I’m pretty sure that was her plan! Because her music connects together. She’s just storytelling, the same melodies used but tell a different story so it connects. Wish you’d could understand 😔because she’s a genius for it!!

But there’s so much ways to do reference to your previous work, with interpolations, melodic creativity and experimental techniques. But she decides to stay working with Jack Antonoff. She should know how exciting it is to work with different musicians.
