I'll tell you the issue. He can't scheme it, because there's no symmetry. He wants OZ, Henry loves OZ. Stanley, Linderbaum and Rosengarten fit OZ, but our GM and HC didn't feel the need to upgrade the two Guards who DON'T fit OZ and are terrible. So Monken has to deal with it.

It helps if you have guards who know what the heck they are doing. A RT who hasn't regressed, a LT who you paid even with ankle issues which happen again. Thank heck for our center at least.

Give Henry the ball 20+ times. His biggest asset is he wears down defensive fronts and breaks tackles. Pretty sure in saying ravens haven’t lost a game where Henry gets 20+ carries since he arrived.
