Breathe. Take a moment. Gather the facts, and realize local electeds claimed areas just outside the relief zone would benefit from reduction in congestion & pollution too. I take the 2nd Ave bus daily and this is not the usual flow at all!

the @NYC_DOT has put in the most idiotic changes to the streets. Most cause massive congestion. CP will make this even worse on the UES as people drive and park here. No good from the 'reimagined' streets or CP
