Night vision goggles are certainly cool. The shield causes a double feeling, as it seems to protect you, but at the same time you can not use a one-handed weapon. But the golden m9 is nonsense, of course, since the game has a glock with the same functionality, and paired m9.

Loving the moment of your eyes adjusting, would be interesting to have dark levels that use bright lights outside to make NVG useless at range
