A dinosaur guide at American Museum of Natural History American Museum of Natural History just lectured me abt Trump being a threat. I didn't pay $157 & drive 1.5 hours from Queens for a TDS episode from a dinosaur tour guide. When challenged, he said, "I'M the one talking." $42M in federal grants went to American Museum of Natural History in the last 3 yrs. Completely inappropriate for an employee to proselytize his personal politics against President Donald J. Trump as if it's objective fact to tourists from around the world. I caught the last bit of his Trump lecture in the first video; second video someone asks him to repeat what he said earlier.

🇺🇸 Remembering Jason Richard Freiwald 🇺🇸 A Navy SEAL, a leader, a brother in arms. Jason Freiwald dedicated his life to service after enlisting in 1996, serving with SEAL Teams 5 and 3 before earning a place in the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group. He deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan, respected by all who served beside him. On September 11, 2008, during a mission in Afghanistan, he led his team into a heavily defended compound. Under intense enemy fire, he fought to protect his teammates and help secure the objective. While shielding others, he was mortally wounded—just 30 years old. For his heroism, he was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star with “V,” and Purple Heart. His courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. We remember. We honor. 🙏

Fitness twitter is filled with retards Risk reward bros - idiots that don’t understand that the very movements they deem risky are the ones that have the most profound impacts on long term health, durability, and injury prevention Hypertrophy bros - idiots that can’t comprehend that being stronger is never a detrimental life characteristic. You will never do a task and be like: “damn, wish I was weaker” Strength specialists - this niche barely exists in any meaningful sense, like they are the ones that think you need to train near failure all the time but also refuse to use the barbell which is the only objective strength measure… then they think they are hypertrophy experts and really just learned about the effective reps model and thought it was the holy bible or Quran Want a good coach? Hire someone that understands nuance Here’s 3 reps of force development bench… stuff that your coach doesn’t think does anything… followed by 315 for 20 reps… Suck my dick

Our objective is to transform $TOAD from a memecoin into a recognizable, scalable and culturally relevant digital brand one capable of existing far beyond the boundaries of crypto. The strategy is built around several layers: 1. Build the culture first. Strong brands are not manufactured overnight. They are built through identity, consistency and community. TOAD needs its own visual language, recognizable characters, narratives, humor and values something people can identify instantly without even seeing the ticker. 2. Expand beyond the crypto-native audience. Crypto is our starting point, not our ceiling. The long-term ambition is to introduce TOAD to audiences that may know nothing about Solana, liquidity pools or market caps, but understand entertainment, collectibles, fashion, gaming and internet culture. 3. Turn attention into intellectual property. Attention is temporary. IP can compound for years. The goal is to progressively develop the TOAD universe through original characters, storytelling, digital content, collaborations, merchandise and eventually products or experiences capable of standing independently from the token itself. 4. Build strategic distribution. Growth cannot depend exclusively on X or short-term speculation. We want TOAD represented across multiple platforms and formats, with creators, artists, developers and strategic partners contributing to an ecosystem that continuously expands its reach. 5. Create real brand equity. Market capitalization is one metric. Brand recognition is another. The ultimate objective is to build something whose cultural value becomes increasingly difficult to replicate where the community, identity, distribution and IP collectively form a genuine competitive moat. 6. Think in years, not candles. There will always be volatility. What matters is whether every month leaves TOAD stronger than the month before: better infrastructure, stronger branding, broader distribution, more relationships, more holders and a deeper culture. Solana gave TOAD the infrastructure. The community gave TOAD its momentum. Now our responsibility is to give it direction, identity and longevity. We are not building around the question: “How high can this token go?” We are building around a much bigger one: “How far can the TOAD brand go?” The token is the beginning. The brand is the vision. $TOAD

