded to Euroget De Invest in the year 2010 by the Government of Ghana. 2. The project was conceptualized and initiated by the Kufour government as part of what is called “The Hospitals Project”. Euroget De Invest was engaged by the Government of Ghana to design and build 8 hospitals for the Ministry of Health and 1 hospital for the Ministry of Defense. 3. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Government of Ghana and Euroget De Invest for the nine (9) hospital projects in April 2008. 4. Cabinet gave approval for the Euroget hospital projects on 29th October 2008. 5. On 12th November, 2008, the Parliament of Ghana approved the loan for the Euroget hospital projects, an amount of $339 million dollars which was to be sourced from Egypt. The Kufour government was then voted out of office. See 6. The contracts for the projects were signed between the Mills government and Euroget in 2010. 7. On 31st July, 2010, then Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E John Dramani Mahama cut the sod for the Upper West Regional Hospital. 8. However, construction of the project could not commence due to the inability of the company, Euroget De Invest to secure funding from Egypt. This undue delay was mainly occasioned by the Arab spring upheaval in Egypt. Thus, the Upper West regional hospital could not start on schedule due to lack of funds. See 9. Through the hard work of the Mills/Mahama government, approval was given to Euroget De Invest and funding was secured from a Barclays PLC- ABSA SA consortium to finance the project in August 2012. See 10. In November 2012, just before the elections, then running mate to Akufo-Addo, Alhaji Bawumia visited the project site with the media and mocked John Mahama and the NDC for deceiving the people of Upper West region. See 11. Actual construction began in 2014 under the Mahama/NDC government with funding from the Barclays-ABSA bank consortium. By the time John Mahama was leaving office, the project was about 95%. These facts are verifiable and indisputable. 13. It is true that the project has its roots in the Kufour government. It was in 2008, that the MoU and original loan agreement was signed and approved. However, the funding arrangement envisaged under the Kufour government didn’t materialize. The contracts were signed and the sod cut for the project by the Mills/Mahama government. More importantly, Funding was secured in August 2012 under the Mills/Mahama government. Construction began in 2014 under the Mahama government and was over 95% complete in 2016 before John Mahama left office. 14. The Upper West Regional hospital project should have been fully completed and commissioned latest by 2017 but was unduly delayed by President Akufo-Addo and commissioned in 2019. 15. While it is fair to give President Kuffuor the credit for conceptualizing and initiating the project, the chunk of the credit must go to the Mills/Mahama governments which worked with Euroget to secure funding for the project and supervised the construction of the project from ground zero to about 95% completion stage. 16. Akufo-Addo and Bawumia knows next to nothing about this project and contributed very little to its completion. SAMMY GYAMFI ESQ.

The project was conceptualized and initiated by the Kufour government as part of what is called “The Hospitals Project”. Euroget De Invest was engaged by the Government of Ghana to design and build 8 hospitals for the Ministry of Health and 1 hospital for the Ministry of Defense. 3. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Government of Ghana and Euroget De Invest for the nine (9) hospital projects in April 2008. 4. Cabinet gave approval for the Euroget hospital projects on 29th October 2008. 5. On 12th November, 2008, the Parliament of Ghana approved the loan for the Euroget hospital projects, an amount of $339 million dollars which was to be sourced from Egypt. The Kufour government was then voted out of office. See 6. The contracts for the projects were signed between the Mills government and Euroget in 2010. 7. On 31st July, 2010, then Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E John Dramani Mahama cut the sod for the Upper West Regional Hospital. 8. However, construction of the project could not commence due to the inability of the company, Euroget De Invest to secure funding from Egypt. This undue delay was mainly occasioned by the Arab spring upheaval in Egypt. Thus, the Upper West regional hospital could not start on schedule due to lack of funds. See 9. Through the hard work of the Mills/Mahama government, approval was given to Euroget De Invest and funding was secured from a Barclays PLC- ABSA SA consortium to finance the project in August 2012. See 10. In November 2012, just before the elections, then running mate to Akufo-Addo, Alhaji Bawumia visited the project site with the media and mocked John Mahama and the NDC for deceiving the people of Upper West region. See 11. Actual construction began in 2014 under the Mahama/NDC government with funding from the Barclays-ABSA bank consortium. By the time John Mahama was leaving office, the project was about 95%. These facts are verifiable and indisputable. 13. It is true that the project has its roots in the Kufour government. It was in 2008, that the MoU and original loan agreement was signed and approved. However, the funding arrangement envisaged under the Kufour government didn’t materialize. The contracts were signed and the sod cut for the project by the Mills/Mahama government. More importantly, Funding was secured in August 2012 under the Mills/Mahama government. Construction began in 2014 under the Mahama government and was over 95% complete in 2016 before John Mahama left office. 14. The Upper West Regional hospital project should have been fully completed and commissioned latest by 2017 but was unduly delayed by President Akufo-Addo and commissioned in 2019. 15. While it is fair to give President Kuffuor the credit for conceptualizing and initiating the project, the chunk of the credit must go to the Mills/Mahama governments which worked with Euroget to secure funding for the project and supervised the construction of the project from ground zero to about 95% completion stage. 16. What an absolutely disingenuous liar John DePetro Show has proven himself to be. This is not even close to what Ronnie said. Ronnie’s exact words about the clips were that they “change the whole dynamic”. That could mean anything, but based on his recent interviews on NBC 10, where he mentioned jurors never heard Karen’s voice in Trial 1, I think it’s a safe assumption that’s what he meant. I signed up for a free trial of FoxNation and listened to the entire 43 minute episode on my run tonight. Nowhere in this entire episode does Ronnie say what John is reporting and frankly he owes Ronnie an apology for misrepresenting his words. He probably assumed no one would go and watch his show because he’s such a loSAH, but after seeing people hate on Ronnie this weekend I had to see for myself. Don’t worry John, this wasn’t a total waste of my Sunday evening—I time stamped all your most idiotic statements and your greatest hitz will be forthcoming. Sadly, the host clearly has no clue what’s going on either. NDC’s 24-Hour Economy: A Grand Deception, Not Delivered! Ladies and gentlemen, fellow Ghanaians, When the NDC was in opposition, they promised you a "24-Hour Economy"—a bold, revolutionary policy that would create jobs, boost productivity, and transform Ghana into a non-stop economic hub. They even promised "1-3-3" employment, where three people would share one job to reduce unemployment. President Mahama said nightclubs would operate 24 hours, and businesses would get incentives to stay open round-the-clock. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Minister for Government Communitions said waakye sellers will sell 24hours. But now, in government, what have they delivered? A footnote of the existing and ongoing GHANA BEYOND AID CHARTER- and not the bold, job-creating revolution they promised! We told them countless times, that the big talk they were making cannot be artificially engineered. You can’t put a gun to the head of a businessman to operate 24hours. We told them that, providing subsidised power does not automatically translate into 24hours. We told them, you cannot implement 24hour economy everywhere in the country. We told them 24hour economy in itself isn’t a policy but rather an outcome of a set of policies. They said we lie and we are naysayers! They are here today in office at the back of that scam of a promise and they are shifting the post. They specifically promised us a shift job system and they are unashamedly introducing to us an existing Economic Transformation Policy Document.
