I got asked for my best pieces of career advice. 9 things I wish I knew when I was starting out: 1. "Swallow the Frog" This is one of the greatest "hacks" to get ahead early in your career. Observe your boss, figure out what they hate doing, learn to do it, and take it off their plate. Easy win. 2. Do the old fashioned things well. Look people in the eye, do what you say you'll do, be early, practice good posture, have a confident handshake. It sounds silly, but these things are all free and will never go out of style. 3. Work hard first and smart later. It's trendy to say that working smart is all that matters. Wrong. If you want to accomplish anything significant, you have to work hard. Work hard early—take pride in it. Then you can start to build leverage to work smart. 4. Don't do your best. Do your best is bad advice early in your career. Don't do your best, do what is necessary. Do what it takes to win. 5. Build storytelling skills. World-changing CEOs aren't the smartest in their orgs. They are exceptional at: (1) Aggregating data and (2) Communicating it simply & effectively. Data in, story out. Build that skill and you'll always be valuable. 6. Establish a reputation for figuring it out: Early on, you'll be given a lot of tasks you have no idea how to complete. There's nothing more valuable than someone who can just figure it out. Do some work, ask key questions, get it done. People will fight over you. 7. Dive through every cracked door. If someone cracks open a door that may present an opportunity, dive through it. 8. Build a personal board of advisors. The concept of “mentorship” has become too formal. Asking someone to be your mentor feels like a big commitment. Instead, build a Personal Board of Advisors. A diverse group of 5-10 people you can go to for questions, advice, or feedback. 9. Prioritize people and experience, not salary. A 10x better foundation-building experience compounds much more effectively than that extra $5K in salary. You should be compensated fairly, but not all compensation is monetary. Think long-term. Build the strongest foundation. *** The full video breaks all of these down in more detail. The rules, tips, tricks, and principles that will allow you to get ahead and stay ahead in your career. Whether you're just starting out or looking to reinvigorate your career path, these insights are crafted to help you win! Please watch and share so that more people see it! Full video here:

Leave them behind and invest in those who really want the best for the artist. 4• If you have the power to prevent crime but don't do so, you are a criminal too. 5• Those wreaths are not just acts of hate, they are acts that undermine the safety, dignity and well-being of the artists who are meant to be protected. 6•The power of international fans is undeniable. We stand united and demand the return of the 7 for any future project 7• Seunghan must receive justice, an apology and return officially as a RIIZE member 8 • Until the funeral wreath sender is punished, RIIZE is not safe under SM 9• True fans will support RIIZE for life. OT6 fans will only support idols as long as they don't reveal that they are normal human beings. 10•publicly APOLOGISE to Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee, Anton and the fanbase for the company's failure to protect its artists. 11•post the TRANSPARENCY in all promised legal actions, including statements published as well as clarity regarding the organisers of the wreath incident. 12•REINSTATED Seunghan BACK in the group. 13• We demand the unjust decision against Seunghan to be withdrawn and for him to return to the group. 14• If it’s money you’re worried about, then you’re wasting BIG time by NOT reinstating Seunghan into RIIZE. 15• Act like a responsible company & protect rii7e, every company has started taking legal action towards their artist's haters. It's ur turn. 16• If you keep bowing to toxic people requests, you will always lose your best artists 17• Ignoring and marginalizing global fans is nothing but a sign of poor planning and vision 18• If you want to capture the overseas market, you can't ignore the overseas fandom. Please think long-term for the future of the team. Seunghan's return is necessary. 19• Start condemning harassment, BULLYING, invasion of privacy and see your company thrive 20• RIIZE is seven! Bring Seunghan back to where he belongs! 21• We don't want social media updates, we want to see you acting to make JUSTICE 22• Girlfriend fans will the ruin of your company and be a nightmare for the lives of your idols forever. 23•Its your own words "The future will be more meaningful as 7 members" 24•Start now to put limits on bullies (ot6) 25•You are trying hard to keep the company's image good, but you are known only for enabling bullying. Your idols hate you. 26•You need to own up to your mistakes, even if it brings up the other mistakes you have made in your 30 years as a company. 27•Stop talking about 'the culture, the future' when all you do is enable bullies, mistreat your artists, ruin their dream and silence fans who are shouting for justice. 28•It's never too late to hear the demands of the real briize who loves RII7E 29•You can't rewrite the past. Seunghan is RIIZE, RIIZE IS 7 30•We don't want to hear members apologize because of SM neglect to protect them from malicious haters 31• Bullying is not part of your culture. make this clear! and take severe action against wreaths and Kwangya119's reports 32• a loud minority of bullies does not represent the fandom BRIIZE 33• we do not believe in your statements, start acting! 34• make a new career for riize far away from toxic fans 35• Seunghan's dream is RIIZE, RIIZE members decided that they want to be 7 36• True fans love all 7 members 37• Center 5 destroys everything it touches. change RIIZE administration