NASA ARTEMIS II MISSION UPDATE The crew and Orion are approximately 94,117km to the Moon, they're also just over 350,000km away from Earth. They're also travelling at a speed of approximately 2,523km/h, this will start to increase as the lunar sphere of influence takes a hold of the crew and Orion later today. Approximately 41.8% of the mission has been completed. Currently the crew is into the Orion Crew Survival System Suit Developmental Flight Objective (OCSS DFTO) operations, which is essentially a simulated emergency onboard the spacecraft and involves the OCSS suits being donned along with the crews strapping themselves into their seats and the cabin pressure being dropped to 10.2 PSI. This of course is one of many extremely important objectives that is being performed during the duration of this test flight around the Moon. OTC (Outbound Trajectory Correction) burn #3 is also still planned for later today, this is very much subject to change though if NASA decides to skip this burn also. We will be sure to keep you updated if this changes. And yes, I can in fact confirm the toilet is still working! Be sure to check out our Artemis II Real Time Tracking 24/7 stream if you'd like to watch all the action unfold in real time! NSF Artemis II Real Time Tracking 24/7 | NSF - NASASpaceflight.com

Hold up, here is the prompt: works with almost any model. enjoy :) Role & Objective: Act as an Elite UI/UX Front-End Engineer specializing in Apple-tier micro-interactions and advanced CSS. Your task is to program a perfectly centered navigation bar in a strictly SINGLE HTML file containing all HTML, vanilla CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. No external libraries or frameworks (No Tailwind, React, etc.). Design Concept - "True Liquid Glass": CRITICAL INSTRUCTION: Do NOT generate standard, flat "glassmorphism" or basic frosted glass. I require a physically accurate "Liquid Glass" aesthetic. It must look like wet, poured clear resin, combining the high-gloss specular highlights of classic macOS Aqua with the volumetric spatial depth of modern Apple VisionOS. 1. The Liquid Glass Material & Lighting (CSS): - Deep Refraction: Use `backdrop-filter` with extreme blur (e.g., 50px) and over-saturation (200%). - Specular Highlight: Create a curved, semi-transparent white gradient on the top half using a pseudo-element (`::before`) to simulate a hard light reflection on a wet, rounded 3D surface. - Caustics & Volume: Use multi-layered inner and outer `box-shadow` properties to simulate light refracting at the bottom edge and casting a realistic ambient drop shadow. - Interactive Glare: Implement a soft radial-gradient spotlight inside the glass that dynamically tracks the user's mouse cursor (X/Y coordinates) using JavaScript and CSS variables (`mix-blend-mode: overlay`). 2. Navigation Layout & Elements: - Center the pill-shaped navigation bar perfectly in the middle of the viewport. - Include 3 main navigation items with minimalist, inline SVG stroke icons and text labels: "Home", "Call", and "List". - Add a subtle vertical divider line after the main buttons. - Next to the divider, add a Dark/Light Mode toggle button containing inline SVG Sun and Moon icons. 3. Animations & "Apple Magic": - Sliding Active Pill: Create a solid background "pill" that sits *behind* the active navigation item's text/icon. When a different item is clicked, this pill must dynamically recalculate its width and slide to the new position. - Spring Physics: The sliding transition MUST use an exact Apple-style bouncy spring easing curve (e.g., `transition: all 0.5s cubic-bezier(0.34, 1.2, 0.64, 1)`). - Tactile Feedback: Buttons and icons must physically press down slightly (`transform: scale(0.92)`) when clicked (`:active`). - Theme Switch: The Sun and Moon icons must smoothly rotate, scale, and cross-fade during the transition. 4. Background Environment (Crucial): - Glass needs light and color to refract! Create a full-viewport, smoothly animated mesh gradient background using 3 large, heavily blurred, floating color blobs. - Implement full Dark/Light mode logic using CSS variables (`:root` and `[data-theme="dark"]`). Toggling the theme must seamlessly transition the background blob colors, glass opacity, shadow intensity, and text colors. Output ONLY the pristine, production-ready code. Prioritize maximum visual fidelity and silky-smooth 60fps animations.

