This is me at any park ever (though I don't up front say I'm going to shoot their dog). Please leash your dog unless it's a zone where it is allowed. Furthermore, if your dog gets loose in a national or state forest/park, they hire hunters to come out and kill lost dogs. Don't want them forming packs and disturbing wildlife.
