A noncitizen on an expired visa was able to get her nursing license approved in Maine - The woman entered our country on May 14, 2024 - The visa was set to expire on November 13, 2024 - She failed to deport before this date, now in violation of our immigration laws - She was still working as a nurse on an expired visa How was a noncitizen on an expired visa working as a nurse… She had a pending asylum application but it hadn’t been granted. I have confirmed it wasn’t granted The controversy here is even if she had legal authorization to work pending an asylum case, how did she have a nursing license as a noncitizen with an expired visa

75,000 skilled workers visa per year. Germany recently announced a new Visa called "Opportunity Card", which will allow skilled workers to move to Germany and look for job. What is the difference between this visa and Jobseeker visa? Opportunity card will be determined using a point based system which calculates your Age, Work experience duration, Education qualification, Ability to speak English or/and German. Opportunity card visa duration will be longer than jobseeker visa.(currently jobseeker visa is 6month). With the opportunity card, you can work for 20hours as you still continue to look for a qualified job. (which doesn't exist in jobseeker visa).

I support the administration’s visa moratorium. Too many people arrive as tourists, claim asylum the next day, & stay indefinitely. That’s abuse, not honesty. Coming here is a privilege, not a right. I’m glad we’re restoring integrity to the process & requiring people to follow the law.

An illegal is detained by ICE in Seattle He has a warrant because he entered America on a U-2 Visa and then overstayed his Visa The other people in the car are also foreigners on Visas, since they are currently active they are not taken or harassed. They are very kindly reminded to carry their visas with them because they didn’t have them on them What’s interesting is the visa he was on. The U-2 visa is granted to the spouse of someone who’s on a U-1 visa A U-1 visa is granted to immigrants who help law enforcement with a crime There is SO MUCH fraud around the U-1 visa. So it’s very likely both him and his wife are committed fraud to be in America, which means probably everyone in that car is too