Kimi K3 + GPT-6 Astra can become something bigger than two agents: a Two-Brain AI Operating System the formula: Two-Brain OS = Research Brain + Execution Brain + Shared State + Router + Tools + Verification not two models doing the same job. two specialized brains connected through one persistent system step 1 -> Kimi K3 becomes the research brain. complex research, source comparison, long-context synthesis and strategic planning happen here. its job is to explore the problem and compress the findings into a clear plan. step 2 -> GPT-6 Astra becomes the execution brain. it receives the plan, writes code, operates tools, creates artifacts and turns decisions into finished work. step 3 -> build a shared state layer. store the objective, evidence, decisions, constraints, failed attempts and next action outside the chat. both brains always know what happened and where the system should continue. step 4 -> add the router. uncertainty and open-ended questions move to Kimi K3. execution, tool use and deterministic tasks move to GPT-6 Astra. every job reaches the brain designed to handle it. step 5 -> create the handoff loop: research -> plan -> execute -> inspect -> update state -> continue. if execution reveals missing information, the task returns to Kimi. if the plan is ready, Astra takes control again. step 6 -> verify before completion. tests, source checks, constraints and explicit success criteria decide whether the result ships or returns to the correct brain with a clear failure signal. that is the difference between using two AI models and building a Two-Brain AI Operating System. Kimi K3 expands the search space. GPT-6 Astra converts it into action. shared state preserves progress, the router controls every handoff, tools execute the work and verification decides when the system is actually finished. one model can generate an answer. two specialized brains connected through memory, routing and verification can run an entire workflow. the full Kimi K3 + GPT-6 Astra Two-Brain OS breakdown is below ↓

OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS MASS ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AT FGGC MONGUNO Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with personnel of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL), successfully foiled an attempted mass abduction by ISWAP terrorists at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Monguno, at about 0130 hours (1:30 a.m.) on 19 July 2026. The FGGC facility is currently being utilized by the Borno State Government as temporary hostel accommodation for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Monguno. The terrorists reportedly gained access to the facility with the assistance of suspected collaborators in an attempt to abduct students. Alert security personnel immediately engaged the terrorists with coordinated and overwhelming firepower, effectively stalling their advance with Sector 3 Quick Reaction Force (QRF) immediately reinforcing the school. Confronted by the superior combat capability and determined resistance of the security forces, the terrorists were forced to abandon their criminal mission and flee in confusion without achieving their objective. During the encounter, parts of the school infrastructure sustained damage but the attempt was well contained by troops in conjunction with the Nigeria Police Force personnel. Following the operation, troops successfully rescued and evacuated all 46 students to Kinnasara Barracks, Monguno, where they received immediate medical assessment and appropriate care. All rescued students have been confirmed medically stable and no student was abducted. Regrettably, some students were fatally struck by the sporadic gunfire from the terrorists during the firefight. Operation HADIN KAI extends its deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and reassures the public that all necessary measures are being taken to safeguard the lives of residents and protect critical public institutions across the North East in liaison with the Borno State Government. Exploitation of the incident is ongoing to identify and apprehend the suspected collaborators, while troops and other security agencies are actively tracking the fleeing terrorists. Operation HADIN KAI remains steadfast in its commitment to sustaining relentless pressure on terrorist elements, denying them freedom of action, dismantling their operational capability, and ensuring that educational institutions and other critical infrastructure across the North East remain safe and secure. The faggots showed “routes of Ukrainian drones” to the Leningrad region — through the territory of Belarus and NATO countries (Picture #1). Now let’s look at reality, confirmed exclusively by their own official sources. Here’s how the air raid alerts developed in Russia on these days: Video for March 23 (Video #1) Video for March 25 (Video #2) Video for March 26 (Video #3) We’ve been working for a long time on our own website — an independent analog of the Ukrainian air alert site, but for the Russian swamps. It shows not only the alerts, but also the work of their air defense. We just managed to finish the recording and history function right before the strikes on the Leningrad region. Interesting detail: as soon as an air alert is declared in the Leningrad region itself, literally a few minutes later it is immediately announced in the Bryansk, Smolensk, Tver, and other regions that lie “on the way” to Leningrad. We do not rule out that the drones could have flown over the eastern districts of Belarus. That option is theoretically possible. However, there is zero confirmation: Belarusian chats in those areas were silent, locals wrote nothing, and no objective evidence (video or photos) has appeared. A simple logical question for all their “experts”: If our drones were not flying over Russian territory, but somehow cruising through NATO countries, then why the fuck did you declare air alerts across the entire country? What exactly were your air defense systems “shooting down” over your own regions? Why did the alerts trigger exactly in the regions that, according to your version, the drones never flew over? And the most interesting part — why does this alert pattern lead perfectly straight to the Leningrad region, where real strikes and fires occurred on exactly those dates? - Night of March 23 — massive attack on the Primorsk port (one of the key oil terminals on the Baltic). A fuel tank was damaged, and the fire burned for over a day. Governor Drozdenco claimed “over 50 drones shot down.” - Night of March 25 — strikes on the Ust-Luga port (Novatek terminal) and Vyborg (a ship was damaged, likely the icebreaker “Purga”, and the port itself). Fire in the port. They claimed “33 drones shot down.” - Night of March 26 — attack on the Kirishi Oil Refinery (KINEF) industrial zone. Fires confirmed by NASA FIRMS satellite imagery. They claimed “21+ drones shot down.” You faggots, when you lie about “routes through NATO”, at least try to coordinate your bullshit with your own official data. The picture is hilarious: alerts across the whole country, air defense working at full capacity, “hundreds shot down” — yet the drones supposedly “never flew over Russia.” Draw your own conclusions, friends. Logic has never been Russian propaganda’s strong suit.

