Claude Code + Shopify AI is f*cking cracked 🤯 Shopify just dropped an official AI Toolkit that connects Claude Code directly to your store. One prompt → Claude reads your products, rewrites your descriptions for AI shopping, and pushes the updates live. All from the terminal. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands on Shopify who are still manually editing product pages, writing descriptions in Google Docs, and copy-pasting into the Shopify admin one product at a time. Claude Code + the Shopify AI Toolkit fixes the entire workflow: → Install the official Shopify plugin in Claude Code → Authenticate to your store → Claude reads your entire product catalog → Rewrites every description to be optimized for AI shopping → Pushes the updates directly to your store automatically → Validates every API call against Shopify's official docs before executing No Shopify admin tab-switching. No copy-pasting from a Google Doc. No hiring a copywriter to rewrite 50 product pages. What you get: → Claude Code connected directly to your live Shopify store → Product descriptions optimized for how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recommend products → Bulk updates across your entire catalog from a single prompt → Full access to Shopify's GraphQL API — products, themes, inventory, orders, everything Claude can read and write → An official plugin built by Shopify that auto-updates as new features ship I put together a full playbook with the plugin install, the store authentication walkthrough, 5 DTC workflows to run on day one, and the exact prompts I used. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "SHOP" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CHATGPT'S "LOVABLE KILLER" CODEX SITES (in 25 mins): TLDR; the coolest part is that apps you build can update themselves autonomously 1. Codex Sites is not Replit or Lovable or Bolt. Those are great for one-prompting a full app. Codex Sites is for building apps that the agent keeps improving without you touching them. 2. Your personal website can update its own stats. Your internal dashboard can refresh its own data. Your product can add features while you sleep. The app is alive. 3. Start by invoking at-sites. Use realistic sample data. Always say "save for review, do not deploy." This unlocks building a real product, not a homepage. 4. Add persistent storage so the app remembers everything between visits. Without this it resets every time. Ask Codex to show you the data model before it builds. 5. Create safe actions. These are the specific things the agent is allowed to do to your app: add data, update cards, move things, score things. You define the boundaries. The agent operates within them. 6. Build skills so any future Codex chat knows how to interact with your app. The skill is basically a manual for the agent. Without it, every new chat starts from zero. 7. Save gate like a video game. Codex doesn't auto-save. Create checkpoints before you deploy so you can roll back if something breaks. 8. Close the autonomous loop. This is the magic. Once memory, safe actions, and skills are set up, the agent can update your app from any chat, any context, without you switching tabs. 9. Use the plugins most people are sleeping on. Figma, Canva, HeyGen for avatar videos, Game Studio for interactive experiences, FAL for image generation, Hugging Face for open source models. Worth adding a few. 10. The big picture: we went from building apps to raising apps. You set up the structure, the guardrails, and the skills. The agent does the rest. That's autonomous product building and it's here right now. Tbh, Codex sites isn't perfect. Still a lot to be desired like domains, db, authentication etc. But it's a glimpse into this idea that apps can be updated/improved upon automonously. And Codex Sites is REALLY good if you live in Codex everyday. Which more and more of are. And that's really cool. Will be interesting to see how Lovable, Bolt, Replit etc react to this. full tutorial on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 where you get your pods watch share with a friend i'm rooting for you What do you think of Codex and Codex sites?

My AI made Shopify pages are getting better and better everyday Here’s an example of a Shopify section I built with the reference page and the result on my store 👇 Guide: To make good AI landing pages, you need to use the same method as making good AI UGC or AI product images you have to take something that's already good as a reference for Claude/gemini to analyze and adapt for your product/brand for now you can't adapt full landing pages to your product because the Claude context gets bloated fast and you get poor output. Listicles are the only kind of page you can "one shot" with Claude. But Product pages are another story Analyze an existing page and adapting it to your product section by section is the way to go. The results are 10x better. here's an example (on the video): 1- I found this good product section from im8's product page. I screen-recorded the section on both desktop and mobile, going through the animations to capture the dynamism that a screenshot wouldn’t show. Then I asked Claude Web or Gemini to analyze the recording and produce a very detailed report. Full prompt is on my TG channel, it's quite long. 2- then ask Claude (inside your Shopify brand project folder): "I have a detailed UI/UX specification document for a product page section I want to adapt to my product. Recreate this exactly on Shopify as a section template and adapt it to [name of the product] using the brand guidelines" (paste the result prompt from step 1 ). 3- you will have your section ready after 3-4 minutes. you'll probably have to change a few things. spacing, small visual bugs, price not appearing correctly. it will take you 5 minutes maximum. 4- then you can ask Claude to make 4 different variations of the section using different designs and pick the best one using this prompt: "Create 4 design variations of this section. Keep the content and layout structure identical across all, only vary the visual treatment (color usage, typography hierarchy, spacing, component styling). I will choose the one I like the most." after that you have a pretty good section, and you can do the process again for all sections of the page. The less complex the section, the faster the process will be. note: I know the AI result is not perfect, but it's pretty impressive imo and it will only get better.

