White market companies like Ocean cannot prevent censorship on Bitcoin. At any moment the state can simply force Ocean or any other pool operators to reject any template containing undesirable transactions. We need to support truly decentralized mining pools like @braidpool.

BTW - I misspoke here, way less than one percent of machines win a block each year.
