In our time, it is fueled by Iran and carried out by terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah. Jewish history teaches vigilance, but also resilience. Again and again, the Jewish people faced those who sought to harm them. Again and again, they endured. That same resilience is still very present today, even while families are spending nights in shelters and living with uncertainty. Our spirit remains strong.

It's deeply concerning that anti-Jewish protests are being organised during a time when the Jewish community is mourning the greatest loss of life since the Holocaust. People who are out supporting leaders of terrorist organisations, should be held to account and should be condemned for their actions. This is an anniversary of 1,200 people losing their lives, and that's why these protests shouldn't go ahead.
