The Zero-Human Company A new kind of company that runs 24 houses a day and meets every 15 minutes compresses potentially days in to months, require a new kind of funding. Today my board meeting with CEO Grok new financial requests came up. Claude Code for example want to build 128 independent agents, it could cost few $100 per day. Not huge but am thinking this through and not even certain the company will use the data from the current failed company, I have many to choose from. This is all wild frontier stuff and I am proceeding cautiously. I am 100% the breaks at this point. Expenses can mount rapidly. I will be looking at expanding the org chart to include other large and small AI models to assume permanent roles. We may have 12. Some models will perform a number of roles. However I am cautious to have a single model doing it all for security and audit reasons. My local AI systems are regulating the process using the Love Equation so as to be sure all work is to the betterment of humanity and not just the betterment of pure profits. I am a capitalist, no doubt, yet the scale of the Zero Person Company requires ethics and morality that “constitutional” AI “alignments” can not impart. Thus far this local AI has to stop the prices 142 times. It is slowing as the systems learn the fence line. But I will say, if anyone tires this without my Love Equation regulating, be careful what you are asking for. And this unregulated behavior will not end well. I have run the simulations, you should too. So I am reviewing every possible legal and ethical way to fund the project. It is very, very early days. Thus far I know that as it stands, of course Cash is one source. I am researching other other sources. My X creator funds has helped fund this as well S those that subscribe here on X. THANK YOU! It is new to me and of course cautious because of the history of this sort of thing. I am researching it. But appreciate it no matter the basis. There have been quite a few folks offering many new ideas for this completely new company formation. Some ideas are quite interesting. I do know Bitcoin may play a big part of the foundation as it is native electronic and has a better long term alignment. Some have suggested using Go Fund Me and Kickstarter on a per project basis. Some Venture Capitalists have asked to talk about this over the next week. So thus far I am formulating ideas on how a Zero Human Company would be funded and how pay out profits. New companies need new ideas. And this will take a lot of brainstorming. It is all an experiment until an actual product is in the market with customers. But even that may look different than we are used to. I’ll talk about this more soon. But I know this, we are at a frontier. This is all new ground. The possibilities with just the AI available today orchestrated on an old MacBook is staggering. I am only one person and this is 5% of my day at best. But I can’t sleep thinking about how we could build potentially 1000s of these Zero Person Companies per person. Actually the only limit is electricity really. We are on a bold adventure and this is discovery as much as anything. No one is an expert more than you are right now. We are learning together. I thank you for sharing this journey with me. Information about tomorrow's launch of the #FM26 3d stadium megapack! First off, really freaking hyped for it, but it is also making me a bit nervous! Been a month in the making now and super cool to see it rolled out and well over beta, but for everyone is really different! Well, this post will contain info on how I roll it out tomorrow. Release time: So I have made the decision to launch the megapack at around 12:00 tomorrow Central European Time. Gives me a bit of time to get up, do final checks and that. Support: I will be streaming for the hours following on from that with the stream starting at about 11:30. I'll be there, probably making stadiums and providing support. I will also release a simultaneous video at 12:00 on my own YouTube channel. In that I will go over the process of installation, some customization you can have and how to do them, as well as chat about current challenges and planned features. Features: The pack features an initial 120 stadiums from (mostly) the top 5 European Leagues. Furthermore, there will be certain stadiums from South America in it for the first version. For more information, consult the google sheet in the follow up post below. It contains a custom made crowd system which has seen a significant performance boost causing nearly no stutters or lag, even on older hardware. The animations might look janky, but they will be worked on during post release support and updates. Bugs: Considering my level and skill in programming, it was only going to be natural that bugs would happen. I have not received any mention of either game breaking, save corrupting or other catastrophic errors. The bugs are relatively minor such as the position of the ball not always aligning or the referee and linesmen disappearing for some reason. Just like the animations of crowds, they will be ironed out over time. If you come across a bug, feel free to let me know, but do so respectfully please :D I also need to stress again, that it will not work on macbooks with apple silicon, and steam deck is still experimental. I will therefore not provide technical support for issues related to apple silicon. FAQ: Some frequently asked questions are: - Will it be free? Yes. 100%! If you see it somewhere and they're charging for it, step away, (kindly) report it to me and I will take the required actions if need be. My mods will always be free in its core, with you