This is why black students have better outcomes with black teachers and why black patients have better outcomes with black doctors

honestly it’s not entirely a race thing, sugar would just slow the racers down, but it was nice of that black women to take the candy that she honestly probably didn’t even eat

No runners eat gummies. That’s why she’s out there.

It is extremely common to eat candy while running long distances, and it's wonderful that this little girl gets immense joy from sharing her candy. I would have happily taken her gummy bears and given her a high-five as well.

Passing out candy is a common practice. runners eat sugars during a marathon to maintain energy levels. Sugar provides quick-digesting carbohydrates that help replenish glycogen stores and prevent fatigue. I know y’all trolls, but please stop contaminating everything.

Wait, so people who are exercising not wanting junk candy is now racist too? I’ll add to the list, I guess.

There are lots of reasons why people don’t take things from people during races. One reason is not wanting to smack things out of peoples hands as you run by. The race issue here is the marathon. Not the race issue you are baiting.