Refresher On The Rules For Discussing Israeli Wars Okay it’s been a few months since the last war Israel started, so now that Iran’s on the chopping block let’s go over the rules once again. Rule 1: Israel is never the aggressor. If Israel attacks someone it’s either a response to an aggression that happened in the past, or a preemptive attack to thwart an imminent aggression in the future. Rule 2: History automatically restarts at the date of the last act of aggression against Israel. If someone attacks Israel it was completely unprovoked, because nothing happened before the attack on Israel. Rule 3: Anything bad that Israel does is justified by Rule 2. This is true even if it does things that would be considered completely unjustifiable if it were done by a nation like Russia or China. Rule 4: Israel has a right to defend itself, but nobody else does. Rule 5: Israel never bombs civilians, it bombs Bad Guys. If shocking numbers of civilians die it’s because they were actually Bad Guys, or because Bad Guys killed them, or because a Bad Guy stood too close to them. If none of those reasons apply then it’s for some other mysterious reason we are still waiting for the IDF to investigate. Rule 6: Criticizing anything Israel does means you hate Jewish people. There is no other possible reason for anyone to oppose acts of mass military slaughter besides a seething, obsessive hatred for a small Abrahamic faith. Rule 7: Nothing Israel does is ever as bad as the hateful criticisms described in Rule 6. Criticisms of Israel’s actions are always worse than Israel’s actions themselves, because those critics hate Jews and wish to commit another Holocaust. Preventing this must consume 100 percent of our political energy and attention. Rule 8: Israelis are only ever the victims and never the victimizers. If Israelis kill Iranians, it’s because the Iranians hate Jews. If Iranians kill Israelis, it’s because the Iranians hate Jews. Israel is an innocent little lamb that just wants to mind its own business in peace. Rule 9: The fact that Israel is literally always in a state of war with its neighbors and with displaced indigenous populations must be interpreted as proof that Rule 8 is true instead of proof that Rule 8 is ridiculous nonsense. Rule 10: The lives of people in Muslim nations are much, much less important to us than western lives or Israeli lives. Nobody is allowed to think too hard about why this might be. Rule 11: The media always tell the truth about Israel and its various conflicts. If you doubt this then you are likely in violation of Rule 6. Rule 12: Unsubstantiated claims which portray Israel’s enemies in a negative light may be reported as factual news stories without any fact checking or qualifications, while extensively evidenced records of Israeli criminality must be reported on with extreme skepticism and doubtful qualifiers like “Iran claims”, “Hezbollah says” or “according to the Hamas-run health ministry”. This is important to do because otherwise you might get accused of being a propagandist. Rule 13: Israel must continue to exist in its current iteration no matter what it costs or how many people need to die. There is no need to present any logically or morally grounded reasons why this is the case. If you dispute this then you are likely in violation of Rule 6. Rule 14: The US government has never lied about anything ever, and is always on the right side of every conflict. Rule 15: Israel is the last bastion of freedom and democracy in the middle east and therefore must be defended, no matter how many journalists it has to assassinate, no matter how many press institutions it needs to shut down, no matter how many protests its supporters need to dismantle, no matter how much free speech it needs to eliminate, no matter how many civil rights its western backers need to erase, and no matter how many elections its lobbyists need to buy. Steve Levitan is the creator of Modern Family, one of the most popular sitcoms in history, which won 22 Emmy Awards. This conversation is all about how he wrote it. Highlights below: 1. Know the theme of what you’re writing, as it’ll give you a north star for every decision you make. 2. Better stories come from bigger conflicts, but bigger doesn’t mean screaming and explosions, but rather the high stakes that come from a conflict that’ll cost the characters emotionally if it isn’t resolved. 3. What kinds of conflicts work best? The stuff that never changes: love, loss, heartbreak… relationships between parents and kids, couples working through their problems. 4. The story is everything. Once you crack what’s actually going to happen, the script practically writes itself. That’s why there’s an old screenwriter saying that the first draft is 90% finished once you’re done with the outline. 5. Cut the half-jokes: A lukewarm joke kills momentum faster than no joke at all. 6. Be real. Take it down a notch. Steven gets annoyed by “big.” When things feel heightened to the point where they don’t feel human anymore, or when they’re performing on stage, to an audience, instead of just being real people. 7. Emotional moments must be earned. You want them to sneak up on you, to be understated. 8. Steven would spy on his family for TV gold. Sometimes, he’d be sitting at the table, take his phone out to frantically capture the dialogue. When friends came over, his kids would joke: “Be careful what you say around the Levitan house. It might end up on Modern Family." 9. A writer’s antenna needs to be up at all times. If you're observant, there's almost nowhere you can't go where you don't think: "That's funny." 10. Some questions for writers to ask themselves: Does it feel real? Are they talking the way people talk? Are you tapping into what you're thinking about today? 11. Conflict is everything, but how you do it matters. Don't just slap "these two hate each other" on your characters and call it conflict. Dig into who they actually are: what specific traits, backgrounds, or worldviews make them rub each other the wrong way? The clash has to come from something real. 12. Steven’s mantra for writing Modern Family episodes: Keep it moving, but don’t race through them (he thinks the episodes became too frenetic in the later years). 13. How was modern family written? About 7 writers. 8-10 weeks of story breaking at the beginning of a new season. Then the weekly cycle began: Mondays and Tuesdays were for rewrites, Wednesdays were for table reads, and then the final versions were due by Friday. 14. What happens before a show is launched? Writers spend weeks doing nothing but talking about characters and the dynamics between them, with the goal of establishing relationships that’ll play out over the course of hundreds of episodes (if things go well). 15. Give your characters a comedic lens to see the world through. On Modern Family, Phil is the Dad and he thinks he’s the “cool dad” with misguided confidence that he’s hipper than he really is, so the writers of the show knew how he’d react to things before they even wrote the scene. I've shared the full conversation with Steve Levitan below, and if you want to watch it on YouTube or find the audio links for Apple or Spotify, check out the reply tweets.

