SSR has evolved leaps and bounds in Screenwriting and Direction from Baahubali 2 to RRR. Scenes with exposition are directed with brilliance, which mesmerizes me on every re-watch. As Ragadi says: SSR makes his league of Cinema... but in Telugu.

Since this thread is blowing up, here's another example of how SSR directs his visuals in RRR:

@gymson_official BB series lo chala minimal untai. RRR lo almost every scene lo okkasaraina vadaaru.

That’s where the technical skills of SSR comes in, making movies cinematic masterpieces. All these shots are effectively conveying emotions too. These are the main things which lacks in movies that are releasing Pan India and whopping budget that’s not justufying the content.

Budgets going up isn't bad until it reflects in the craft that goes into them. As you said, that's lacking nowadays. Sad state. Can't keep relying on SSR or Sukku to keep doing their magic. Others also have to step in.
