This is misleading. It’s from June 2, 2020. The original video is a TikTok that was edited which is why it’s skipping in and out and is grainy & outdated. I did a google image search and it took me right to it:

CA has bases up & down, this is not uncommon, we also have military copters & jets flying over daily. Seeing UN vehicles on the backs of trailers is uncommon and we saw that last year.

Well, in all due respect, I live in Los Angeles all these videos of military I’ve never ever seen yet.😉

It looked to me to be a mechanized infantry or a military police unit. I also noticed that they had a rat rig, which is used for communication.