I read Shoe Dog for the third or fourth time. This episode will make you want to run through walls. My favorite quotes from the new episode: 1. Somebody may beat me, but they’re going to have to bleed to do it. 2. It was us against the world, and we felt damn sorry for the world. 3. The cowards never started and the weak died along the way. That leaves us. 4. The roadside was littered with cautious, conservative, prudent entrepreneurs. I wanted to keep my foot pressed hard on the gas pedal. 5. I just didn't want to lose. Losing was death. 6. I was no longer making Nikes; Nikes were making me. 7. The problems never stop. 8. Beating the competition is relatively easy. Beating yourself is a never-ending commitment. 9. Our ads didn’t focus on the product, but on the spirit behind the product. 10. Obsessives were the only ones for the job. The only ones for me. 11. It seems wrong to call it “business.” It seems wrong to throw all those hectic days and sleepless nights, all those magnificent triumphs and desperate struggles, under that bland, generic banner: business. What we were doing felt like so much more. 12. We wanted, as all great businesses do, to create, to contribute, and we dared to say so aloud. 13. You are remembered for the rules you break. 14. You measure yourself by the people who measure themselves by you. 15. Don't settle for a job or a profession or even a career. Seek a calling. If you’re following your calling, the fatigue will be easier to bear, the disappointments will be fuel, the highs will be like nothing you’ve ever felt. 16. The better you get, the bigger the bull’s-eye. It’s not one man’s opinion; it’s a law of nature. 17. Entrepreneurs have always been outgunned, outnumbered. 18. Front runners always work the hardest, and risk the most. 19. No future, no past. All is now. 20. He always went against the grain. Always. 21. Belief is irresistible. 22. I could not bear the thought of losing. 23. The world is without beauty when you lose. 24. We didn't believe in letting tradition slow you down. 25. Someone somewhere once said that business is war without bullets, and I tended to agree. 26. I was fascinated by leadership under extreme conditions. 27. Don’t tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results. 28. I've never been a multitasker. I wanted to focus constantly on the one task that really mattered. 29. I flat-out didn’t want to work for someone else. I wanted to build something that was my own, something I could point to and say: I made that. 30. Sometimes knowing when to give up, when to try something else, is genius. Giving up doesn’t mean stopping. Don’t ever stop. 31. When you make something, when you add some new thing or service to the lives of strangers, making them happier, or healthier, or safer, or better, and when you do it all crisply and efficiently, smartly, the way everything should be done but so seldom is—you’re participating more fully in the whole grand human drama. 32. I honestly wish I could do it all over again.

CANCEL Your Weekend Plans, & Learn Claude Code Today. This Claude Code teaches more about vibe-coding in 30 mins than most tutorials do in hours. Save this, it'll change how you build forever People are building entire apps and charging clients $5,000 to $20,000 using Claude Code. This Claude Code video is a goldmine. Full Claude Code tutorial. Beginner to pro. Every feature. Every setup step. Every best practice. Zero prior knowledge needed. Save it. Watch it tonight. Not tomorrow. Tonight. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you don't miss the breakdowns for each feature. This is your complete Claude Code roadmap. Lose it and you lose the next 12 months of income. ↓ 1. Understand What Claude Code Actually Is. You think Claude Code is just another chatbot. It's not. And that misunderstanding is why you're broke. ChatGPT gives you text. Claude Code gives you software. It runs in your terminal. It reads your entire codebase. It writes files directly to your project. It runs commands on your machine. It debugs errors autonomously. It builds features end to end. You're not chatting. You're deploying a developer. One that works 24/7. Never asks for a raise. Never calls in sick. Never pushes broken code at 5 PM on a Friday. People are charging clients $5,000-$10,000 for apps they built with Claude Code in 3 hours. And you didn't even know this tool existed because you're still asking ChatGPT to write you a to-do list. The gap between you and people making money with AI isn't intelligence. It's awareness. Now you're aware. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete breakdown of every Claude Code feature. ↓ 2. Set Up Claude Code Properly. Most people quit here. "It's too complicated." "I don't know terminal." "I'll set it up later." Later never comes. And "complicated" means "I watched for 30 seconds and gave up." The setup takes 10 minutes. Install Node.js. Install Claude Code via npm. Authenticate your account. Open your terminal. Done. 10 minutes. You spent longer this morning deciding what to have for breakfast. The video walks through every single click. Every command. Every screen. Assuming you know absolutely nothing. If you can download an app on your phone, you can set up Claude Code. It's the same level of difficulty. But you'll still tell yourself it's "too technical" because that excuse is more comfortable than admitting you're just scared to try something new. This is the setup that everything else builds on. Skip it and nothing works. ↓ 3. Use the Desktop App. You don't even need to live in the terminal if you don't want to. Claude Code has a desktop app. Clean interface. Visual feedback. Everything you need without touching command line. But here's the thing most people don't know: The desktop app isn't just a pretty wrapper. It lets you manage projects visually. See file changes in real time. Switch between projects instantly. The people making money with Claude Code use the desktop app for client projects because it's faster to manage multiple builds simultaneously. You're still opening 14 browser tabs to organize one project. They open one app and everything's there. Efficiency isn't a personality trait. It's a tool choice. