Noticed two things from this clip: One, Shiryu can’t make his sword invisible when it’s coated with haki. Two, Garp could sense Shiryu’s exact location, even grabbed his shoulders while Shiryu was invisible. Do with you please with that information.

Or it means his invisibility is not part of his main arsenal.. Seeing how he was already regarded as deadly without it.

That doesn’t explain him grabbing Shiryu by the shoulder & not grabbing the visible blade. Or Shiryu could’ve just made the blade visible without coating it in haki first.
