Can you add arson to the game?

There are currently no plans to add arson to the game

Will there be magic?

Currently there are a few abilities in the game (e.g. weapon enchantments, fireball, ...), but we will add more abilities/spells soon

What if you have good rep and commit a crime? Could you obtain a pardon?

Depending on your reputation, you can commit more crimes before vendors stop trading with you. You also don't have to pay as much if you have a better reputation

Are there NPCs that will trade with you even when you're a criminal or only if you are one? (Like a thief npc) I like that the NPCs just watch you murder someone before attacking you 🤪🤪

Currently there are no NPCs that only trade with criminals, but certain NPCs will stop trading/talking to you sooner than others, e.g. villagers will stop talking to you if you have committed a crime, merchants will stop trading with you if the crimes committed become too much

Nice nice, but please don't make such petty crimes as easy to be caught as in Red Dead Redemption 2. I mean giving the npcs super hearing from miles away isn't very fun in the long term, and sneaking should be just a little bit easier than you think.