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the desktop app workflow that handles 5 client projects at once. ↓ 4. Install the Right Dependencies. This is where beginners silently fail and blame the tool. Claude Code needs certain dependencies installed to work properly. Miss one and everything breaks. Then you go on Twitter and say "Claude Code doesn't work." It works fine. You just didn't read the setup guide. The video covers every dependency you need. What to install. How to install it. How to verify it's working. No guessing. No Stack Overflow rabbit holes at midnight. No "why isn't this working" for 3 hours. Watch the dependency section once. Follow every step. Never deal with setup issues again. You spent more time last week troubleshooting a printer than this takes. ↓ 5. Work Inside Your Code Editor. Claude Code integrates directly with your code editor. VS Code. Cursor. Whatever you use. It's not a separate window you alt-tab between. It's right there. In your workflow. You type a request. Claude writes the code. The code appears in your editor. You review it. Accept it. Done. No copy pasting between windows. No reformatting code that got mangled in transit. No "which version was the right one." It's like pair programming with someone who never gets distracted, never argues about naming conventions, and actually writes code that works on the first try. Your current coding process is: Google the problem, read 5 answers on Stack Overflow, copy the wrong one, debug for an hour, find the right one, paste it in, break something else, repeat. Claude Code's process is: describe what you want, get working code, move on with your life. Same hour. One method produces working software. The other produces frustration and a browser history full of Stack Overflow tabs. Stop coding the hard way. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for code editor setup guides and integration tips. ↓ 6. Master Basic Usage. Most people learn 5% of a tool and say they "know" it. You "know" Photoshop because you can crop an image. You "know" Excel because you can sum a column. You "know" Claude Code because you asked it one question. Basic usage means: How to give Claude Code context about your project. How to ask for changes to existing code. How to generate new files and features. How to review what Claude produces. How to iterate when the output isn't perfect. These basics are the foundation of everything. Skip them and every advanced feature feels confusing. Master them and every advanced feature feels obvious. The video breaks down each one with real examples. Not theory. Actual usage on actual projects. You've been using AI tools at 5% capacity and wondering why your results are 5% of what others get. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for daily Claude Code usage tips. ↓ 7. Learn Every Command. Claude Code has commands that most users never discover. Because most users type one message and expect magic. That's not how professionals use it. Professionals use specific commands that tell Claude Code exactly what to do, how to do it, and what constraints to follow. The difference between a beginner and someone making $10K/month with Claude Code is knowing which command to use and when. The video walks through every single one. Not just what they do. But when to use each one. And why one command is better than another for specific situations. You've been using Claude Code like a hammer. These commands turn it into a full toolbox. Stop treating a power tool like a blunt instrument. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the command cheat sheet I use daily. ↓ 8. Understand Modes and Shortcuts. Speed matters. The person who builds an app in 2 hours charges $5,000. The person who builds the same app in 2 days charges $2,000. Same app. Same quality. Different speed. Different income. Claude Code has modes that change how it operates. And shortcuts that cut your workflow time in half. Most people don't know either exists. They use Claude Code in default mode for everything. Like driving a car in first gear on the highway. Technically it works. But everyone is passing you. The video shows you every mode. Every shortcut. Every time-saving trick that separates the people charging $2,000 per project from the people charging $10,000. Speed is money. Literally. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the shortcuts that cut my build time by 60%. ↓ 9. Write a Proper Planning Prompt. This is the section that separates amateurs from professionals. And it's the section most people skip. A planning prompt tells Claude Code what you're building before you start building it. Architecture. File structure. Technologies. Features. Constraints. Edge cases. Without a planning prompt, Claude Code guesses. And guessing produces garbage. With a planning prompt, Claude Code executes a clear plan. And clear plans produce working software. The video shows you exactly how to write a planning prompt that makes Claude Code produce professional-grade output on the first try. "But I just want to start coding." That's why your code breaks every time. That's why you restart projects 4 times. That's why nothing you build ever gets finished. Because you refuse to plan. A 5-minute planning prompt saves you 5 hours of debugging. But you'd rather skip the 5 minutes and suffer through the 5 hours because patience isn't your thing. And that's exactly why you're not making money. Planning is the most underpaid skill in coding. And the most overpaid when you master it. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the planning prompt templates I use for every client project. ↓ 10. Choose the Right Model. Claude Code lets you select different AI models. Not all models are the same. Not all tasks need the same model. Using the most powerful model for a simple task wastes credits. Using a basic model for a complex task wastes time. The video explains: Which model to use for quick fixes. Which model to use for complex architecture. Which model to use for debugging. Which model to use for code generation. Most people pick one model and use it for everything. That's like using a sledgehammer to hang a picture frame. Model selection is strategy. And strategy is money. The people making $10K/month with Claude Code are strategic about every credit they spend. You're burning through credits because you use the most expensive model to write a hello world. ↓ 11. Use Git and Version Control. If you're not using version control, you're one mistake away from losing everything. Claude Code integrates with Git. Every change tracked. Every version saved. Every mistake reversible. Without Git: Claude makes a change. It breaks something. You can't undo it. You start over. 3 hours wasted. With Git: Claude makes a change. It breaks something. You roll back in 5 seconds. Keep working. Version control isn't optional. It's insurance. And the people not using it are the same people who say "I lost my entire project" like it's something that just happens. It doesn't just happen. It happens because you didn't set up Git. The video walks through the entire Git integration. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the Git workflow that's saved every project I've ever built. ↓ 12. Set Up Claude MD and Memory. This is the feature that makes Claude Code feel like a real team member instead of a stranger you explain everything to every time. ClaudeMD is a memory file. You tell Claude Code about your project once. It remembers forever. Coding style preferences. Project architecture decisions. Technology stack. File naming conventions. Business logic rules. Without ClaudeMD: Every new conversation starts from zero. You explain the same things repeatedly. Output is inconsistent. With ClaudeMD: Claude knows your project. Claude follows your rules. Claude produces consistent, professional code. The difference between a sloppy freelancer and a reliable agency is consistency. Claude. MD gives you consistency without the agency overhead. Most people don't set this up and wonder why Claude Code gives different answers every time. ↓ 13. Automate with Tasks. This is where Claude Code stops being a tool and starts being an employee. Tasks let you define repeating workflows. "Every time I push code, run tests." "Every time I create a new file, add boilerplate." "Every time I start a session, check for errors." Automated. Hands-free. Consistent. You're doing these things manually every single day. The same checks. The same steps. The same routine. Tasks do them automatically. So you can focus on the work that actually makes money. Every manual task you automate is time you get back. And time is the only thing you can never make more of. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the task automation templates that run my entire workflow. ↓ 14. Explore Features Most People Never Touch. The video covers features that 95% of Claude Code users don't know exist. Because they watched a 3-minute TikTok about Claude Code and think they're experts now. They're not. They're using 5% of a tool that can do everything. The full tutorial goes deep into features that most tutorials skip because they're "too advanced." They're not too advanced. They're too valuable for lazy creators to bother explaining. This video explains all of them. Clearly. For beginners. The 5% of features you don't know about are the 5% that make people rich. ↓ Let's zoom out. I just broke down 14 sections of Claude Code. Setup and installation. Desktop app. Dependencies. Code editor integration. Basic usage. Commands. Modes and shortcuts. Planning prompts. Model selection. Git and version control. Memory and Claude. MD. Tasks and automation. Advanced features. All in one video. All free. All beginner friendly. The person who masters even half of these in the next 2 weeks will be in the top 1% of Claude Code users. The top 1% of Claude Code users are the ones charging $5,000-$10,000 per project and building them in a single afternoon. Everyone else is asking ChatGPT to fix their resume. Same tools. Same access. Completely different outcomes. Because one person treats AI like a toy. And the other treats it like a business. ↓ Here's the hard truth nobody wants to hear. You don't have a talent problem. You don't have an intelligence problem. You don't have a resources problem. You have an action problem. Everything I just listed has a free tutorial right here in the attached video. 33 minutes. That's it. 33 minutes to learn the tool that people are using to build $5,000-$20,000/month businesses. You spent more time today scrolling Twitter than it takes to watch this video. You spent more time this week watching Netflix than it takes to master Claude Code basics. You spent more time this month doing nothing than it would take to completely change your income. The information is free. The tool is accessible. The opportunity is here. The only thing missing is you caring enough to start. ↓ CANCEL your plans this week. This isn't optional anymore. The people learning Claude Code right now will be building apps for the people who didn't learn it. That's not a prediction. That's already happening. Companies are replacing $150/hour developers with one person and Claude Code. If you code: learn Claude Code or become half as valuable by next year. If you don't code: learn Claude Code or miss the biggest opportunity to start earning from tech without a CS degree. There's no path forward that doesn't include AI coding tools. None. You have one window. Right now. This week. ↓ Here's your action plan for the next 7 days: Day 1: Watch the full video. Install Claude Code. Set up dependencies. Day 2: Learn basic usage. Try 5 different commands. Day 3: Write your first planning prompt. Build a small project. Day 4: Set up Claude. MD. Configure your memory file. Day 5: Master modes and shortcuts. Build a second project faster. Day 6: Set up Git integration. Automate with tasks. Day 7: Build something real. A tool, an app, a website. Ship it. 7 days. One tool. One completely different skill set. One completely different income potential. Or 7 more days of scrolling Twitter watching other people build things while you "plan to start." Your call. ↓ This is the most important video you'll watch this year. 33 minutes. Complete Claude Code mastery. From zero to building real projects. Save this post. Come back to it every single day this week. Check off each section as you complete it. Follow Himanshu Kumarfor daily Claude Code breakdowns, advanced tutorials, and the exact workflows that are turning beginners into $10K/month builders. The only thing between you and $10K/month with Claude Code is this video and 7 days. Don't waste them. You Must Follow me Himanshu Kumar, so i can send you DM.

