So we went to university so that we can get jobs however nepotism and comrades blocked everything for us who went to universities. Actually there's job's out there every where however they are occupied by people who don't have qualifications. Hence our country is so corrupt

What I hate is that, I have over 14 year academia experience, I have a master's degree, I applied and applied to these TVET colleges, up until I figured it's better to leav my home country (South Africa) and go work overseas .... It is so sad to see .... Shame

I once went to an interview at a TVET,some women refused to interview me saying my maths does not qualify that time I have Maths 2 (the highest level in the country before Maths 3 on undergraduate level)...with this maths there is no maths I have never done or can't teach

While some are complaining about Zimbabwean PhD lectures...and you expect to produce what 🤣😂🤣 it's a circus

I dont agree that it must be corrected .It must be that they are fired and arrested for their lies and arrested the one who was in cahoots with them .We have many many qualified to have that posts.They are still eating a salary as this sittings all

I was following her until she said Colleges are treated like “STEP CHILDREN” she lacks professionalism and may have to retract that statement unconditionally.

We have sisters who are qualified and stay in Piet Retief but they won’t employ her because there’s nepotism and corruption in employing lecturers at Nkangala🤞.

I have always said TVET colleges can be centres of choice if we start to take them seriously.Even infrastructure of TVETs are generally dilapidated, now it is worse if we have lecturers who are unqualified.Matric students should be at liberty choose to go to TVETs.
