Artificial intelligence and digital capital, meanwhile, control information. Can you foresee the impact? When I say "information," please do not think merely of data; this encompasses human perceptions, behaviors, cultures, beliefs, and their orientations. On a global scale, they are shaping the collective mind. Could we call them our new sovereign? Let’s not, for what they represent is something else entirely; the old concepts are evaporating. The power they have amassed is giving rise to a different "thing" something that defies traditional definitions of sovereignty. They are creating a fluid form of power that flows across networks, transcending national laws, cultural and religious boundaries, and political authorities. This network comprises nodes, data centers, algorithms, user behaviors, satellites, and even data centers equipped with their own nuclear power plants. No single entity rules here; power is constantly being regenerated through relationships. Let us try to grasp this; it is a crucial point. We must understand this to see the path ahead, for this is where the fundamental rupture of the new era lies. Power will no longer belong to a single subject, a leader, or a state. It is transforming into something constantly generated through individuals, institutions, desires, and wants, something that operates continuously within the daily practices, belief systems, and knowledge frameworks of societies. Yes, initially, there will be major corporations dominating the market (much like today), but this dynamic will eventually break. Every relationship will become a source of new power, and—intriguingly and unusually—this generated power will constantly redefine itself. The information, the objects, and the concepts produced... they will be generated at such a speed that, at some point, humans will no longer be able to keep pace; at that moment, the system will surpass humanity. Here, from this point on, power is a decentralized entity. We are looking at a power that has become fluid within the network, growing by ceaselessly renewing itself; do you see what I mean?