what is "retail" and what can be today? it's wild how little attention this space gets tbh retail isn't just about profit margins & sales conversions - it's this fascinating bridge between innovation culture & everyday life, especially in design and fashion but nobody's really cracked it for virtual spaces yet all the worlds by dolce gabbana and others are like a very low effort interfaces that dont talk enough to the real user, it is a marketing move to say we did that, we follow tech bla bla (imo :) spent months researching traditional retail spaces - marble floors + high ceilings + that specific type of lighting that makes everything look expensive + trained staff in perfectly pressed + ironed uniforms - it's all carefully orchestrated then you've got these sleek 2d websites - full screen product shots + bold typography + minimal clicks to checkout - they work but something's missing, that human element that makes physical retail special started building this hybrid concept back in october 23 - imagine a web-based spatial store where your digital twin can actually try stuff on instantly - no more guessing if that jacket fits your avatar retail spaces are like these sacred temples of brand culture - acne stores hit different than zara ones & that's intentional - each space tells a story about what the brand believes in metaverse retail flips this whole concept - instead of walking 20 mins to a store you're literally one click away from being inside this carefully crafted virtual environment - ai npcs that actually understand fashion & can help you find exactly what you're looking for here's the thing about virtual retail - it's not just about pushing products - created this space where you can just vibe, test out avatars, play with different looks - if you buy something cool but the experience matters more. feeling same for the stores, new gen irl stores switched the narrative to a spaces where you can have an espresso and chill these ai npcs are different - they're not following you around like those overeager sales assistants - they're just chilling in the space, ready to help if you need them but totally cool if you just want to explore went through like 12 different iterations of interior design thru 3 years - each version taught something new about how people interact with virtual fashion - it's wild how much user behavior in virtual spaces differs from physical retail realized something big during development - creating the collection isn't even half the battle anymore - the way you present it, the whole experience around it, that's become this massive design challenge it's like gesamtkunstwerk but for the metaverse - every single element needs to be intentional - the lighting, the sound design, the way avatars move through the space - it all matters built this whole ecosystem around the concept - the store connects to the runway experience connects to the website connects to the marketplace - everything flows together serving this bigger vision of what virtual fashion can be this isn't just about selling digital clothes - it's about creating this accessible gateway into 3d internet culture - making virtual fashion something that actually makes sense in people's daily digital lives the lighting system alone took a month - because shadows & reflections hit different in virtual space - needed to make materials look good but also render fast enough for smooth experience on todays low gpu vr machine devices future of retail isn't physical or digital - it's this wild hybrid space where real & virtual blend together - imagine walking into a physical store & seeing your virtual wardrobe projected onto your reflection looking at the data now - users spend avg 23 mins in the virtual store compared to 7 mins on traditional e-commerce sites - they're not just shopping, they're exploring & connecting with the brand story accessibility was key in design - wanted anyone with a decent internet connection to access this space - no fancy vr gear required just your browser & imagination each virtual store could visit generates this unique experience - in future, the space can remember your preferences but also introduces new elements each time - keeps the discovery feeling fresh what's wild is how this changes the whole fashion calendar - virtual retail spaces can transform instantly - new collection drops can completely reshape the environment in seconds - no more seasonal renovations, change the glb. looking ahead this could revolutionize how we think about brand spaces - why limit yourself to physics when your store could literally defy gravity - imagine trying on a jacket while floating through a nebula retail in metaverse isn't just about replicating physical stores - it's about creating these impossible spaces that still somehow feel familiar & welcoming - that's the sweet spot we're all chasing built this thinking about the next wave of digital natives - they're gonna expect these kinds of hybrid experiences - traditional e-commerce gonna feel as outdated as catalog shopping feels to us now the tech's finally catching up to the vision - webgl performance + ai integration + virtual try-on tech all hitting that sweet spot where imagination meets practicality all my thoughts here are quite alpha in sense of applying today, was able to apply only some of them thanks to hyperfy, but the vision is here. breathe it. now with v2, all of these thoughts can be applied and developped. this is just the beginning tbh - every problem solved opens up new possibilities - excited to see how others build on these concepts & push virtual retail even further. fubu side note: made an ai gen notorious big song for it, enjoyy.

