I am a big fan of this brand but I will say that I also thought it was peel off until I got it - have used it for like a year with just a damp cotton pad - JUST discovered you need to buy the little spray from their website to make it peel off. Game charger though when you get it

Pro tip: step 1 exfoliate and moisturize, step 2 line and dry, step 3 reapply full lip, step 4 do hair and/or face, wipe off with dampened cloth and gloss