🚨PREPARE FOR A -20% MARKET DROP: Everyone thinks the Iran conflict is an oil story. It’s not. Let me explain what this is really about. The Strait of Hormuz has been closed for 8 days. Markets are focused on crude prices. That’s the wrong variable. The real cascade nobody’s mapping: 92% of the world’s sulfur comes from refining oil and gas. Close Hormuz, you don’t just lose 20 million barrels of crude per day. You lose the feedstock for sulfuric acid m, the single most produced chemical on Earth. Sulfuric acid is how we extract copper. How we extract cobalt. Without it, you can’t make transformers, EV batteries, or the substrates inside every data center on the planet. One chemical. One feedstock. One 21-nautical-mile chokepoint. It gets worse. Qatar ships 30% of Taiwan’s LNG through Hormuz. Taiwan has 11 days of reserves. $TSMC, the company making 90% of the world’s advanced chips, draws 8.9% of Taiwan’s entire electricity grid. No gas → no power → no chips. Then food. 33% of global nitrogen fertilizer feedstock moves through that same strait. Half of all humans alive exist because of synthetic nitrogen. Sulfur. Semiconductors. Food. Three supply chains. One chokepoint. Zero domestic alternatives at scale. The economic math from here: Oil holds $80-100+ per barrel if closure persists beyond weeks. Inflation climbs 0.5-1% above baseline. Fed delays rate cuts, 1-2 reductions instead of 3. GDP growth slows to 1.5-2%. Stagflation risk over the next 3-6 months is real. S&P/Nasdaq: 5-10% correction base case. Tech/growth down 10-15% on higher yields and risk-off. Energy and defensives up 5-10%. Market is currently pricing a 4-week conflict duration. If this extends? 15-20% drawdown. What I’m watching: The US objective isn’t just degrading Iran’s military. It’s economic strangulation, destroy the refinery infrastructure, induce blackouts, impair logistics, accelerate regime instability without a full ground invasion. The short-term pain is intentional and accepted. The strategic calculus: weaken Iran’s ability to project power, sever proxy support, and neutralize a nuclear threat permanently. China feels this differently. Iran was supplying 1M+ barrels daily of discounted sanctioned crude. That’s gone. Now Beijing is forced into costlier alternatives while already under U.S. economic pressure. This isn’t about oil. Oil is just the vector. The real targets are the supply chains that run through it. How I’m positioning into this: If this escalates and markets reprice, here’s my expected drawdown map on BETA stocks: > $ASTS, -15 to -35% (beta amplification, rate sensitivity in space telecom) > $IREN, -20 to -30% (rising energy costs crushing margins) > $CIFR, 15-20% (rising energy costs crushing margins) > $AMPX, -15 to -30% (cobalt + sulfur supply chain disruption hits batteries hard) > $RKLB, -10% to 25% (higher yields compressing aerospace valuations) > $ONDS, -10% to 25% (industrial wireless demand slowdown in tight credit) > $NBIS, -5% to 20% (AI cloud risk-off but lower beta buffers the downside) > $KRKNF, -5% to 15% (low beta, robotics holds relatively well) > $OSS, -5% to 15% (hardware stability, limited tech sector contagion) I still hold cash. That cash exists for exactly this scenario. My plan: I don’t hold enough cash as of now, which is why my strategy will be to buy the hardest-hit names on the way down, DCA monthly through the pressure, and let the timeline work. If this plays out as I expect, escalation through summer, then resolution, the relief rally sets up Oct/Nov. That’s 7-8 months of accumulation before the market re-rates. The biggest mistakes in geopolitical dislocations are panic selling and waiting for the all-clear. By the time the all-clear comes, the move is already over. Note: This is not financial advice.

