And that time is worth much much more than most folks are being compensated in exchange for it. You can’t get that time back. The majority believing there is little value for their time is part of how those who do assign high value to their own time keep their control. Time is a real resource. Money is a social construct. One of the two is much more valuable. But what do I know, I’m just a silly girl with hand puppets.

Air Vietnam passenger jet in front, full of civilians, and half a dozen US military C-130s parked like it’s normal. Same tarmac we walk on today. From war-time madhouse to one of Southeast Asia’s busiest modern hubs... how wild is that transformation in just 50 years? The ATC tower you see here and in the B787 video is the same and still standing strong in 2026!

Children enter the world with a singular goal: to be just like YOU. Luckily they’re born with just the right tools to begin this apprenticeship: rapidly developing brains and finely-tuned powers of observation. And this attention to how you do it is how they learn to speak. And move. And so much more. They’re such wonderful mimics, in fact, that they’ll often incorporate nuances that aren’t necessarily part of the lesson. Which brings us to this amazing video shared to TT by thetemplefam. Our hero has returned home after spending a weekend with his grandfather. And he’s learned a new lesson: when one gets out of a chair he does so stiffly and while groaning. I feel you, gentlemen. What a fantastic example of humankind’s great apprenticeship in action.

Observation 2: A closer look at 5 ⭐️ KJ Green. A part of his game that people don't talk about enough is his ability to contain the edge and be a run stopper. Throughout practice, he was working on beating double teams and sifting through offensive linemen. Another facet of his game, he is fine-tuning before his final high school season. Green is one of the most complete players you will find in the 2027 cycle, regardless of position. He has a very polished game.

Let me ask you an honest question: Who’s your daddy? If you’re a high school student athlete in Illinois, the answer is easy when it comes to one’s “Right to Play.” It’s not your Mom or Dad. It’s a private third-party vendor called the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). If you play a high school sport, the IHSA controls you even when your school day is over and even more when school isn’t even in session. It’s long been an overreach of control from a small group of narrow-minded ego-driven adults literally dictating what student athletes and families can do in their free time. But much-needed and welcome change is getting closer for all student athletes and their families, as more and more student athletes and parents come forward from present and past to speak up and talk about the disadvantages the IHSA - and those who benefit from it - have and are causing. The first victory earlier this week was by slaughter rule, a 12-0 thumping over the IHSA in committee vote. Now it moves to the big leagues. You can read more here: I encourage you to engage and educate yourself in a topic that 75 percent of high school student athletes across the U.S. can do, but it’s something high school student athletes in Illinois can’t do. We are only 23 days away from the Obama Presidential Center's Grand Opening Celebration, and here in Chicago, that number makes us think of only one person: Michael Jordan. President Obama invoked Jordan's greatness often, but most notably when talking about resilience in 2009 in a national address to America's schoolchildren given at Wakefield High School in Arlington, VA: "Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team. He lost hundreds of games and missed thousands of shots. But he once said, 'I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that's why I succeed.'" World Models are the path for some AI Models in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Not that this type of visualization is being used, but that the mechanisms are in place, and the technology is in place for the company to thrive in this new form of AI.

In a world of crazy sport schedules, specialization and constant skill work, often times BASIC physical development is left to the wayside. When working with MS and HS kids, I do my best to work in things that don’t “look like s&c training” on purpose. It’s generally in our warm ups and on top of gaining mobility and working on skills, it’s fun. Yes lifting is important and vital. But so is basic level floor work and “gymnastics” work. Learning to fall, roll, cartwheels, move on the ground not only aid in mobility + reducing injuries but build a SOLID base of movement literacy. The younger we do these things and more often we do them the better. Remember… getting stronger is easier than getting more athletic.