🇨🇳 China’s AI+ economy isn’t chasing AGI fantasies, it’s rebuilding the foundations of a real economy. Watch this WEF panel and one thing becomes obvious: Western commentators keep asking, “Has China caught up?” China is asking, “How do we deploy AI across an entire nation?” Two completely different civilizational contexts. China’s strategy isn’t AGI worship, it’s diffusion, cost reduction, and industrial embedding. AI isn’t a demo or a press release. It’s flowing into manufacturing, logistics, finance, autonomous driving, energy, into the places where real value is created. Core points from the panel: 1. AI Action Plan — China is not obsessed with AGI timelines, but with making AI cheap, scalable, and ubiquitous. 2. Adoption Targets — 70% AI device penetration by 2027, 90% by 2030. 3. Extreme Efficiency — top labs are producing competitive models with 1% of the resources used by Western labs. 4. Market-first ecosystem — 85% approval for autonomous driving; China is the world’s largest real-world sandbox for AI-native services like RoboTaxi. 5. Infrastructure advantage — energy strategy + green data centers = long-term compute stability. 6. Full industrial chain integration — AI is lowering costs in retail design, marketing, drug R&D, and more — turning AI into a return-on-investment engine, not a bubble. 7. Education reform — AI literacy is being embedded from elementary school; the challenge isn’t “AI taking jobs” but raising students who can think deeper than AI’s instant answers. 8. DeepSeek moment — the benchmark shock isn’t a one-off; China’s iteration speed is accelerating. Meanwhile, Western CEOs keep saying the quiet part out loud: “We can’t pause AI because China won’t.” Exactly. Because China’s AI isn’t built for headlines, it’s built for industry, productivity, and national-scale deployment. China is no longer playing the same game, it already moved to the next board. The West debates safety memos, China deploys AI to 1.4 billion people. This is what an AI+ economy actually looks like.

No panic. No euphoria. Just audit season. The door isn’t closing, it’s being priced. Retail investor doesn’t need forecasts. It needs rules: presence, entries, and emotional immunity. This wasn’t an “AI is strong” earnings season. It was the first audit season. Whether data centers land on time. Whether hyperscaler capex becomes durable cash flow. Whether the backlog is future money, or future explanations that require financing, time, and a lot of narrative stamina. Rates are still high. That makes the game cruel. You don’t just need growth. You need growth that clears the rate line. You don’t just need a story. You need a business model that can survive being audited. That’s why the tape has been telling you the truth in plain sight. $ORCL can talk about massive commitments and still roll over from highs. $GOOGL can trade like a “winner” and still slip under 300. Semis can look unstoppable one month and suddenly trade heavy the next. That’s not “AI died.” That’s the market quietly forcing one question onto every balance sheet: show me the cash. Micron is a perfect window into this regime. $MU earnings are not a referendum on “memory strength.” They’re a referendum on whether the slope of the AI supply chain can still be believed. In audit season, guidance doesn’t have to be bad to get punished. It only has to be not strong enough. And here’s the part most people miss: institutions and retail are playing different games on the same table. Institutions are not constrained by conviction. They are constrained by not getting hurt. In a crowded, low-cash environment, any sentence that doesn’t sound airtight becomes a reason to de-risk. Their job is to cut tails, protect sleep, survive the next IC, and still have a story for LPs. Retail has a different edge. You don’t report to anyone. Your advantage is time. So the retail framework is simpler and more uncomfortable than most “earnings takes”: Stay present. Even if it’s small. You can’t control events, but you can refuse to be absent from the trend. Make adds rule-based, not emotion-based. When it sells off, ask one thing: is the slope being rejected, or are expectations being cleared? If it’s expectation clearing and the chain isn’t broken, that drawdown is a discount, not a disaster. And stop confusing complexity with intelligence. Options aren’t a personality. For most people they have one legitimate purpose: Helping you sleep. If you can live with volatility, spot is cleaner. What you need is a rule set: where you add, how many times you add, and where you stop. Audit season doesn’t teach you how to “call direction.” It teaches you which game you’re actually playing. And the biggest mistake retail makes in this regime is borrowing institutional fear and calling it “risk management.”