Trump’s Long Game to Topple the Iranian Regime Trump’s strike on Iran was not a random move. It was the final piece of a larger strategy that has been unfolding since he returned to office. Most people look at the February 28th strikes on Iran’s military targets and assume it was simply about protecting Israel or stopping an immediate threat. That is only the last scene. The groundwork had been laid for over a year. From the start of 2025, the administration moved on multiple fronts. Early 2025 focused on China. New tariffs and aggressive efforts to bring manufacturing back to the United States were framed as economic policy, but they also squeezed Beijing’s ability to fund partners and expand its military reach. Reduce the cash flow and you weaken the network. Throughout 2025, Russia remained locked in Ukraine. The United States kept support flowing while pressing Europe to shoulder more of the burden. The result was strategic containment. Moscow stayed preoccupied in its own region, limiting its ability to meaningfully back Iran or Venezuela if tensions escalated elsewhere. By mid-2025, the strategy escalated with Operation Midnight Hammer. During the intense Twelve-Day War between Israel and Iran in June, U.S. forces launched precision strikes using B-2 Spirit stealth bombers and submarine-launched Tomahawk missiles against Iran’s primary nuclear enrichment facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. The operation delivered a devastating blow to Iran’s nuclear program with Massive Ordnance Penetrators, significantly setting back Tehran’s ambitions while remaining narrowly tailored to avoid full-scale war. Late 2025 brought a targeted operation inside Iran. US forces struck senior Quds Force figures and disrupted coordination hubs tied to partners in Latin America and the Middle East. Weapons pipelines were slowed. It was a demonstration of reach and precision without triggering a full scale war. A shaping move. On January 3, 2026, US forces captured Nicolás Maduro and his wife in Caracas. This dismantled a sanctions evasion channel that helped Iran move oil revenue. It also disrupted Iranian and Hezbollah networks operating out of Venezuela. The signal was blunt. Geographic distance would not guarantee safety. By February 28th, the stage was set. The strikes on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and key military sites followed. Iran’s Supreme Leader and several senior commanders were killed. The stated objective was not occupation, but degradation. Set back the nuclear program, weaken proxy confidence, and deter a broader regional arms race. Now we are seeing rapid reactions from activist groups linked to Neville Singham. Singham, an American businessman living in Shanghai, has been associated with funding organizations such as The People’s Forum and Code Pink. After prior US actions involving Iran and Venezuela, these groups mobilized quickly with coordinated statements and protests. Trump’s moves were cutting off key money routes and strategic partnerships that help China. Venezuela and Iran were important pieces in Beijing’s bigger global plan for cash, influence, and power. Whenever the U.S. took action, the 2025 Iran hit, grabbing Maduro, or the large strikes in Iran, these well-funded organizations quickly organized protests, statements, and rallies as pushback. When you connect the dots, it becomes super clear: The tariffs on China, the ongoing support for Ukraine, the targeted ops inside Iran in 2025, capturing Maduro in Venezuela, and the strikes that occurred today, these weren’t random or separate moves at all. They were all connected steps in one smart, long-term plan. The goal was simple: break up this loose group of countries working together before they could team up tighter and become a real, lasting challenge to America’s power in the world.

