I am a parent of children going to college for the past 5 years and with college fees and accommodation in excess of €12,000 per child per year unless you can afford this, you have to take out a loan or your child has to commute.. While Ukrainian students get everything handed to them, with no means test, Irish parents and students are treated like second class citizens in our own country, our government are a total failure.
