Instead of them to: 1. Restructure the police force and fight corruption battling it. 2. Train, equip and deploy the army to terrorists-affected regions and give them the order to use lethal force, They are talking about giving military training to Youth Corps members. Hmmm 🤔

Civilians training to handle guns is no solution to any of Nigeria’s problems! The government should focus more on eradicating poverty.

He knows what he’s saying. But then, I think 1 year is enough time to do so. It’s the right time to change some of our policies. The ones we have, most of them is not for the benefit of the people.

He’s making a valid point but again it might as well backfire, you don’t go training hopeful youths in two years how to handle a gun then leave them out in the streets afterwards without a proper Job. It will backfire big time.