Day 2: Israel decimales Iranian Installations - Iran Retaliates Unprecedentedly Overnight Israel and the US have been relentlessly bombing Iranian territory on the second day of the war, launching strikes primarily from Iraqi and Saudi airspace. Approximately 1,000 targets have been hit in Iran, including air bases and bunkers. The Iranian navy was also targeted, with 3 to 4 warships sunk. However, it's worth noting that only one of these vessels was modern; the others date back to the 1960s. The hunt for Iranian missile launchers continues, with Israel striking several mobile launchers and anti-aircraft units daily. This is an extremely arduous task, as estimates from The Military Balance suggest Iran may possess up to 500 mobile launchers and hundreds of SHORAD systems. On this second day, Iran decided to strike five bases/airports being used by US-Israel forces all at once. The Saudi Prince Sultan Air Base was hit by multiple ballistic missiles, with several reports of smoke rising. Similarly, Iraq's Ain Al-Asad base was targeted. But nothing compared to the intensity of the attacks on Erbil Air Base in northern Iraq and Ben Gurion Airport, which came under several ballistic missiles overnight. And do you know what the biggest problem is? Iranian missiles are slipping through Israeli and American air defenses like a hot knife through butter. Yesterday and today, I've shown videos where launchers fire up to 9 (or more) interceptors in attempts to down a single Iranian missile, often with little success. Iran's retaliation against US bases in Qatar, Bahrain, and the UAE continued on the second day, mainly using drones. As I mentioned yesterday, Iran has proven that the war is only just beginning. It targeted Israeli cities with modern missiles that disperse submunitions during reentry, significantly expanding the affected areas. These missiles had never been used before in combat, showing that Iran is now deploying its most advanced systems, which are also far more resilient to interceptors. At the current rate, interceptors will run out soon, and panic will grip both Israeli and American leadership. Both sides are failing in their primary objective: significantly reducing Iran's launch capacity, which remains high, with roughly 450 missiles and 850 drones ready in just two days. If this pace holds, defensive munitions won't last more than 4-5 days. Based on what we've observed, Iran launches 200-220 missiles per day, while the coalition expends no fewer than 700-1,000 interceptors (or even more), with very limited success. In the best-case scenario, this gives about 5 days of defensive ammo left; in the realistic (worst-case) scenario I've estimated from the interceptions I've seen, it's only 4 days. This puts enormous pressure on the leaders of both countries to seek a ceasefire. I believe that if Iran refuses a ceasefire, both Israel and the US will push for Gulf countries to enter the war, aiming to bolster defenses and deter further Iranian actions. The entry of these countries would be paramount for the US and Israel due to their air support and, especially, their naval power. These Gulf nations possess approximately 400 vessels, including frigates, corvettes, and patrol boats. But until that happens, the war boils down to the same question: What runs out first, Iran's missile launch capability or the coalition's interceptors?

Dear Dr. Sagar Preet Hooda, IPS Director General of Police, Chandigarh DGP Chandigarh Police Subject: Request for intervention regarding FIR No. 44 dated 19-04-2026 registered by East Sector 26 Police Station, Chandigarh 1. I write this letter through X with the sincere hope that it reaches your attention. The present issue concerns FIR No. 44 dated 19-04-2026 registered by East Sector 26 Police Station, Chandigarh against Professor Madhu Kishwar Madhu Purnima Kishwar and a few others under Sections 66C, 66D and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Sections 196, 318, 336(1), 336(3), 336(4), 340, 353 and 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The FIR was registered on the complaint of one Satinder Singh, who alleged that a video clip was being circulated by various social media users with misleading claims that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was receiving a facial massage from a woman. According to the complaint, several social media accounts amplified this allegedly false narrative. As understood, the complainant further stated that his preliminary verification revealed that the video was originally posted by one Pardeep Kaur Dhillon through Facebook, YouTube and Instagram accounts on 12 April 2026, and that the person in the video was actually Jaspal Singh Sarai, who was apparently receiving a facial massage from a woman. However, even a plain reading of the complaint does not disclose the commission of any offence, much less a cognizable offence. Surprisingly, the police registered the FIR invoking an extraordinary range of provisions relating to identity theft, cheating, forgery, promoting enmity, defamation, public mischief, and even obscenity. 