I live in Midland. We had a guy shooting at officers just Wednesday after he was stopped by them. He took off and I think he still kept shooting till he crashed. He got away on foot and has been on the loose. I wonder if the shooter is the same person

@pamelajnurse One of the victims works with my son. He was shot in the shoulder and drove himself several miles back to their office. This is Texas Tough. Praying for all involved.

Prayers up for the victims and their families in Midland. Tragic loss of life, but thank God the police ended the threat quickly and no officers were hurt. Rest in peace to the deceased, and speedy recovery to the injured. Heroes in blue stepped up once again.

Soon this will be a daily occurrence. Is anyone outraged!? Americans need to take their focus off Israel for a minute and tackle some domestic issues.

Tx DPS just confirmed that this was the shooter on a local police conference. So sad he got away and was able to continue his evil in such a manner. Please pray for our community and the victims.

My son is a first responders in Midland, and my sister and her family reside there as well, so I had to call them - both are fine, thank God!

There is some speculation that this was an individual who had shot it a cop Wednesday night. No word yet.
