@NMerke @echo_stepbystep Very beautiful imaging Alex ! With several exciting features! Double peaks in systole with first LVOT flow acceleration and then midventr peak, late systolic ⬇️ of pressure with AoV notching seen in MMode. How symptomatic? And how would you treat?

NYHA II + syncopes Last week exam. There is discussion ongoing about treatment with myosin inhibitors for this pt. No LVOT gradient, no SAM, no MR. Our ASA patients are mostly basal septal obstructions, great to know about your experience with medio-septal obstruction. How about RF ablation? Thank you for your comments 🙏🏼😃