2. Let us briefly examine the applicability of each provision invoked in the FIR: (i) Section 66C of the Information Technology Act, 2000 criminalises fraudulent or dishonest use of another person’s electronic signature, password, or unique identification feature. The fundamental question is: whose identity has Professor Madhu Kishwar allegedly stolen? Was it the identity of Satinder Singh? If not, what is his locus standi in lodging such a complaint? If the allegation concerns some other person, has that person complained? In the absence of any such complaint, how is an offence under this section made out? (ii) Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 relates to cheating by personation through a communication device or computer resource. Whom did Professor Madhu Kishwar allegedly impersonate? Who was deceived, and what wrongful gain or loss occurred? Did she impersonate Satinder Singh or any other person? If not, how does the complainant acquire locus standi under this provision? (iii) Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 criminalises publication or transmission of obscene material in electronic form. The complainant himself states that the video was originally posted by Pardeep Kaur Dhillon and depicted Jaspal Singh Sarai receiving a facial massage from a woman. The video, by any objective standard, contains no obscene or lascivious material. Neither individuals were nude, nor was any sexual act depicted. It was merely a professional facial massage. Professor Madhu Kishwar merely reposted the content on X. Therefore, the essential ingredients of Section 67 are entirely absent. (iv) Section 196 of BNS concerns promoting enmity between groups on grounds such as religion, race, language, place of birth, or residence, and acts prejudicial to communal harmony. How does reposting a video of a man receiving a facial massage — even assuming someone believed the man resembled Prime Minister Narendra Modi — amount to promoting enmity between groups or disturbing public harmony? The provision appears wholly inapplicable. (v) Section 318 of BNS deals with the offence of cheating. The essential ingredients of cheating require deception causing wrongful loss, delivery of property, or inducement to act or omit in a manner causing harm. How does reposting a social media video satisfy any of these ingredients? Even assuming, for the sake of argument, that Prime Minister Narendra Modi felt personally aggrieved, the complaint would have to come from him or an authorised representative. What is the locus standi of Satinder Singh or any unrelated third party in this matter? (vi) Sections 336(1), 336(2) and 336(3) of BNS These provisions deal with forgery involving false documents or electronic records. How does reposting a pre-existing video amount to creating a false document or forged electronic record? No document was fabricated. No electronic record was forged. Again, even assuming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the aggrieved person, why has no complaint been filed either by him or by any authorised representative? How does Satinder Singh acquire standing in such circumstances? (vii) Section 340 of BNS concerns fraudulent or dishonest use of a forged document or electronic record. When there is no forged document at all, the provision itself cannot apply. Further, the alleged victim has neither filed nor authorised any complaint. In such circumstances, invocation of Section 340 appears entirely untenable. (viii) Section 353 of BNS concerns statements or reports intended to incite mutiny, offences against the State, public disorder, or inter-community violence. How can reposting a video of a man receiving a facial massage — even if someone attributes resemblance to Prime Minister Narendra Modi — possibly amount to incitement of mutiny, public disorder, or offences against the State? The invocation of this section is wholly unsustainable. (ix) Section 356 of BNS concerns defamation. However, Section 222 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 clearly provides that defamation can be prosecuted only by the aggrieved person. If the aggrieved person is a public servant, proceedings can be initiated only by a Public Prosecutor with prior sanction of the Central or State Government as the case may be. Neither Satinder Singh nor any unrelated individual has the legal standing to initiate such proceedings. 3. Dr. Hooda Ji, permit me to share a version of a well-known satirical anecdote about policing, which bears a striking resemblance to the present case, where Professor Madhu Kishwar is being compelled to endure the ordeal of criminal prosecution despite the absence of the essential ingredients of the offences invoked against her. A man sees an old friend running down the street — terrified, panting, and sweating. He stops him and asks, “What is wrong? Why are you running?” The friend replies, “The police are arresting all bulls!” The man says, “But you are not a bull. Why are you running?” The friend shouts back, “We both know I am not a bull. But by the time I prove it to the police and the courts, I will have spent the rest of my life in jail!” Terrified by hearing this, the other man also starts running. 4. Dr. Hooda Ji, I have heard that you are a competent, upright and distinguished officer. It is the solemn responsibility of senior officers of the IPS to prevent abuse of the criminal justice process and to ensure that policing does not degenerate into a spectacle in which criminal law is stretched beyond recognition to harass individuals for expressing views that may inconvenience those in power. 5. I therefore request your kind intervention to prevent the continued harassment and persecution of Professor Madhu Kishwar for her views on public issues, and to direct immediate closure of the case. 6. This letter has also been converted into video format and attached.👇 With Regards
