You have to follow the rules and should have the necessary qualification to practise. What is the qualification needed ? Finish Law from any Indian University What is the rule you need to follow ? I saw this video, and I felt for this woman. To go through a case and court trauma for 13 years, not being able to work or travel, and be declared not guilty after that is ruinous. As a lawyer, I think many people are being ruined by the justice system, starting with a poor police investigation, the decision to be charged, and being convicted or released. We may have an opinion about a particular person or case, but we are not necessarily right. She felt it, and she knows it. Our justice system literally ruined her and many others.