↓ 12. Set Up Claude.MD and Memory. Follow Himanshu Kumar for daily Claude Code breakdowns, advanced tutorials, and the exact workflows that are turning beginners into $10K/month builders. The only thing between you and $10K/month with Claude Code is this video and 7 days. Don't waste them. You Must Follow me Himanshu Kumar, so i can send you DM.

Seth Godin gave a masterclass on how to build an unforgettable brand in the age of AI: 1. Marketing is not about spend. It is about creating the conditions for other people to eagerly spread your idea. 2. Authenticity is overrated. What customers actually want is consistency. Show up the same way every single time and that is worth more than any Super Bowl ad. 3. Everything your company does is a marketing decision. How you answer the phone. What you charge. How you design things. Marketing is not a department. It is everything. 4. Trust is simple. Make a promise. Keep it. Especially when it is hard. 5. Successful brands are built with your customers talking about you. Not you talking about you. 6. A brand is not a logo. A brand is a promise. Nike has a brand. Hyatt has a logo. One of them you know exactly what to expect. The other you do not. 7. You are measuring the wrong things. Follower counts. Stock price. Open rates. False proxies will take your business in the wrong direction faster than anything else. 8. Social media followers mean nothing. Godin has 400,000 Instagram followers and says if he posts about a new book maybe 12 people buy it. The number is a distraction. 9. Stop trying to be famous. The goal is not to get more famous. The goal is to get less famous and more trusted. 10. Average marketing reaches average people. Average people will not buy your product. You need the people who will talk about you, challenge you, and eagerly pay more for better. 11. When you pick your customers you pick your future. Stop trying to reach everyone. Start trying to deeply serve someone specific. 12. Better beats louder every time. One guy running a wine email list with 130,000 subscribers does $30 million a year in revenue. No ads. No social media hustle. Just consistently better. 13. The real opportunity with AI is not making things cheaper. It is making things better. The businesses that use AI to deepen relationships will win. The ones using it to cut costs will race to the bottom. 14. Your job is not to do your job. Your job is to solve problems for other people and make things better by making better things. Everything else is just noise. 15. When AI becomes the buyer it will always choose the cheapest option. If your entire business strategy is being the cheapest, AI will destroy you. The only protection is being worth it in ways that cannot be easily measured. 16. The next level of marketing is permission at a depth nobody has achieved before. The brand that knows your tools, your projects, your needs, and shows up to help without being asked will be impossible to replace. 17. Most businesses will use AI to spam more people faster. The businesses that win will use AI to serve fewer people better. That gap is the biggest opportunity in marketing right now. 18. You have a squadron of summer interns available for twenty dollars a month. They are not that good but they are very eager. The businesses learning to be good bosses of AI right now will have an enormous advantage over everyone waiting to figure it out later. 19. The question every business should be asking is not how do I get more attention. It is how do I become the kind of business that people would genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow. That answer is your entire marketing strategy.

Lessons from Mary Kay Ash, the greatest saleswoman in history: 1. Golden Rule Leadership: The Golden Rule is one of the world’s oldest and best-known philosophies, yet it’s frequently overlooked in business circles. Mary Kay proved this rule is still powerful in today’s complicated world. 2. You Build with People: Leaders are dependent upon the performance of their people, and so is a company’s success. Good people are a company’s most important asset. People are more important than the plan. 3. The Invisible Sign: Everyone has an invisible sign hanging from their neck saying, “MAKE ME FEEL IMPORTANT!” Never forget this message when working with people. 4. Praise People to Success: Each of us craves recognition. Let people know you appreciate their performance, and they’ll respond by doing even better. Recognition is the most powerful of all motivating techniques. 5. The Art of Listening: Good leaders are good listeners. God gave us two ears and only one mouth, so we should listen twice as much as we speak. When you listen, the benefit is twofold: you receive necessary information, and you make the other person feel important. 6. Sandwich Every Bit of Criticism Between Two Heavy Layers of Praise: Sometimes it’s necessary to let somebody know you’re unhappy with their performance. But direct your criticism at the act, not the person. Criticize effectively in a positive way so you don’t destroy morale. (Shane's note, I actually don't agree with this. I've never met a high performer that needs this or wants it.) 7. Be a Follow-Through Person: Be the kind of person who can always be counted on to do what you say you’ll do. Only a small percentage of people possess follow-through ability, and they’re held in high esteem by all. It’s particularly important for your team to know you possess this rare quality and to think of you as totally reliable. 8. Enthusiasm Moves Mountains: Nothing great is ever achieved without enthusiasm. Leaders are enthusiastic, and enthusiasm is contagious. Interestingly, the word enthusiasm has a Greek origin, meaning “God within.” 9. The Speed of the Leader Is the Speed of the Gang: You must set the pace for your people. Real leaders aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. They set examples by demonstrating good work habits, displaying positive attitudes, and possessing team spirit. True leaders establish success patterns that make everyone think of success. 