Why do optimizers say best settings and they all have different settings lol if its the best why aint they all the same 🤣

Why do different settings work?

Changing the image settings almost does zero inpact on how the ram works the latency the Frames. Its mostly just for looks and has nothing to do with anything. Also the batch file is probally just changing the graphics settings wich can be done manually in 10 seconds