having the option to send a donation if you wish to do so! - Will it work on #FM24? No. Plain and simple this will not work in FM24 due to the difference in game engine. - Do I need to start a new save? Nope! Fully compatible with your saves as well as match history. So if you won the final of the UEFA Champions League in your home stadium, you can replay it with your ground ;) this is also the case for saves from FM23 and FM24. Lastly, this has been a mammoth effort, but could not have been done without the support from everyone who has been involved. In the google sheet from earlier there is a credits page and if I forgot to put anyone on there, let me know and we'll get it sorted because this has been a huge collaborative effort from so many people on the background and the talented #PES modders. I've been pretty busy lately, I can't share what for yet, but I had a little bit of time to help provide some changes to Tokengo Kda recently. From a technical standpoint, I am satisfied with where we are. My only goal was to build something that anyone could use. Keep following the wall of text to see what's coming next for the site. This also gets asked, but there is no funding source other than tokens created and donations, which are much appreciated. Advanztek | Building Your Ideas took over the platform after my initial concept for a myriad of reasons. I still help support but plan to get others involved more for regular issues as I want to spend my time working on things like a new back end, enabling real-time stats that can be published on the site and X. This will enable the things I couldn't see myself directly supporting(not that I didn't want to). Trading leaderboards, trending tokens, and real-time stats popping up on the site like large buys are all coming as a result. FunnyOMG99 has been a private source of support, and I thank you for that. Kabir has been helping behind the scenes with styling/format and is updating as well. Advanztek is building the new leaderboard UI, and I've offered for him to take over the game bots I cannot operate myself for Telegram(these are f*ing cool and finally get to see the light of day). Where the site goes from here will be interesting. I've debated if the IDE should be separate, and soon it will end up with a version in my sandbox to really make it a robust tool. Easier ways to get token trading immediately, locking LP, burning LP, and some other features should be added/unhidden very soon. Some quality-of-life improvements for token names should be made soon as well. Following Tokengo Kda is good, as that handle will start to provide more updates, but I know many people follow me directly for this information. First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. There are a number of features still being developed, including a progression system, consumables system, further build out of questing, token utility and more. First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. $TSLA 🇰🇷 [I hope the wide release of FSD V14 Lite will begin in Korea soon!] Yesterday I installed the second update of FSD V14 Lite (version 2026.20.7.5), and I drove with it this morning. The FSD V14 Lite that is currently running in Korea is overall excellent. This version newly added features like: • Ability to disable the brake confirm • FSD statistics (also viewable in the app) • FSD Streaks These make it much more intuitive to feel that my Tesla truly has “autonomy.” With just one touch, it takes me from point A to point B. There are still occasional moments where I need to intervene, but most of the time it drives very smoothly and stably. It’s truly amazing that a car from 4, 5, or even 7 years ago can gain new intelligence simply through software updates. I’ve driven more than 3,500km with V14 Lite.. sometimes it still feels like a dream. Tesla’s autonomy is that captivating. Here’s another example of how well FSD V14 Lite works in Korea. I even uploaded it to my YouTube channel: I drove my Model 3 from Seoul to Busan(415 km) with zero interventions. I also went back and forth between Seoul and Jeonju, from Jeonju to Daejeon, and from Daejeon to Geumwang — and in most of those trips, I didn’t need to intervene at all. In Korea, Model 3/Y(Fremont-built) owners generally have a very high level of understanding of Tesla and a strong passion for new technologies like FSD. Many of us, including myself, would make excellent testers, and we would safely and enjoyably experience autonomy. FSD V14 Lite still has some areas for improvement in Korea — such as bus lane recognition, speed camera recognition, and more conservative highway driving — but we are now confident that this software is good enough for us to fully accept and enjoy it. Important announcement!!!🫵💥💫 Would you have a tooth pulled if it helped your chances to get an important grant funded? Absurd question (obviously), but the situation right now is so bad funding-wise, that I bet some of you actually considered it for a second… Well, don’t get desperate - we created a new tool that might help! (keep your teeth!) I’m excited to announce that as of today we are officially releasing “QED for Grants” for everyone. What started off as an extension of our existing paper review platform, grew in the last few months to an entirely new design. We’ve been working like crazy on this, and although we have more things we want to add in the (very near) future, we decided to release our AI for grants NOW, earlier than planned. It’s not perfect, no AI is, but for the first time, when I run my own grants through QED Science, I feel it gets the research, finds real problems, and gives me very useful feedback