@vybz1_kartel01_ When will Nigeria interior decorations improve from all these Ologo-didan tiling and unnecessary shiny artifacts. Duplex ko, Duplex ni.

The owner cool down spent money on the interior. This Dreemz interior guy don improve now. Only this video go chop like N30K for fuel for turning on all the lights in the house.

What's the obsession with tiles and concrete compound.. So we no like breeze and shade from trees, not even small front lawn.

Beautiful but that drive should have been lined up with green plants. For health and environmental reason, we must learn to embrace greenery.

The light bill go reach 750k per month.

I already saved this video, my architect got work to do

I’m an architect too.

Nigerians man, if colour colour light never dey inside ceiling, the house never tap

Baba put chair for bathroom make hin dey watch hin wife dey bath 😆 🤣 kai badman.

This is below average grade at best. Let’s leave it at that. Those that know about functionality will get the drift of what I am saying. Eh, we are in Nigeria, what do I know right.

This is simple with class! God bless the architect who designed the house and the interior decorator for the outstanding finish.

The hardscape is too much. The entire compound looks like a breakdance floor studio dedicated to Erebus, Greek god of darkness.. implementation of more green surfaces would’ve been nice.

Genuine question here. What scenario would one need all those lights.. the lighting is a bit much for a house.

Nice house, but I won’t lie, I got unnecessarily triggered as the guy ‘touched’/‘rearranged’ things. The final bathroom is kinda funny. A couch in the bathroom? I honestly don’t see the point.

He wasted so much space of land and the interior is wack. Please, can I see something better?

Leave those flowers alone na bro. You just dey arrange wetin no need arrangement.

Beautiful nonsense deprived of nature in totality. From source of lighting to plants. Smh!

You must be above 35yrs for you to know the original version of the song playing in this video Bassbeathunterz - Stereo love (Afro house)

Beautiful exterior but the interior is too messy and compact for the house

@vicoglove Question for builders and contractors. Would you rather: A. Save money today and risk replacing poor quality timber later? OR B. Invest in quality once and build with confidence? I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts. @omogeonipako

This makes so much sense, but why tiles full everywhere for compound? Make the surroundings cool small na

Leave little space for landscape nah, tiles everywhere

How are we building structures &not considering those on wheelchairs and people with disabilities? That entrance isn’t futuristic enough&doesn’t consider old age &the above mentioned concerns -like,Aren’t they humans too?🤷🏿♂️why such roof systems in a location of torrential rains?🤷🏿♂️

Why you de touch all the curtain and flower for the house? Lovely crib tho

Where's the landscaping

It's beautiful and you Will need an elevator shaft because the stairs is long

God, I must have money. This is a dream house. Classic and perfect.

Someone can easily get lost in this kind of house......🤷 But it's really beautiful........👌

A house is not made of cement and blocks. It cringes when you switch lights during the day. There’s no landscaping, no trees.

@compzard Do nigerian developers hate greenery or is there a running covenant in the nigerian architecture/developer space to never add any form of greenery

Lagosians and trees have a serious problem. 2pm sun would hit different in this compound

The rest room is missing all through the video

Design sustainably today. Make una dey allow una feet touch grass sometimes. Make everywhere no just be concrete and tiles.

God!!! This is the definition of living in comfort…

@simplyjago

😂😂 This is the kind of house that makes you stop scrolling and look again.
