Precious Bland is responding to critics after she was found not guilty by reason of insanity after she drowned her baby in a bathtub. "My response to the comments is everybody needs grace, and what happened to me could happen to anybody, including those people who made those comments." Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has since responded to the ruling, saying his office will be drafting articles of impeachment against the judge. "It’s time to impeach this judge. The dispute centers on the Trump administration's expanded SAVE database, which allows states to use Social Security numbers and bulk searches to verify citizenship for voter rolls and other lawful government functions. Last month, Judge Sooknanan blocked the upgrades, ruling they violated federal privacy laws. But because Florida, Indiana, Iowa, and Ohio had already secured a court-approved settlement guaranteeing access to those same SAVE features, U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell II ordered DHS to immediately restore them. Rather than pause her ruling while the conflict plays out, Judge Sooknanan rejected the Trump administration's request, accusing the government of "gamesmanship" and insisting the Florida court had "erred in significant ways." The conflicting rulings now leave DHS in the position of being ordered by one federal judge to disable the system or to ignore her and follow the alternate judge's ruling. Rep. Judge Burroughs has routinely DEFIED Supreme Court precedent to block President Trump's agenda time and time again. She is protecting Somalis over Americans. Judges are not above accountability. Our Founders designed impeachment in the Constitution for judges who abuse their authority like this one.

Judge Boasberg ordered President Trump to turn a plane full of deported gang members around mid-air and then blocked him from deporting violent illegals to Venezuela and El Salvador. He never disclosed that his own daughter works for a 501(c)(3) that gives lawfare aid to criminal aliens and gang members. That’s a blatant conflict of interest, and the DOJ U.S. Department of Justice has done nothing about it. I asked Congressman Brandon Gill about his articles of impeachment against Boasberg and why the GOP is stalling on impeaching judges. A judge who blocks deportations to protect criminal invaders has no business sitting on the federal bench.
