That includes: •Clear notice of charges •Officers identifying themselves •A neutral judge •Access to legal counsel •The right to present evidence & challenge the government’s evidence •A written decision, with the chance to appeal The Constitution says “no person” shall be deprived of liberty without due process, not just citizens, not just when it’s convenient.