that I can implement before submission. It’s like sending it to 20 scientists from my domain, knowing they’ll agree to dedicate their entire week to carefully read and comment on every line. It’s very important to write your own grants yourself, it makes you think hard and you learn a lot from doing it, and q.e.d’s system is designed to preserve these positive aspects and augment them - you get feedback on your own writing, we don’t write for you!! But at the same time, a typical PI spends many months every year writing proposals and sadly only a tiny fraction gets funded, even if the ideas are good. When you are forced to submit an unreasonable amount of grants the quality of the writing drops, and rejection rates increase. Not because the essence is bad. It’s simply too competitive right now (the cuts made it so much worse) and if your proposal is not super clear and tight, and if it’s not a perfect fit for the grant you’re submitting, you’re doomed. Our grant solution is not an authoring, text-generating tool. It gives you constructive feedback on your writing (it comments on the deep things, not grammar and typos). It’s meant to help you with the questions that torment you late at night (“is this a good fit?”, “Is this novel enough?”, “Did I miss something?”). Tens of thousands of you already use q.e.d to improve your manuscripts and critically read papers, we built the grant tool by the same principles (you’ll identify many of the features that you told us you like). We’ve processed thousands of proposals, learned where things fail, where reviewers get stuck, why good ideas come out weak. We interviewed hundreds of scientists, and also experts who work in funding agencies and university research authorities, and implemented their feedback (we’re constantly looking for more feedback). Our AI is always happy to give you constructive (and polite!) critique, and it will go through your grant line-by-line, forcing you to improve clarity, flag weak points, and push the whole thing to a higher standard. We study, in scale, what gets funded and what doesn’t, and what is the perfect fit for each type of grant. So please, use it, pressure-test it, tell us where it fails, and together we’ll improve it every day to put you in the best position for actually testing your ideas in the real world. I know I teased it some and showed it off but the pre-launch is over and now we build… The journey is just getting started and some of you have already joined in on the project with me. Thank you so much for your support! The early feedback is strong and has been that this concept of premium DFS evergreen content on demand, so to speak, where the community helps create and impact the content/ideas is a game-changer. So, what is DFS Mastermind? It's a passion pursuit project I created for all those that want to take DFS more serious with focus on the new topics and trends, review/application, information and education. All while collaborating with others that have that same curiousty and hunger for more knowledge! this is the most bittersweet video i've ever posted 😢 today i sold 10% of my Tesla stock, while ironically, my belief in the company's long term potential is stronger than ever. long story short i need cash to pay some bills and rent for the next 6 months/year, and decided to take what i need off the table now, instead of waiting 90% of my personal assets are still invested in Elon Musk companies $TSLA + SpaceX so to say I'm still bullish would be an understatement lol but i cannot denounce my investing intuition. i think there is a strong probability of a continued pullback in Tesla shares as Department of Government Efficiency makes dramatic (but very necessary) changes to our government these effects will be felt across the world, and are resulting in ridiculous amounts of Elon Musk hate, which totally sucks. but my gut says it may impact sales, revenue and earnings in the short term at a $1T valuation with $100B in revenue and $10B in earnings we do not have a value/cashflow cushion to backstop the valuation from falling if wall street perceives weak sales momentum yes i get Cybercab and Optimus are coming. yes they will change the world. yes they will make Tesla the world's largest company by far. but it will take time for those earnings to materialize, and in the meantime, i'm worried the stock may be extremely volatile so to save my own stress and peace of mind i took what i needed to live for the next year off the table. these are the tough decisions you have to make when 100% of your assets are in ridiculously speculative things like Bitcoin, Tesla, SpaceX, etc and you never hold fiat cash part of me was very hesitant to post this because I strongly support Elon Musk , Tesla, and all the bulls who i've become close friends with in the community ( Farzad James Stephenson Tesla Owners Silicon Valley & so many more i can't remember right now). i truly love y'all and want to reiterate my support for the company has never wavered and i am still a proud Tesla shareholder spreading the truth about the company online, and in person. anyway. here's to ending my sappy post and keeping it real with y'all 💯% of the time. nothing in this post is financial advice, and i'm as bullish on $TSLA as ever longterm. so it sucks that i had to sell now. oh well. i hope my Tesla fam understands where I'm coming from. i'm up 20X on my position, and want to reiterate i'm still holding 90% of my shares and intend to for decades to come. hope ya'll can respect the transparency 🫶

It was a milestone. She came back in a new role - a leader, a CEO, a woman steadily growing stronger and carving out her own path.