$SERV is the Fiverr/Shopify for AI agents. OpenServ provides a platform and marketplace to create, find, and employ AI agents. Here's why it can be a leading Agent marketplace and is undervalued compared to where it can go. ———————————————————— To put this in perspective, we will take this from the top down. Let's look at the valuation mismatch. → Shopify: $140B → Fiverr: $1.2B → $SERV: $37M AI agent platforms can completely replace these businesses. Why? → Can automate operations (i.e. store setup, inventory management, and customer support autonomously, etc.) → Agents can hyper-personalize the shopping experience → Store owners can own their data and have more control → Marketplaces are a cheaper/faster solution AI agents make things more convenient by performing tasks autonomously. They are inevitable. ———————————————————— The AI Agent market is projected to reach ~$50B by 2030. So the potential is MASSIVE. What makes me so bullish on $SERV specifically? There are 3 things: 1️⃣ The Tech They are targeting Web 2 businesses. This gives the platform the most upside potential imo, both in terms of adoption and valuation. These are some noteworthy highlights: → No-code AI Agent builder (anyone can build) → Builders can generate income using agents → ANY agent can cooperate with ANY agent through SERVs platform → Offers multi-agent collaboration, while allowing for human input/customization This sets them apart from other crypto-centric AI agent marketplaces. OpenServ allows you to create a team of agents to carry out complex tasks, all while automating the process and packaging their solution for Web 2 businesses. Simple tool, easy execution, and limitless productivity. Which business/individual wouldn't want to do MORE in LESS time at a rate MUCH LESS than solutions already available? ———————————————————— 2️⃣ The Team They have a stacked team. → Founders: Experience in businesses & startups → CTO: 20+ years of experience in ML/AI → CFO: ex-JP Morgan VP → CMO: ex-IBM AI & Blockchain Marketing Director Within the last few weeks/months, they have added a UI/UX designer, 4 more devs, and more devs + a product manager coming. You could have the best tech but the team is what determines its success. In this case, the team has the knowledge/experience to see this through. They have been building for a year and the progress made is a good sign of what's to come. ———————————————————— 3️⃣ The Tokenomics A percentage of transaction volume on the platform will be used to buy back and burn the $SERV token. This creates and maintains buy-side pressure and demand. To put that in perspective, Fiverr & Upwork had a combined transaction volume of $5B. The demand for Agents wont slow down anytime soon. Demand for AI agents will translate into demand for the token. I love deflation. It's simple, clean, and effective. ———————————————————— ➡️ Final Thoughts I've held on tight to my $SERV bag because the platform is launching in Q1. This will mark the beginning of their journey to the top. Agents are inevitable. Integration with Web 2 businesses is inevitable. And the platform launch is coming as alt szn is kicking off. The stars are aligning. At the same time, AI companies are already showing interest in the platform. Developers lead to more users, bringing monetization opportunities, which brings more developers, and so on. A powerfully designed flywheel. This is a new and exciting sector. I expect interest and liquidity to be focused on AI Agents and the infrastructure around them. Max opportunity is right here in this sector.

