Indeed. I thought I could never exist without meat (or marry a vegetarian, ever) until I came to Lucknow and started eating UP vegetarian food. Kerala vegetarian food is also excellent but is not practical for everyday use unless you have an army in the kitchen.

When they are discovering Indian vegetarian food restaurants in India are promoting artificial meat as Mock Meat, Vegetarian Chicken etc. 🤦‍♂️
