If this actually happened, then it is mandatory that the parents IMMEDIATELY demand this teacher be FIRED. There is NO grade school curriculum that requires this, so it is clear this teacher is going outside the curriculum to push their personal ideologies on these students. Furthermore, if this teacher is violating school policy then the administration should go after this teachers licensing as well.