10. People Will Support That Which They Help to Create: Invite people to participate in new projects that are still in the “thinking” stage. By confiding in associates and seeking their opinions, you generate support at the initial stage of each new venture. People often resist change when they don’t participate in the decision-making process. Some of the best leaders “plant the seed” that permits others to propose the idea and take credit for it. 11. An Open-Door Philosophy: At Mary Kay corporate headquarters, there are no titles on executives’ doors, and there’s ready access to all management levels. Everyone within the company, from mailroom clerk to chairman of the board, is a human being and is treated accordingly. 12. Help Other People Get What They Want—and You’ll Get What You Want: As the parable of the talents tells us, we’re meant to use and increase whatever God has given us. And when we do, we shall be given more. 13. Stick to Your Principles: Everything is subject to change except one’s principles. Never, absolutely never, compromise your principles. 14. A Matter of Pride: Everyone within an organization should have a sense of pride in their work. They should also feel proud to be associated with the company. It’s a manager’s job to instill this feeling and promote this attitude among their people. 15. You Can’t Rest on Your Laurels: Nothing wilts faster than a laurel rested upon. Every person should have a lifetime self-improvement program. In today’s fast-paced world, you can’t stand still. You either go forward or backward. 16. Be a Risk-Taker: You must encourage people to take risks. Let them know that “nobody wins ’em all.” If you come down on them too hard for losing, they’ll stop sticking their necks out. 17. Work and Enjoy It: It’s okay to have fun while you work. Good managers encourage a sense of humor. In fact, the more enjoyment people derive from their work, the better they will produce. 18. Nothing Happens Until Somebody Sells Something: Every organization has something to “sell,” and every person in the company must realize that nothing happens until somebody sells something. Accordingly, they should be fully supportive of the selling effort. 19. Never Hide Behind Policy or Pomposity: Never say, “That’s against company policy” unless you have a good explanation to back up the policy. It infuriates people. It’s as if you were saying, “We do it this way because it’s the way we’ve always done it.” By the same token, pomposity can also be a transparent cover-up for incompetence. 20. Be a Problem-Solver: The best leaders recognize when a real problem exists and know how to take action to solve it. You must develop the ability to know the difference between a real problem and an imaginary one. 21. Less Stress: Stress stifles productivity. Leaders strive to create a stress-free work environment for their employees through both physical and psychological approaches. 22. Develop People from Within: The best-run companies develop their own managers from within. They rarely seek outsiders. In fact, it’s a sign of weakness when a company goes outside too often for management personnel. The morale of the company is likely to suffer. People may begin to feel threatened and think, “No matter how well I perform, an outsider will probably get the position I want.” 23. Live by the Golden Rule On and Off the Job: Don’t be a hypocrite. Live every day of the week as if it were Sunday. There’s no place for two sets of moral codes. Conduct yourself in business with the same scruples you would want your children to observe in their lives.

Mark Cuban revealed the secrets that turned him from bartender to billionaire: 1. Do not follow your passion. Follow your effort. Where you actually put your time and energy is where your real talent lives. Passion is a feeling. Effort is evidence. The business you are willing to grind for is the business you should be building. 2. Read the manual. In any new industry or technology, most people are too lazy to learn the basics. The person who simply takes the time to understand how something works will always be ahead of the person who does not. That gap is your opportunity. 3. Sweat equity is the best equity. Raising money is not an achievement. It is a liability. The moment someone gives you money they own a piece of your destiny. Build with effort first and capital second. 4. Be profitable from day one. Cuban never had a losing month at Micro Solutions. Not one. Profit is not something you figure out later. It is the discipline you build from the very first transaction. Growth without profit is just a slow death. 5. Sales cures all. Every single problem in a business can be solved with more revenue. If you are struggling, you are not selling enough. Stop fixing internal problems and go get more customers. 6. Differentiation is everything. If you are describing your company using words like faster, better, or cheaper you have already lost. Those words mean nothing because your competitor is saying the exact same thing. Find the thing only you can do and make that the whole story. 7. Always ask is this the best possible way. Cuban does not just look at businesses and think about improvements. He looks at them and asks whether they can be completely dismantled and rebuilt from scratch. That question is what turned a desire to hear basketball games into a company he sold for billions. 8. Control your own destiny. The minute you become dependent on a partner, an investor, or a single customer for survival, you have handed your future to someone else. Every decision you make should protect your ability to operate independently. 9. Entrepreneurship is not about the idea. It is about doing the work everyone else refuses to do. Most people get excited about an idea, talk about it, and stop there. The ones who win are the ones who wake up the next day and actually do something about it. 10. Lie to yourself and you will fail. Cuban says entrepreneurs deceive themselves more than anyone. About whether their idea is truly different. About how hard their competition will fight back. About how much time they actually have. Brutal honesty with yourself is not optional. It is survival. 11. Time is worth more than money. Cuban turns down investments not because of the financials but because of the time they will cost him. Money can be made again. Time cannot be recovered. Every opportunity should be measured against what it costs you in hours not just dollars. 12. Success is waking up excited about the day. Not the net worth. Not the title. Not the house. Cuban defines success as opening your eyes in the morning and feeling genuinely excited about what is ahead. Everything else, the money, the fame, the Mavericks, is just a byproduct of that feeling.

