Your social media no matter how public it is, isnt your jobs business. You’re not on the clock and your personal life isnt owned by your job. You were hired to work there not to be tracked during your off hours to see if your “kind to other people”. With so many avatars, your manager could be the racist or chauvinist but because his/her profile picture is a cat on the moon, they’re shielded. @elonmusk I vote for there to be a ban on avatars on X.