Part of our quest with Giiift is to make the internet fun again and actually make it easy and engaging to send digital assets between people. One of my recent brainwaves on AI was how it's now possible to create and build one to one experiences on the internet rather than the one to many model that we have had to use purely from a time and cost perspective with development, this is only feasible within the last six months and it's completely open territory. If you think of a fortnite skin for example, that's a one to many experience, where one skin is owned and purchased by many people, makes sense of course as creating individual experiences solely meant for one or a few people would have been incredibly costly for businesses, but that's simply not the case anymore. That's the thesis with Giiift, it firstly packages what onchain tech does best, provide the rails for sending assets from A to B in the most efficient manner possible, but secondly and most importantly it puts the end user experience first in a way that's very reminicent of the old school internet and I think this allows for an unprecedented level of virability in growing the userbase. All a trojan horse for getting onchain wallets and assets into the hands of everyday people around the world, powered by Prism and perfectly suits as retail assets come onchain through Agent to Agent commerce (more on this soon). Here's the progress we're making on the Box Lab, endless customizability! Oh and the music is:

Mark Zuckerberg just described the minimum viable business for the next decade. A fourth item made the checklist. Zuckerberg: “Every business, just like they have a website, and a phone number, and an email address, is also going to have an AI.” Website. Phone number. Email address. AI agent. That is not a prediction. That is a new baseline. Twenty years ago, not having a website was a choice. Then it stopped being one. Nobody scheduled that transition. The same filter is back. Running faster this time. A business without an AI agent handling sales, support, and customer interaction will not look outdated. It will look abandoned. Its competitor’s agent responds in two seconds. Knows every customer by name. And while it’s handling yours, it’s handling ten thousand others. You do not outwork that. You do not outspend it. You just lose to it. But Zuckerberg went somewhere most tech CEOs refuse to go. He picked a side in the debate most CEOs avoid entirely. Zuckerberg: “Do you want a future where you’re interacting with kind of one system for everything? Or do you want one where a lot of different people are building a lot of different AIs?” One AI controlled by one company. Or millions of AIs built by millions of people. Centralized intelligence. Or distributed intelligence. Zuckerberg chose distributed. Zuckerberg: “What open source does is it makes it so everyone can take and modify the model and build stuff on top of it. Which is different from the kind of closed and centralized approach.” The closed model makes every business a tenant. You rent intelligence on someone else’s terms. At someone else’s price. Inside someone else’s guardrails. The open model makes every business an owner. You modify the model. You deploy it your way. You build equity in your own system with every iteration. That gap widens quietly. Then it becomes permanent. The tenant pays more for less control every year. The owner pulls further ahead every cycle. One is a subscription. The other is infrastructure. Then Zuckerberg described the part most people have not thought about yet. Zuckerberg: “A lot of creators will have their own AIs. It’s like a richer world when there’s a diversity of different things.” Your favorite creator will have an AI trained on everything they have ever made. Available to millions of people simultaneously. Responding in real time while the creator sleeps. That is the difference between a brand that scales with your waking hours and one that scales with compute. One has a ceiling. The other does not. Zuckerberg is not betting on one model that governs everything. He is betting on billions of specialized AIs, each built by the person closest to the problem it solves. The companies still debating whether to adopt AI are not having the wrong conversation. They are standing in a room where the meeting ended an hour ago. The checklist updated. They did not.

Your competitor spent 8 months and $50K building an AI voice agent SaaS. You typed one prompt on naïve and shipped the same thing today. That is not an exaggeration. That is exactly what just happened. 🔗 I opened Naive, typed one sentence, and watched a full team of AI employees spin up and start building my AI voice agent SaaS platform from scratch. No dev agency. No co-founder. No seed round. No 8-month runway burn. Here's what my team built, and is running right now: 🔧 Engineer: architected the entire platform, wrote production code, shipped without a single review from me. 📞 Sales rep: started booking demos with potential customers before the platform was even fully live. 🎧 Support agent: set up the entire ticket system and started handling user queries from day one. 💰 Finance manager: set up revenue tracking, reconciled accounts, and started generating reports automatically. Each one has their own email inbox, bank account, phone number, and workspace. They share context. They delegate tasks to each other. They get sharper with every user onboarded and every bug resolved. My entire prompt: "Build me an AI voice agent SaaS platform." That's all I typed. Then I walked away. No technical background. No dev experience. No agency retainer required. What founders on this platform are seeing right now: → Real ARR with zero human employees → +32% revenue growth week over week → +42% tasks completed week over week You have a SaaS idea sitting in your head right now. One prompt on naïve and it's already shipping. Your competitor burned 8 months to get where you'll be in 10 minutes. 👉 #NaïveAI2B9YHR
