This is what I call a completely unnecessary risk. Kid wont drive for years. Probably won’t haul anything for several after that but yeah, let’s put his tiny ass behind a moving vehicle.

Maybe he can teach my girlfriend to do that

Haha yeah, my son was throwing bales driving a semi truck at 7 years old haha. And my daughter. Working until midnight. It sounded like one big complaining session in the beginning, they just were tired and wanted to go to sleep. And I’d say once this hay is all stacked. 🇺🇸

This scared me while truck backing up, he should be on the side directing, not in path of truck. After that though, he hooked the trailer up like a pro. Safety chains, electrical, fast too. He looks like a mini cowboy leaning on the trailer!

Yep and every wife needs to know how to do it too!! And back a trailer! Took me a few to learn but I’ve got it down pat now!

@AECA6 I wish I had given my kids more opportunities to learn practical skills like this. It would give them more confidence and prepare them so well for adulthood.

It was my daughter's job from young child till she got married and left home.

I'm hoping he shut the engine off so the little guy doesn't inhale the carbon monoxide (speaking from experience and not a good one)

One day he'll look in his rear view mirror and see the trailer is on it's own!
