That's dangerous, people having that kind of lid have no idea how strong a cd player laser beam is because it is at a spectrum the human eye cannot detect. (CD laser beam is infra-red)

Ficou lindão. Pensando aqui, ficaria dahora também se fosse a parte toda do CD em acrilico e o simbolo do playstation no meio em cima do transparente.

Não é lá uma boa, pq a luz do ambiente pode interferir na leitura do disco e prejudicar a qualidade da execução do jogo.

@NotDonSavage I’m kind of surprised it didn’t have some kind of window in it to begin with. A lot of boombox style top loading CD players had some kind of visible area you could see the disc.

The guy bought a custom PS1 lid on eBay, and the result is this: you can see the CD spinning inside. It's a simple thing, but it brings an absurd amount of charm to the device.
