now that enough time has passed that was not a real penny arcade panel

the dialogue was based on this quoted conversation i had with my pal buddy in august of last year

heartwarming: this poster still prepares misinformation the old-fashioned way

the joke was so mediocre I fully believed it was real and I hope that was the intention

this was so convincing that i redrew it once i got home from work. i didnt even bother to read the comic credits because it was so art accurate im so sorry bro omg tagging you right now. this isso good tho!!!!

lol

you're way too good at this

I was just as shocked learning this as anyone else seeing this in passing lmao

The artstyle, the joke, the fact THAT THIS IS AN ACTUAL 1-TO-1 SG GUITAR HERO CONTROLLER, this was a perfect fake PA strip

@DiamondBrickZ MAGNIFICENT EDIT

YOU

aha ha

i’m crying how do you do this

you know how i tend to be

oh i know but it still astounds me every time 😭

oh my god

One of your oomfs posted it in a discord server and I was looking for nearly half an hour through all of 2005 to find it. Got this pic out of it though

Why must you fool me like this

i'm evil

honestly wouldnt expect something this good from anyone but you

you like if a unemployed artist was unemployed

liar liar... pants on fire..

WHAT

omfg we were all blind to the watermark that said "not" mike and jerry

I like that the only good looking penny arcade panel didnt come from penny arcade

HUHHH

you are so awesome for this i love you

what.

now do it in the 2021 style

believe me i tried it's gonna take me some time till i can fully draw in the modern style

That sounds absolutely torturous but I wish you luck all the same

idk what's more surprising, the ruse in general, or the fact that you know what Penny Arcade is and are able to perfectly replicate their older style from before you were born

Super believable good shit

im.genounely violent

WHAT THE FUCK
