RANDOM SHOTS: A leader must be out there. Must be in touch. Must be at the forefront. Must see things for himself. Must not be surrounded by sycophants who tell him all is well when it’s clearly not. A leader must be courageous, leading from the front, and not cocooned away from the pain of the people he/she leads. Rain, or shine, a leader takes the risk so his/her people do not have to. The reason to want to be in office is to make the lives of your citizens safe, easier and better. You don’t have to be liked by everybody, but you must do right by everybody for the greater good and not for the benefit of a few.

The world must neither forget nor forgive Russia for this terrible pain and aggression – this totally unprovoked and criminal Russian war against Ukraine. It's good to have such civil servants standing for the truth as is being done by Secretary Tafadzwa Muguti. ZACC and the ZRP are culpable for this confusion because they are conflicted in these matters and failed to enforce the law impartially. I wrote a lot about the corrupt deals in Mash West centred around Comm Nyazema, Minister Chombo who were colluding with the Chinese and yet nothing effective was done done. The fake investigation instituted involved a junior officer investigating his superior, which was very absurd and the absence of results justified the doubt we had. Mash West JOC is also compromised and consistently gave false reports which did not aid anything except adding more confusion and even getting me arrested wrongly for that matter as the Magistrate stated in Court. Now we have Prosecutors in Mash West being forced, by the ZRP, to pursue and continue with a case which is clearly dead in the water as we have all the necessary papers and approvals. EMA has been clear that they approved and recognised our rehabilitation project, the very same position alluded to by Sec Muguti in that audio. It's also unfortunate that various security arms of the state are complicit in the corruption in Mash West where they have been bullying EMA. EMA which is actually the custodian of these environmental issues and should be leading yet they repeatedly obstructed, undermined and relegated the same to the fringes as they advanced their corrupt initiatives. This is a practice that has the backing of even the Provincial Minister who gave the fake permits to dubious entities. I have advocated before that some of these Ministers should be investigated. Mash West Minister Chombo, Manicaland Minister Mugadza and Mash Central Minister of State should all be investigated. As for Secretary Muguti, much respect to a civil servant who has demonstrated great service to the country by standing up against such a corrupt cartel.

The OpenAI hack of HuggingFace would never have happened if they curated the training set properly of course I could think of finding ways outside of its puzzle, but would definitely not act in unison in such a manner. But we are too at surprise by all this, commiserate about how dangerous AI is, and ask for laws and rules to protect us from these dangers. The point I’m making her is not theoretical. It’s been proven many times in my labs and other labs. You can still build AI that has monumental success and overcoming any obstacle, but are bound by moral ethical codes that open the eye and Anthropic decided don’t want to build into their training data selection.

It appears that the Germans were right when they said that the Black trainees sent over by South Africa were untrainable after a whole batch of technical trainees were sent to Germany to be trained on operating and maintaining the frigates bought from them. After all failing the first round of training, the trainees were put through the training a second time, with very little improvement. The German authorities sent the whole lot back describing them "untrainable" to a man!