The book "Excellent Advice for Living" is so good I read it in one sitting. The book is a collection of maxims Kevin Kelly wrote to his adult children. Each maxim contains a bit of wisdom he wish he'd known earlier. 79 maxims that resonated the most (I added #57 selfishly) 1. Choose to believe that the entire universe is conspiring behind your back to make you a success. 2. Mastering the view through the eyes of others will unlock many doors. 3. If you can avoid seeking the approval of others your power is limitless. 4. The reward for good work is more work. 5. Don’t be the best. Be the only. 6. The urgent is a tyrant. The important should be your king. 7. Find smart people who will disagree with you. 8. The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing. 9. The most counterintuitive truth of the universe is that the more you give to others the more you'll get. 10. Life gets better as you replace transactions with relationships. 11. Courtesy costs nothing. 12. Life lessons will be presented to you in the order they are needed. 13. Cultivate an allergy to average. 14. If you repeated what you did today 365 more times would you be where you want to be next year? 15. If you're alive that means you still have lessons to learn. 16. Master something. Through mastery of one thing you'll command a viewpoint to steadily find where your bliss is. 17. Trust is earned in drops and lost in buckets. 18. First, always ask for what you want. Works in relationships, business, life. 19. If nobody else does what you do you won't need a resume. 20. How to apologize: quickly, specifically, sincerely. 21. The best way to advise people is to find out what they really want to do and then advise them to do it. 22. It is certain that 99% of the stuff you are anxious about won't happen. 23. What is important is not what happened to you but what you did about what happened to you. 24. Your golden ticket is being able to see things from other people's point of view. 25. Pay attention to who you are around when you feel best. Be with them more often. 26. To get your message across follow this formula: simplify, simplify, simplify, then exaggerate. 27. You will thrive more when you promote what you love rather than bash what you hate. 28. To be interesting just tell your own story with uncommon honesty. 29. When you truly think for yourself your conclusions will not be predictable. 30. Don’t measure your life with someone else’s ruler. 31. For maximum results focus on your biggest opportunities, not your biggest problems. 32. Pay attention to what you pay attention to. 33. Do more of what looks like work to others but is play for you. 34. Don't bother fighting the old just build the new. 35. Don't compare your inside to someone else's outside. 36. When you're stuck explain your problem to others. 37. Most stories are improved significantly if you delete the first page. Start with the action. 38. A long game will compound small gains that will be able to overcome even big mistakes. 39. Constantly search for overlapping areas of agreement and dwell there. 40. It is your destiny to work on things that only you can do. 41. Make stuff that is good for people to have. 42. You'll get 10 times better results by elevating good behavior rather than punishing bad behavior. 43. Life is not a straight line for anyone. 44. Aim for tasks that you never want to stop doing. 45. Regularly scheduled sabbaths, sabbaticals, vacations, breaks, aimless walks, and time off are essential for top performance of any kind. 46. Don't mistake a clear view of the future for a short distance. 47. Efficiency is highly overrated 48. Greatness is incompatible with optimizing in the short term. 49. The greatest teacher is called "doing." 50. Figure out what time of day you are most productive and protect that time period. 51. You are much better off delivering unwelcome news to someone yourself directly. 52. Don't ever work for someone you don't want to become. 53. Take one simple thing — almost anything — but take it extremely seriously as if it is the only thing in the world 54. Be frugal in all things except in your passions. 55. About 99% of the time the right time is right now. 56. Finite games are played to win or lose. Infinite games are played to keep the game going. Seek out infinite games because they yield unlimited rewards. 57. To be remarkable, read books. 58. Be a good ancestor. Do something a future generation will thank you for. 59. Bad things can happen fast but almost all good things happen slowly. 60. To transcend the influence of your heroes copy them shamelessly like a student until you get them out of your system. That is the way of all masters. 61. Don't worry how or where you begin. As long as you keep moving, your success will arrive far from where you start. 62. It is much easier to change how you think by changing your behavior, than it is to change your behavior by changing how you think. Act out the change you seek. 63. If you meet a jerk, ignore them. If you meet jerks everywhere every day, look deeper into yourself 64. Writing down one thing you are grateful each day is the cheapest possible therapy ever. 65. Ignore what others may be thinking of you because they aren't thinking of you. 66. Passion, persistence, belief, and ingenuity are required to invent new things. Qualities the poor and young often have in abundance. Stay hungry. 67. Calm is contagious. 68. When crises strike don't waste them. No problems, no progress. 69. Your purpose is to discover your purpose. This is not a paradox. This is the way. 70. Your passions should fit you exactly but your purpose in life should exceed you. 71. Fear makes people do stupid things. 72. When someone is nasty, hateful, or mean toward you treat their behavior like an affliction or illness they have. That makes it easier to have empathy toward them which can soften the conflict. 73. You don't need more time because you already have all the time you will ever get; you need more focus. 74. Compliment people behind their back. It'll come back to you. 75. Expand your mind by thinking with your feet on a walk or with your hand in a notebook. Think outside your brain. 76. Gratitude will unlock all other virtues. 77. You choose to be lucky by believing that any setbacks are just temporary. 78. It is useful to organize your thoughts with someone you trust and admire. 79. Over the long term the future is decided by optimists. To be an optimist you don't have to ignore the multitude of problems we create; you just imagine how much our ability to solve problems improves.
